Chapter 92: Good man, Good woman

Pipe organ ... slow wedding Tone...

"Jeff, Do you take Angie as your lovely wife?"

"I do,"

"And Angie do you take Jeff as your lovely husband?"

"I do,"

"I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may now kiss your bride," said the priest, and then we both smiled at each other and kissed then everyone stood and cheered for us.

After the wedding, we received lots of gifts from friends and family, my parents were so happy for me. It honestly was a great day for me, even people I barely know were there to celebrate with me, and what amazed me the most was I saw Lola sitting in the crowd but I didn't meet her or say anything to her because I
already forgave her long ago.

6 Years later...

"Mummy, I can't find the second leg of my shoe," Imogen my 6-year-old daughter said,

"Have you checked under your bed?"

"No mummy, let me go check," she said and ran into her room with her cute tiny legs, then Jeff came down,

"Hey baby, are you ready?"

"Almost, let me just finish the...," I said trying to add some finishing touches to the make-up on my face, "Done," I said and turned to Jeff, "How do I look?"

"Like an angel baby," he said and grabbed my waist then he tried to kiss me but I smiled and moved my face,

"No, we have a kid now, we can't do this with her in the house or when she's awake, again you would ruin my lipstick," I said with a smile on my face,

"Well, she's not here now, and if I ruin your lipstick you'll fix it," he said, before I could say anything else he started kissing me, well he's lips are so soft, it's not like I have a choice, while we were kissing, Imogen interrupted,

"Daddy leave mommy alone and come get my shoe from under my bed," as soon as we heard her voice we quickly let go of each other and chuckled,

"Alright your majesty," Jeff said to Imogen and headed to her room to get her shoes, while I watched them leave to get the shoe, a big smile appeared on my face.

Isn't this just amazing? At first, I thought I had it all when I was dating that monster who derived joy in breaking my heart, then he tried to ruin my life but thank God I survived it if not I won't be experiencing this wonderful moment in my life right now with my husband and my beautiful daughter, like Betty said, you shouldn't let a monster ban you from falling in love. To all girls out there who thinks one silly boy has ruined your life with his foolish act, just stay hopeful and humble, the right person would come and it would surely end with a happy ever after. My story all started with a good girl who had a bad boyfriend, now it's ending with that same good girl ending up with a good boy, now it's good girl, good boy, no wait, let me rephrase that, it's good woman, good man, "Mummy I found my shoe," Imogen said, I chuckled, And good daughter too.

The End.
