Chapter 76 Secrets

Perhaps because I ate too much, in just two days, my belly was already the same as a six-month pregnant belly.
I could already clearly feel the little one moving.
This also meant that my movement would be more inconvenient as well.
Late at night, I lay in bed after a late night snack, waiting for my food to digest.
Borkana didn't come to me either, just shut me in my room.
I opened the window to look in Quintas direction, wondering when he would tell me the way to free him.
As I was thinking about it, the familiar red glow fell from the treetops and carried me upwards.
"Say, what do I have to do? If you can't tell me yet, I may not be able to help you anymore with my growing belly."
I said to Quintas, who had a need to recognize reality.
"I need your blood."
Quintas said calmly.
"What? You asked me to come and save you just to suck my blood?"
I looked at the bat in front of me and said discontentedly.
"I'm not going to suck your blood, I just need your blood to lift the mark that Borkana left on me, so I can get out of it."
Quintas explained to me.
"It's just a little blood, so why don't you find someone else? It's not like you've been stuck here for so long."
I said to him with a frown.
"Because only your blood is special, and you have the power of the blood talent awakening in you, just a little blood, it is enough, if it is someone else, even if the whole body blood is depleted, it is useless."
Quintas replied.
"Well, you just remember to help me beat Borkana hard, or I'll stuff you into this tree too."
I said to Quintas, as a reminder and a warning of sorts.
If he broke his promise, I would definitely stuff him back into the tree.
"Put your hand out."
He said to me.
I cooperated and held my hand out.
A red glow floated past my hand, and a sharp pain came and blood flowed from the wound.
"Use your blood to drip on the trunk, then I'll send you down, I can do the rest myself."
Quintas said to me.
As the blood dripped on the trunk, I saw a circle of red ripples spreading out towards the whole tree.
"Looks like you know some secrets."
Borkana's voice came from beside me.
"How much longer do you need?"
I asked Quintas as I squeezed my arm to get the blood flowing out more quickly.
"It'll take a little longer, I'll get you out of there first."
Quintas said and sent me down toward the ground.
"Jenny, don't you want to save Klopp? I have him in my hands, and if you leave here, I will kill him immediately!"
Borkana said to me.
"You bastard! What have you done to him? I should have thought I couldn't trust you, and the last thing I want to do now is to chop you up and throw you out to the dogs!"
I cursed angrily at Borkana after hearing his words.
"Quintas, don't struggle, I will kill you with my own hands before you escape!"
Borkana said, raising a large sword in his hand and rushing in the direction of the tree trunk.
"Quintas!"
I stood on the ground looking at the tree trunk that was pierced by Borkana and called out to Quintas.
Hoping he would respond to me.
Borkana smiled widely and looked at the trunk.
"Quintas ......"
I stared blankly in Borkana's direction as anger and sadness took over.
"Sarnus, if you know all this too, help me and kill this bastard."
I whispered as I walked toward the giant tree.
Borkana drew his great sword from the trunk of the tree and flew towards me.
And my body raised a translucent barrier to bounce Borkana's attack back before the greatsword stabbed me.
The greatsword flew out of his hand and plunged into the ground on the far side.
A huge circle of light glowed bright red beneath my feet, lighting up the night sky, and the mark on my arm emerged.
The figure of Klopp appeared in my mind, guiding me on what to do.
Powerful energy surged into my body, going from cold to warm and finally to searing heat.
The ring also flew out of my shirt pocket and was slowly placed on my index finger.
The moment I put on the ring, the circle of light beneath my feet exploded, sending Borkana flying out.
"How can Sarnus' ring of the king's crown be used by a human?"
Borkana fell to the ground, covered his chest and climbed up, looked at me and asked.
"Where is Klopp?"
As I moved, the red glow around me moved as well, always surrounding me.
"You really still want to save him, but you don't have a chance, he will die in pain, and so will you."
Borkana looked at me and opened his huge wings.
He took a small bottle out of his pocket, opened the lid and drank it, and his eyes turned dark red.
"You impostor!"
I cursed at him.
"Even if you have the King's Ring, but you have not used the blood power, you can not really control it at all, the King's Ring is simply a waste in your hands, or let me show you how it should really be used!"
Borkana said, as bats continued to gather around him in increasing numbers.
He reached out and pointed at me, and the dark red light guided the bats to attack me. I raised my barrier to resist, but the onslaught of bats made me retreat a little.
The number of bats was increasing and I could no longer see Borkana's figure, but the bats were still attacking me.
Borkana saw the opportunity and pulled out the large sword that was inserted into the ground and came towards me.
Once I retracted my hand and the barrier disappeared, the bat would immediately gnaw me to the bone.
Watching him get closer and closer to me, I could only pray in my heart for a miracle.
The great sword came down toward my head, and I couldn't dodge it.
The next second, another great sword pierced through Borkana's body, knocking the sword out of his hand.
The bat that attacked me also turned into a black mist and dissipated.
"Quintas...... you're still alive?"
Borkana turned around in despair and disbelief to look behind him.
I turned back to look at him.
It was completely different from what I thought, I thought Quintas should be a middle-aged man similar to Sarnus, but he looked very young.
Like a young human man in his twenties.
And he also had golden eyes, snow-white skin, light blond hair, and a dark blue cloak.
His hands still kept the forward motion.
Only after Borkana fell to the ground did he slowly withdraw his hand and look at me with a smile.
As the king of the Northern Bloods, Quintas has more majesty in his nobility and elegance.
"Borkana, once you were my most trusted subordinate, but you betrayed me, do you have anything else to say?"
Quintas looked at Borkana lying on the ground and asked icily.
"You don't deserve to be a king at all, you haven't done anything for your people, you only know how to enjoy yourself, you haven't even seen the war burning with your own eyes, I should have killed you."
Borkana was already getting weaker and weaker, but he was not willing to die like this.
"For the sake of our having fought together, I will not throw you into the pool of holy water, but you will also pay for your crimes."
Quintas took a step toward him.
