Chapter 61 (Extra)

Bria's POV:
I had no friends after Heather left. My mother and I lived in the sea close to the sharks, and she said it was the only way the traitor Clemm wouldn't find us easily.
But my mother was looking for Heather every day, and I was left alone at home.
My mother would kiss me on the forehead every time before she left, and then urged me, "Bria, there are sharks out there, they love to eat mermaids, so don't run out, be good and wait for me at home."
But I felt more alone than sharks, so I stole away.
I stopped by a reef, I met a small sea turtle, and we played a game of sea urchin toss.
Oooooooooo ......
I stopped tossing, frowned, and asked the little turtle nervously, "Do you hear something strange?"
The little turtle followed my example, stretched his neck and listened, skewed his eyebrows and said, "I think I heard it."
What is it? I asked the little turtle.
I do not know, or we should go home, there are sharks around here. The little turtle shrank into its shell in fear, leaving only a pair of eyes on the outside.
My mom says that sharks are the meanest animals under the sea. The baby turtle continued.
Every mom says that, I don't believe it. In fact, mermaids are the fiercest animals, believe it or not ...... I showed my newly grown fangs to the little turtle.
Ah! The little turtle screamed and rolled away from the place.
I looked in the direction he left and couldn't stop being surprised. Adults really love to lie, my mother clearly told me that turtles are the slowest runners.
But then I noticed that the strange sound just stopped, and I waited in place for a while, and the strange sound appeared again, but much less than the sound just now.
Could it be a shark? Are sharks really scary?
This is my first time out to play, I do not want to go back so early, could not help but swim along the direction of the source of the sound.
To my disappointment, it was not a shark sound, but a mermaid like me.
But soon I got excited again, which meant I was going to have a new friend, and I quickly swam towards him.
It was a green-tailed mermaid, which reminded me of a nasty guy, but he shouldn't be here.
His back was turned to me and his shoulders kept shrugging as if he was crying.
Hey, what's wrong with you? I carefully put my hand on his shoulder.
Aah- he screamed and turned around.
Aaah- I saw him covered in blood.
We looked at each other and screamed for a while, until we couldn't breathe anymore and then we stopped.
Bria? What's your name? He asked me in a hoarse voice, then complained, "You came over here out of nowhere and scared the hell out of me, I thought it was a shark."
How do you know me? I looked at him in surprise and also complained, "You scared me to death too, why do you have blood on you?"
Don't you recognize me? I'm Noah, he wiped his face hard.
I finally got a good look at his face. It was Noah, the son of the traitor.
Before his father betrayed the king, we were good friends. But then his father rebelled, and now he was the son of a traitor.
So it's you, the traitor's son, what are you doing here? I looked at him indifferently.
If it weren't for his father, Heather's parents wouldn't have died and Heather wouldn't have been sent away. My mother wouldn't have had time to take care of me because she was looking for Heather , and we wouldn't have come here to hide, and I wouldn't have been able to come out and play.
It's all because of his hateful father, that shameless traitor!
Noah grimaced aggressively, and two teardrops hung from his eyelashes. Young male mermaids look shorter than females, and he looks pathetic like he's being bullied by me.
What are you crying for? Hypocritical guy, just crying. I pushed him forward angrily.
Noah fell backwards and rolled over in the water. I seemed to find pleasure in bullying him and went up and gave him a good push, watching him roll around like a ball in the water.
He begged me for mercy: "Stop pushing, Bria, I'm dizzy."
I was a soft-hearted kid, and once he begged for mercy I let him go.
Seeing him in a mess, I asked him again, "Why do you have so much blood on you? Did you eat an underwater creature?" I looked at him expectantly, if he said yes, I could prove to the little turtle that mermaids are the fiercest creatures under the sea.
No, I didn't! Noah looked at me in horror, "I didn't eat the critters."
No good for you! I knew you wouldn't dare to eat it. I taunted him.
Then you dare to eat it? He looked at me and asked, with a little nasal voice.
Of course I dare, I'm more daring than you, I dare to eat shark. I said with my head held high, too weak to look at him.
Noah nodded and said, somewhat perfunctorily, "You're amazing."
What kind of attitude is that, do you not believe it? I immediately glared at him.
No, I believe you. Noah said seriously, then sniffled and choked, "It's just that I'm too sad to talk to you right now."
I don't want to talk to you either! I said in exasperation, and after a while I couldn't resist asking him, "Hey, why are you sad?"
My mom died ...... Noah cried, "She was killed by my dad, and mom said dad was the devil."
Huh? I grew my mouth in shock, "How can your dad be so bad?"
Noah just cried and ignored me, and I got a little angry again and said, "Serves you right, who told you not to come with me?"
When I left, I specifically went to Noah and asked him to leave with me, but he didn't want to, which is why I hated him.
Before I hated him, he was my favorite because he was such a sweet kid. Although my mom said I was the cutest kid, I think Noah was.
Noah had less guts than Heather, and every time he was bullied by the other fish, he would come crying to me. I would beat up the mermaids who bullied him, and then he would look at me with admiration.
I was so nice to him that he wouldn't come with me, saying he wanted to stay with his dad. His father was a traitor and a bad father. He always scolded Noah for being no good, and he even hit Noah with his hands.
Hearing my words, Noah became even sadder and cried louder.
Okay, you don't have to cry. I couldn't help but go up and hug him and wipe his tears, "If you apologize to me and promise never to betray me again, I'll still treat you as a friend, okay?"
I'm sorry, Bria, I'll never betray you again. Noah immediately whispered nicely in my ear, with a heavy nasal voice.
It's okay, we'll still be friends from now on, so you can follow me. I said with a smirk.
Okay, Bria, can you really eat the shark? Noah rested his chin on my shoulder.
With a brief moment of weakness, I replied, "Sure, I'm eating all the sharks here."
So what's that ...... thing? He looks like a shark. Noah said, pointing behind me.
What's that? I let go of him and turned my head, "Ah-"
I screamed again, it was a great white shark! He opened his big, blood-red mouth and was swimming rapidly towards us.
