Chapter 54

"Hi... what's taken you two so long... do you know I've been waiting for you over here...since I left both of you back there... I don't like delays..." The black wolf's leader complained while it was sitting on the floor outside their room.
"Oh! you didn't tell us that you were about to head straight to our room but instead, you said, you'll talk to us later so I assume it's maybe going to be tonight... or maybe tomorrow... depends on you" Wayne's commented at him as he was using his eyes to find out if his boys are anywhere near them.
"Don't worry... let's go inside..." Jeffrey dip his hands into his pocket and brought out his cell key and opened it as all of them walked in.
"Leader! You know very well what this mission means to us and I know very well how you operate over here... So don't try and act funny or sneaky with me... you know I can be deadly at times and I won't want what happens to repeat itself" As soon as all of us entered into the cell, I sat at the side of the bunk and same with the black wolves leader while Wayne was standing at the doorpost, incase he found anything fishy, he'll quickly notify us to keep quiet.
"What're you trying to say... I can't cheat you guys... you are my pals now... so why will I even think of cheating someone like you when we already made a deal besides, don't mention that you beat me anywhere because, if that fight happens again, I'll make sure I disfigured your face..." He smiled while hitting me with his elbows and put a silent laugh on my face.
"This is the reason I like humans, they never agreed to be defeated...that very day... I beat you up with my strategy... and now, you are still claiming power... Or do you still want to try it with me" He got up and threatened the black wolf's leader but unfortunately, he wasn't scared, making both of them laugh.
"I'm not saying I do not trust you... what I meant was that... hmm..." I stared at Wayne and signals him to watch the environment and make sure nobody passes near their lane.
"Yeah! it's simple, the smaller the number of people involved, the success of the mission... Do you get what I meant by that" I whispered to him as soon as Wayne nodded his head for me to go ahead?
"Yeah... But don't tell me both of you are planning on dishing me out of the plan because I know very well that, if anyone should be out, it should be Wayne...Yeah... his size and everything will sabotage our plan" He grumbles while staring at Wayne with confidence even when he knows clearly that he doesn't stand a chance.
"No! I didn't mean that... What I'm trying to say is this... you have your boys and I have my boys but I decided to keep my mouth shut. If I attach one more person, the mission will be ruined because a lot of people will like to join us... so what I'm trying to say is... don't for any reason invite your best friend into this mission, maybe because both of you are close... if you do... you'll ruin everything and for that reason, I'll kill you because I had the opportunity to leave this place today but I didn't because I want us all to go out together" I dragged my ears and I warned him as if I'm talking to a two-year kid.
"What're you trying to say... didn't I know about this plan since you collected the paper from the boy, so why hasn't anybody followed me yet, or do you think I'm that foolish like your huge friend over here?" He pointed his hands at Wayne as he boiled in anger and wanted to attack him but I told him not to.
"Please... don't insult my friend like that... I don't like it or it's like you don't want to leave this place alive... " I warned him but he didn't raise his voice back at me.
"When are we starting, I mean... when are we planning on paying that kid a visit," I asked again since everywhere had become silent as they were staring at me.
"Yeah! I was wondering when you could ask something like this... Wayne commented, staring at the black wolves leader after being scolded by Jeffrey.
"Let's start today... sorry, I mean now! " The black wolves leader smiled after staring at Wayne but couldn't maintain eye contact with him.
"No problem... let's go to his cell" Both of them stood up and I handed the key over to Wayne to lock the cell... We all match straight toward the kid cell with the black wolves leader in the middle of them, making prisoners grumble about the reunion between two different groups...
As we approach the cell, from distance we have already noticed it was open and we smiled and walk faster toward it... unfortunately, as we reached the cell, it was empty with no soul inside... we split ourselves to check around but we ended up not finding the kid, so we decide to wait for him inside the cell... And as we were waiting... We found clues of how the escape is all about...there is a difference between writing on the wall and a hole and connecting a spy to the gateman of the cell...
As Wayne looked under the bed, he found a different kind of paper so we quickly collected everything and wrapped it up while I continued to figure out what the writing on the wall meant...
As I tried to figure it out, I quickly remembered that my love had brought out a fancy wristwatch for me... it was the first time operating in it since the day she promised to call me but hasn't... I stared at the wristwatch and found a tiny camera in it...
While we were waiting for the kid to arrive, I quickly snapped all the writing on the wall and make sure I didn't forget a little dime...While Wayne and the black wolves leader were watching from doorposts...After all of this, we were unable to get cause even after going back to our cell to dropped all the paper we collected and came back... yet, the cell is still wild open so we decide to sit in the bunk where the kid used to sleep and wait for him.
As we were waiting with frustration and lack of destination... we became tired and even wanted to sleep off... A sergeant came, trying to lock the cell from the outside... Thank God for the black wolves leader... he was too sensitive and noticed it...
"Hello, sir! Don't you see that there are people inside... or what are you trying to do" The black wolves leader yelled at the sergeant after waking me and Wayne up.
"Oh! I didn't notice... sorry for that... please can you guys step aside and let me lock this place?" He pleaded and from perspective, the sergeant is kind and peaceful with the way he talks.
"What do you mean by that? Don't you know, someone used to live in this cell... and he's our friend and we have been waiting for him... so we are not going anywhere" I yelled at the sergeant after observing him and taking advantage of his soft-heartedness.
"Fuck! I don't know why everyone doesn't want to listen to simple English... Anyway, that kid no longer lives here... he has been taken to a very secure and tight room... because he was caught escaping so we put him in a place where he can't breathe but die" The sergeant we assumed to be in him changed as he laughed after telling the kid story. After that, we left quietly

"Jenni! Please come and meet me by the junction... I'm waiting for you in my vehicle, please... it's urgent..." As soon as the dean called her, he was expecting a reply but he didn't get any but to end the call.
He decided to wait... A few more minutes later, she appeared, and immediately Dean opened the door for her.
"Hi... why did you call me in such a hurry?" She complained as she entered the vehicle immediately.
"Why didn't you tell me that you were coming... you just ended the call just like that! Do you think I like it" As Dean was talking, a stranger bathed by the window where Jennifer was sitting... His face was covered in a mask, so she wasn't able to identify who. The stranger keeps knocking hard and thanks God Dean locks the door from inside...
Jennifer continues to battle with the Stranger while swimming but all of a sudden, Dean opens the door... making the stranger have full access to the vehicle...
"Awwww...Was this your doing? Wow! it's so beautiful... I love to" She exclaimed as soon as the stranger opened the door and offered her a blue 39 inches teddy bear... Immediately, Dean laughed and she quickly coded that it was a setup all along.
