As I got to the foot of the stairs, I saw that there was nothing there and it was there was a wall. I hissed in disappointment and I was about to turn around and climb back up the stairs, when I tripped. I quickly rested my hand on the door to support myself when I suddenly felt the brick move in.

I took my hand away and watched in surprise as the wall separated into two. Bloody hell.

The space between the walls lead into an entirely different part of the building. I slowly walked through the walls.

I was in some sort of large hall with silver bars at the door. This was a dungeon, only more sophisticated and larger.

The dungeon was eerily quiet and dark too. I slowly walked through the dungeon, looking at all of the prisoners that were locked up inside their cells. Many of them were sleeping or sitting, looking so weak and tired.

I stopped walking as I saw something that caught my attention. It was a prisoner and unlike the others, he wasn't locked up in a cell.

His hands and feets were separated with silver chains that were anchored to thick metal poles.

I wondered who he was as why he was here. Why was he being tortured more than all the other prisoners?

His body was pale and he looked emptied of life and strength. There were three silver arrowheads sticking out of his heart, but I could still faintly hear the beating of his heart.

He was still alive. How long had he been here and how was he still alive?

I slowly walked closer to him and I hesitantly held his jaw lifting his head up to see his color drained face. His eyes were closed, but his lips quivered slightly and he muttered, "Help Me."

I quickly let go of his jaw and his head faced down again.

What the hell was I doing?

I moved back a bit away from him. For him to have been treated this way, he must be someone dangerous or a heartless criminal.

Still, I was curious to know who he was and why he was being treated this way.

"Who are you?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Help me," he muttered again and his voice was filled with pain and suffering.

I slowly moved closer to him, "how can I help you if you won't tell me who you are?"

"My name is....." He said slowly.

"My name is Bastien," he said. I held his jaw and I lifted his head up again.

"Why are you here? What did you do?" I asked him.

His lips slowly parted and I thought he was going to answer my question, but all of a sudden, he bit my hand, sinking in his fangs.

I cried in pain and I quickly yanked my hand away. My hand was bleeding and his lips were stained with my blood.

"You bastard!" I yelled and suddenly slapped his face before running away and going back to the stairs. I looked at the painted walls now wondering how I could get it to close back up so no one will know that I have been here.

I wondered if many people even knew about this place.

I looked at the break that I had touched earlier and I pushed it like I did that time. I quickly took my hand away as the walls moved back together and became one.

I climbed back up the stairs and as I got into my room I bent down and closed the trap door.

I pushed my bed back to its original position and stood up straight, resting my hands on my waist and sighing loudly.

Just then, I heard a knock on the door and I went to open the door. It was a maid and she was carrying my dinner.

"Thank you," I said with a smile and I collected the tray of food from her.

I looked at my building and again and rolled my eyes in annoyance. It should have healed up by the next morning.

As soon as I finish having my bath and dressing up, I sit close to the door so I can't I target when Dante will pass by room.

I knew that his room was down the corridor on the right so he usually passes by my room in the morning.

Just as I expected, I began to hear his voice.

"I sent you the picture of that woman from Pandemonium, I need you to get her tracked down," Dante said.

"Where are you going?" I heard is beta, Nathan ask.

"I need to go to the Gemini pack to find out some things."

He was going to Gemini. Good. I quickly opened the door of the room and I stepped out.

He had already walked past my room and was heading towards the door.

"Dante," I quickly called out to him. Two men who were passing by at that time stopped walking immediately and they stared at me in surprise.

Was it because of how I called him? Maybe I should have called him Alpha.

Dante also stopped walking and he turned around to face me.

I smiled nervously and I quickly walked closer to him.

"What is it?" He asked coldly and the nervous smile on my face slowly disappeared.

"Nothing much, I heard that you're going to Gemini, so I wanted to ask if there was a chance that you could help me get some of my things at my house," I said quickly and in one breath.

"You were eavesdropping on my conversation?" He asked.

"No I was going to ask you and you happened to pass by my room when you said that," I replied and he turned around to go without giving a response to my request.

I sighed loudly, "Just my books and the cell phone hidden in the lower drawer of my reading table," I quickly said just in case he was going to do it.

I watched him walk out of the door and I sighed again before walking back to my room. I opened the door of my room and walked in, but before I could close it, Nathan quickly slipped in and he closed the door himself.

What?!

What was he doing?

"Tell me."
