Nightclub
Dante.
The car came to a sudden halt and the phone in my hand almost flew away from my grip.
"Viktor!" I exclaimed and he looked over his shoulder apologetically.
"Sorry, I almost collided into a car that appeared out of nowhere. I looked out the window and sighed loudly before opening the door and climbing down.
I slipped my phone into my pocket and sighed again as Viktor and Nathan walked over to my side.
"When you said we'll he meeting Mr. Zon, I didn't expect that he would want to meet at a night club," I said and I rolled my eyes.
"Everyone knows Zon is a party person and we're here to meet him concerning the building of the two estate clubs," Nathan said and I shrugged.
I walked towards the club and the bouncers at the entrance opened the door to let us in.
I rolled my eyes in irritation. The music was insanely loud and the air reeked of alcohol and smoke from cigarette.
"We're supposed to meet him in the VIP section," Viktor said, pointing in the left direction and I sighed internally in relief that I wouldn't have to wiggle my way into this off-putting swarm of carefree bodies.
I walked after Viktor and as we got to the entrance of the VIP section, Viktor took out a golden card and flashed it at the bouncers before we were let in.
This section was much quieter and not rowdy like the general section. Honestly, it has been long since I went to clubs.
I remember when I, Nathan, Jack, and Landon would visit every new club that opened in town.
That and several other irresponsible things were what we considered fun then, but the duties of Alpha and Beta took most of that from us. I wasn't sure about Landon though, but I knew there was a probability that he doesn't do much of those things again since we practically always made him join us.
Don't mistake him for being gentle and simple, but he was at least the most reserved and composed among the four of us.
As we all sat down, I raised up my left hand slightly to look at the time on my wristwatch. It was a little past six in the evening.
"Where is he?" I asked, "I don't want to spend longer time than necessary here," I added.
"And I also don't plan to keep you waiting," I heard a voice behind me and I looked over my shoulder to see Zon.
He was wearing a flashy wine tuxedo that was unbuttoned to reveal his naked abs. The disco lights were creating a beautiful reflection on the fabric and Zon was probably feeling so good right now. He was holding a glass of alcohol and there were two ladies standing behind him and rubbing his arms.
"Do you want anything to drink, I can have someone get you drinks," Zon said with his usual stylish flare and he stretched out his glass, one of the ladies taking it from him.
I wanted to reject the offer, but then I thought that it will be rude to do that so I simply nodded.
"Yes something with a low alcohol percentage," I replied and Zon smiled.
"Gotta be in a right state of mind," he pointed at me with a smile before facing the lady on his left.
"Get my guests some drinks, will you?" He said and she nodded with a seductive smile before walking away.
Zon walked closer to the table and he sat down opposite me with the second lady standing behind him.
"So, Viktor already discussed the basics of the project with me, I'm sure we can both come to a mutually benefitting agreement."

"I guess that is it then," Zon said with a wide smile and he stood up, "I have to attend to other matters so I'll have to leave you now," he added and I returned the smile.
I watched as they walked away with the two ladies. Throughout our conversation the ladies behind them and when I asked for him to send them off he replied that their presence was just as important as the presence of Nathan and Viktor.
I rode my eyes as I remembered and I faced Nathan and Viktor.
"So, let's get going," I said but Nathan dropped his glass of alcohol and shook his right index finger.
"Not yet," he said and I raised my eyebrow.
"When last have we had the opportunity to come somewhere like this we can't just leave like that without making the most of it," Nathan said and he stood up adjusting the color of his shirt.
"We have nothing important to do at the pack, so let's just have fun before going back," Nathan added and I sighed. I glanced at Viktor and he shrugged before picking up his glass of wine and standing up too.
I sighed again and leaned into the chair where I sat. I had sighed and rolled my eyes today for infinity number of times.
"Alright, drink and dance all you want then let us go," I said and Nathan stared at me as if I just spoke a language he didn't understand.
"We are not staying here! We are going to the dance floor outside," he said and I glared at him but he ignored me and took a sip from his glass of alcohol swaying his body lightly.
"We don't have to go out today we can stay in here and have fun all the same," I said and looked at Viktor to see if he would support me since I hage noticed he was a reserved type, but he shrugged again and I muttered a curse beneath my breath.
"I understand why you stop yourself from having too much fun, but when life throws a chance at you you have to use the opportunity to the fullest," Nathan said and I noticed Vikor stare at me inquisitively, probably curious to know why Nathan said I was intentionally making myself dull.
"Fine. Just an hour and then, we'll leave."
