Chapter 68: High school madness

While we headed to class, I asked Jones where he was going to be on Friday night, and he told me that his Mom is making him go to his grandma's house. I asked why and he said every first Friday of September, they go to his grandma's house for his remembrance.

Anyways the point was Jones wasn't coming to the pool party this Friday night so it was relaxing, at least I have it in mind that I can party all night without keeping an eye on my boyfriend. We headed to class and our History teacher was standing in front folding his arms. We all got in and sat down waiting for our teacher to say why he was upset.

"Hey everyone, as you all can see I am so mad today," he said, "I'm so mad because one of you put bubble gum on the teacher's seat and now I've got gum on my favourite pants," he said and we all laughed, "Quiet," he yelled and we all stayed quiet. "Until I figure out who did this, no one can get an A in this class, if you get an A I would give you a C," he said and we all groaned, "Quiet, that's how I felt when I sat on gum, in fact we are having a pop quiz right now," he said and everyone groaned more loudly.

Well, we wrote the quiz and it wasn't even close to easy. It was so hard, in fact, we didn't see any questions he thought us in class, he asked weird questions like the life cycle of a scorpion, how does scorpions have to do with history? anyway public schools would always be public schools. We all had F in our history test because he marked our script and gave it us immediately after we wrote the test. Everyone looked sad when they saw the script and he was laughing,

"That's how I felt when I sat on gum, who's the one laughing now," he yelled and continued to laugh, shortly after, the bell went for the next class.

Mr Diego's Spanish class.

We had the Spanish language next but we all didn't want him to come to our class because he's so mean. Victoria stood up and went to the front of the class,
"Guys, Mr Diego is next and I know we all don't want to attend his class," she said. "Yeah," we all said, "Good, now I have a plan. Let's all go to the cafeteria, if anyone catches us and asks where we going, we would say we are going to make plans for our graduation, now let's go," she said then everyone stood up and followed her, While we were going to the cafeteria, we saw our geography teacher,

"Uh...where are you guys going? you all should be in class," she said,

"Yes Ma'am but Mr Diego said we should meet in the cafeteria," said Victoria.

"O.. okay," she said and headed to where she was going. After she left, we all felt relaxed and kept going.

"I thought you said we should lie we are going to plan for our graduation?" Ella asked,

"Yeah but the lie makes no sense," Victoria replied.

We finally got to the cafeteria and it was empty. We were so happy that we didn't get caught. We waited in the cafeteria until the class was over. When we heard the bell, we left the cafeteria without worries because we knew a lot of people would be in the hallway. We went back to class and met Mr Diego standing in front of the class. We all became shocked,

"Buenas tardes clase," he said meaning good afternoon class. We stood where we were looking at him. But he didn't say anything. We slowly walked into class and headed to our seats. "Where if I may ask did you all go?" he asked,

"We were planning for graduation sir," one of us said,

"Planning for graduation? Why didn't you do that during lunch break, you people left me here alone in class," he yelled, "Because of this, you all fail this class, I was going to give you a quiz but since you all were absent, you all fail," he said and left the class. The moment he left, we all laughed, thereafter, our geography teacher walked into the class, greeted us and folded her arms,
"It's unfair guys, why would you leave him here in class," she said,

Jeff stood up,
"Ma'am, Mr Diego is so mean, he speaks Spanish while teaching and English while scolding,"

"Yeah," we yelled,

"And he gives us more quizzes and less teaching," he said,

"Yeah," we all said,

After he said this, our geography teacher looked at us and sighed,
"Well if his ways don't please you and you're sure he's not doing the right thing then why not report him to Principal George, I mean you all are in 12th grade, if you fail any course it could affect you," she said,

"Oh yeah and he said we can't pass his course, I think he hates Americans, I think France hates the USA," one of my classmates said,

"No he doesn't, and France doesn't hate the USA, in fact, they love us, just report to the principal if you aren't comfortable with his teaching style," she said.

After school, we all remained in class because we planned to report Mr Diego to Principal George but who dares to do that?

We were in class deciding on who would speak to him if we all get to his office. While we were deciding, I remembered that Victoria was close to Principal George,

"Victoria, why don't you tell him yourself, I mean you're closer to him," I said,

"Well I am but I think he's upset I stopped talking to him. We both were close but all of a sudden I just stopped talking to him so I think he's a little mad at me," she said. While we were talking, we heard his voice in the hallway so one of us looked outside and saw him passing by.
