Thereon sprinkling the bunch of money on the feet of the director... Dean walks into his company with boldness and calls on all his staff to walk in with him... while Jeffrey drives his vehicle into his company.
The manager felt disgraced seeing the money bowl his head before him... He was frightened and didn't know what to do until he shouted at one of his personnel to pick up the money on the floor.
"Didn't you guys love what I did over there... Damn! He thinks he can humiliate me but I did that to him... Aww... I feel like a superstar now" Dean exclaimed as he kept on praising himself and shortly he pressed on the bell, calling on his secretary.
"That so humiliating....look at the young man... after doing all of that... he was so scared of looking us in the eyes...But... you too harsh... damn" Wayne complimented him while his eyes were moving around the office.
"I can see that..." He interludes as the secretary entered the office without Knocking
"Sir...Sir..." She sputtered while staring at Jeffrey but quickly removed her eyes.
"Please get me two chilled campaigns with four glasses..." Dean ordered..." And... don't forget... to bring ice... also... very important" He stopped her as she was about to leave.
"Sir...Sir...Is this... not... Jeffrey... that... you..." She stammered as she walked slowly backward...
"Oh! Yes, he?... We are friends now... we just met a few days ago... be fast about the campaign... we have merry to celebrate" Dean smiled as he kept using his hands to drive the secretary away.
"But...sir...I thought...both...of...you...were..." Dean interrupted her before the secretary was about to complete her statement.
"Will you go and buy the campaign for us... before interrogating me? Are you sick?" Dean yelled at her and the secretary ran out of the office.
"Look at this secretary... she has the guts to come to my office and start interrogating me... damn... wonder will never end... she's not even scared to lose her job" Dean laughed, trying to make the issue seem more like a joke.
"Oops... Lose her job... don't tell me you are too quick in stopping your staff..." Wayne asked and watched as Dean and Jeffrey looked at each other but didn't utter a word.
"How come you became so rich and you couldn't afford such money but you needed our help to do it..." The black wolves leader continued to stare at everybody as everywhere was silent, so he decided to break it.
"Hmm... things have been rough for about more than a month now... so... don't worry...Jeffrey knows the story." Dean replied as he was counting his words while everyone stare at Jeffrey
"Jeffrey say something!" Wayne yelled at him and he was shocked.
"Oops... Sorry... What were you guys discussing?" He asked as he came back to reality.
"Are you trying to say that you were not listening to our conversation...?" Wayne asked again as both of them stared at each other.
"Partially" He replied.
"Oops... you'll tell me where your mind is..." Wayne scolded him. immediately, the secretary came back with the campaign and glasses.
"Can I take a walk outside please... I'll be back within seconds... don't worry about the drink... continue... I'll join you guys in a minute" Jeffrey stood up and accompanied the secretary as both of them walked out of the office.
"Longest time... Mr. Jeffrey... you look more handsome compared to your old self... I must clarify..." She complimented me but I didn't say anything to her...
"C'mon... what's bringing you back here... you must have made a deal with my boss and now two of you have become... friends... Can I join too?" She keeps acting nice to me even when I'm not even replying to her.
'What has come over this lady... why acting this strange' I whisper to myself as both of us keep walking around the surroundings.
"Ma'am... please... I'm not myself today... so, please... I don't want noise at the moment... Anyway, you look nice too!" I compliment her and take the nearest turn to avoid any more compliments from her.
I held straight to the gate... and stand for about two minutes before knocking at the gateman's little hunt.
"Hi... sir..." I stammered as he opened the door slowly to peep at who the person was.
"Oh!....Hmmm... Jeffrey... wow" He jumped on my body like a heavy turn of joy arose in his little face.
"I missed you" He complimented me again...
"I'm here now! and I miss you
"C'mon... we have a discussion" The gateman dragged me, as he brought out a little bench outside, telling me to sit...
"What's happened! Where have you been" He asked, staring at me...
"Dad! You don't get it... Jennifer caused problems for me back then so the CEO has to stop me but we are good now..." I replied as I continued to stare at his face and nothing has changed...
"Oh! That girl... shit... but I saw you driving the CEO car today... how come..." He replied as he brought out two bottles of glass with water on them.
"Yeah! We are good today... " I collected one of the glasses of water from him.
"Wait... but I heard something...that you were in prison and our CEO was the one who put you there!" He asked again while staring at me with his left eye and sipping the water gently.
"Don't worry... we have a lot of time to discuss... I need to be somewhere else... do you have any nice compliments with you... I can't go to the supermarket now" I asked, avoiding questions that may lead to interrogation.
"Oops... don't tell me you are going to see a woman," He asked, knocking my head as I nodded my head in reply.
"I'm coming" He heads into his room.
"Damn... it's so beautiful... what's it doing over there..." He gave me a beautiful sunflower and I didn't hesitate to take it from him.
"I've taken care of this for a year plus, so I'm handing it over to you to impress that pretty lady of yours..." He dragged me up pushing me to leave his house.... as we shine our teeth on each other
