Chapter 74

"Yeah... sorry... I didn't tell you about this... I ordered this from the money you gave me two days ago and I wanted to surprise you by not telling you..." I look at the dean while talking comfortably and wink at him "Hope you are not mad at me" my voice was so little as I pretended to be crying.
"Let's get in," Dean commented without a proper reply...
I was glad Dean headed straight to the back seat because I don't want to stop him and it'll create a scene if I stop him.
"Honey! Where are we heading to?" Sabrina asked, sitting beside him as she turned her neck towards me.
"When we got there... don't worry" I also smiled at her.
I looked through the driver's mirror but Jennifer's face was still swollen as if we made a big mistake taking her along with us...
I continued to look at her and Dean even noticed but didn't say anything.
"Jennie... Do you know what Dean told me before he agreed to join us on the couple's date" I asked, still staring at the mirror but Jenni was still quiet... seems she was in a faraway land.
"Eh...." I murmured still staring at her but yet she didn't utter a word. " He said... hmmm... he said.. he has messed up for not being there for you and now he feels shameful talking to you because of the debt which he just paid... He wanted to make up things with you and that's the more reason he dragged you into this... Yeah! He also said... Nevermind... That part is a secret... I can't say anymore" I smiled as I continued to stare at her through the mirror...
Although she didn't say a word I can feel that she was touched by the look she gave to Dean.
"I know I have also brought problems to you and your relationship with Dean... but as you can see... I'm happy now..." I turned to Sabrina while holding her hands and also driving with my left hand.
"So... you too can also be happy... Dean has forgiven me and now we are close friends... why don't you let go of the grudges and keep those smiling faces on" My heart-touching words made my day as I watch her smile and how she draws herself closer to Dean.
"I don't know what happened in the past between you and my sweetheart but the day I hugged him... I feel his heart beating and he's genuine... So what's been trying to say is please forgive him... let's enjoy this trip together, not just one party happy while the other, pretending to be!" Sabrina turns her name and advises her...
Deep down in me, ' I'm in a perfect relationship'
I was happy to see Jenni smile and she even rested her head on Dean's shoulder...
During this conversation, Dean didn't say a word and he pretended as if nothing was happening.
"We're here" I yelled as I parked the vehicle in a parking spot.
"Awww... why didn't you tell me you are coming to the amusement park... I love it here... Aww... I must say... you are the best" Sabrina jumped on me again after surprising her.
"Why don't you and Sabrina get along... let me and Jeffrey get some ice cream" Dean looks at Jennifer and senses she was happy with the environment but she didn't show it out.
"No problem... be safe okay" She replied while giving him a thumb hand before leaving.
"What game should we play here... an..." Jenni asked Sabrina but before could complete her sentence, Sabrina dragged her around
"Why did you do all of that?" Dean asked while both of us were taking a walk.
"What do you mean?" I asked, pretending not to understand a damn word.
"I mean... the vehicle, the advice, and even this amusement place of a thing!" He stopped as he looked at me... 'Damn, this is getting serious' I whisper to myself.
"Why did you stop?" We continued to stare at each other and his eyes were serious.
"Anyway... let's continue..." I removed my eye as I took a walk while he accompanied me.
"You know... I once had feelings for your girl and we fought about it... I even offended you and now we are friends. I don't like a situation whereby your woman will feel uncomfortable around me... and for the vehicle... from her facial expressions... She is moody and feels jealous of the jewelry I bought my girl... so I had to make sure you take part in all of this..."I smiled as we continued to walk together toward the ice cream joint.
"Thank you" He stopped me and thanked me...
We both headed straight to the joint where we collected four ice creams and ran back to where we thought our woman could be.
"Where are they?" Dean asked, filled with anxiety in his heart.
"Are you like this... calm your nerves... they are not kids... let's look around..." I looked at him and it disgusted me as I yelled at him.
"Okay" He replied while I was collecting my cell phone, trying to dial her number but unfortunately, I didn't have her number...
"Please call Jenni" I turned to him and was too shy to say I didn't have my lady's number.
"Yes, very necessary" he brought out his phone and dial Jenni's number.
Jenni's phone was ringing but she didn't pick up...This makes both of them scared...Dean keeps calling her but no way.
They both start looking around but they couldn't have found them maybe because of the crowd around the amusement park.
"Damn! It's finished" Dean yelled in frustration and at the same time, looked sideways.
"Look at them" I yelled while stretching my hands toward the Ferris wheel.
"Damn...They must be enjoying themselves... I can see now that they have started to get along" my heart jumped for joy as I feel I have accomplished my wonderful relationship between us.
"Yeah... they are" Dean continued to stare at them as he murmured with a smile written on his face.
