Chapter 33

Heather's POV:
Between the daze, I felt my body was wrapped in a warm current, a very comfortable feeling, like returning to my mother's embrace.
Yes, I think of my mother, not my adoptive mother, but another gentle and noble woman who used to hold me in her arms, kiss me on the cheek, tell me how much she loved me and how much I meant to her.
This woman had appeared in my dream, the nightmare that had tormented me for so long, only at the time I didn't think of her as my mother. Although I don't know why they turned into mermaids, I suddenly realized that the dream was real and that my parents who loved me were dead.
When I thought about it, I couldn't help but cry, and when I cried out, the feeling of tears suddenly became very real. Making me completely awake, I slowly opened my eyes, tears blurred my vision, I wiped my eyes with the back of my hand and surveyed the environment I was in.
It was a space surrounded by soft pink walls, a space that could just contain me. Even now that I am awake, I can feel the comforting warmth wrapping around me.
I looked down at the place where I was originally injured, my clothes broke a big hole, covered with blood stains, but when I lifted my clothes, I found that my skin did not have any on the wound, which is simply too strange.
"Princess, are you awake?" A crisp voice rang out. I was startled by the voice and scanned around nervously, but I was the only one here.

I remembered the devil and the grief and anger came up.

"Then let's go on land, I'm used to living up there." I suggested.
