Chapter 42

Heather's POV:
I could feel my face all wrapped up, and the community doctor's medicine temporarily relieved the pain for me.
After all, I had seen the power of scallops, and the last time I was stabbed by Tina and was on the verge of death, I was finally healed by a scallop.
I didn't want Aemon to risk his life for me, but I could feel him blaming himself, and I didn't know how to comfort him, and at his insistence, we finally set off together.
Scallops that can heal wounds are not common, but mermaids can use unique sound waves to summon them, and nearby scallops that hear the sound waves will immediately rush over, but this will also call Clemm's men.
After some discussion, we set off, with Aemon holding me on a small yacht while Zoie and Bria summoned scallops under the yacht, and then Aemon put me in the sea after finding them.
We first circled the waters near Busa Forest, probably because it was close to werewolf territory, Zoie and Bria didn't find scallops or even see much marine life here, and we had to swim further out towards it.
It wasn't until close to Clemm's jurisdiction that Zoie finally summoned a dark scallop in the waters.
"Scallops are coming, Aemon, give us Heather." Zoie shouted to Aemon.
Aemon sighed softly, gave me a kiss on my gauze covered cheek and said in a deep voice, "Heather, we're going to be separated for a while, I really can't let you go."
My hand had been held by Aemon, and hearing his words, I shook his palm hard and said in a warm voice, "Aemon, don't blame yourself and don't be sad, I will come back well."
"Aemon, we need to hurry." Zoie's urgent voice came over. aemon had to hand me over to Zoie, and after entering the sea, my legs turned into fishtails.
Under the guidance of Zoie and Bria, I lay down into the body of the scallop's, I immediately felt my body was wrapped in a warm current, the pain in my face completely disappeared.
Then I heard Scallop's guilty voice: "I'm sorry, Princess, I told Clemm about your trail, but I'll make sure to heal your wounds before you're taken."
I felt a shock and immediately tried to leave, but sleepiness attacked my brain and made me lose consciousness.
Aemon's POV.
"Aemon, Heather's unconscious, you need to go down and check on her, I'm worried she's in danger." Rick's voice rang out in my head.
"What's happening?" I tensed up and quickly changed into my diving suit.
"I don't know, I can't sense anyone other than Heather, go down there as soon as you can, but be careful, they're at the bottom of the ocean at a great depth."
"Got it." Getting dressed, I jumped into the sea.
I kept diving to the bottom of the sea, but never saw them, because of the pressure of the bottom of the sea, but my body appeared some discomfort. My eardrums came with a painful sensation, and my heart was hanging like a boulder, and the further I dived the more obvious this feeling became.
I insisted on diving down a few hundred more nautical miles and finally saw Zoie and Bria, along with three other red-tailed mermaids, all fighting over a large golden scallop.
Heather's figure was not among them, and I immediately realized that Heather was already lying in the scallop, so it was not the scallop they were fighting over, but Heather lying in the scallop.
I swam quickly, even though I could feel my ears were already bleeding. Every mile down, my body would suffer a greater pressure attack, but my speed increased rather than decreased.
Seeing that the three red fish tails were going to snatch the scallops away, I dived over and gave the middle mermaid a punch. But in the water my strength and movement were hampered, and the punch only landed lightly on the mermaid's back.
This not only failed to achieve the effect of the attack, but also allowed the mermaid to spot me, but also because the mermaid's attention was focused on me, Zoie and Bria snatched the scallops back up.
The mermaid I had sneaked up on said something to the other two mermaids and swam towards me, while the other two mermaids continued to grab the scallops. I stared sternly at the mermaid in front of me, my body turned into a wolf, and quickly lunged at him while he was moving.
I realized that mermaids also have sharp teeth and sharp claws. The mermaid that attacked me left several deep scratches on my body, but it was so small that I ended up biting off its neck.
The blood dyed the sea water red, and I looked at the other two mermaids with fierce eyes. They should not have expected me to be a werewolf and were trying to escape at this moment.
I wanted to go up and stop them, but Zoie pulled me back, "Don't chase, Aemon, we need to get Heather out of here as soon as possible, they must have others in ambush nearby, and your wound must be treated or it will get worse."
Zoie was right, because I had turned into a wolf, my diving suit was gone, and the scratched wound on my body was already bleeding because the pressure kept tearing.
As we swam upstream with the scallops in our hands, another school of mermaids swam behind us, and by this time my body was already moving forward in an overloaded state, so I was swimming very slowly.
"You guys leave me alone and take Heather up first." I said weakly to Zoie and Bria.
"No, Heather won't forgive us." Bria said with a frown.
"Bria's right, the princess would blame us, and herself, if she knew we left you behind." Zoie said, "You and Bria go first, I'll stop them."
"No, Mom, I'm not leaving you either." Bria said excitedly.
If we can't go on like this, I was about to turn around and swim back directly, but I saw a green fish-tailed mermaid blocking the way of the group of red mermaids.
"It's Noah!" cried Bria, awakened by the green mermaid who was supposed to be her friend.
"Great, let's go, let's go!" Zoie shouted.
"Mom, I have to go back to help Noah, you guys go first." Bria said, without waiting for our reaction directly swam back.
"Bria!" Zoie shouted anxiously, but Bria had already swum out a long distance. At this speed, they should be out to sea soon if they weren't going to take me and the scallops with them.
Zoie looked at Bria's direction again with difficulty, but finally swam upstream with the scallop in her hand, "Come on, Aemon, let's go up as soon as possible, I'll come back for Bria later."
I quickly followed. Bria and the mermaid named Noah should have succeeded in stopping the group of mermaids until we finally got on the yacht, and they didn't catch up again.
But Zoie is still uneasy, hurriedly explained to me a few words and went down again, I carried the scallops into the yacht in a large glass tank soaking, cautiously watching the movement near the yacht.
After a while, Zoie came up with Bria, followed by them along with the green mermaid. It was a mermaid with long brown hair, with a pair of blue-green eyes, thanks to his timely appearance just now, we can get out of trouble.
He kept his eyes on Bria, and I probably guessed his relationship with Bria, so I took the initiative to go up to him and greet him in a friendly manner, "Hey buddy, how are you, thanks for saving us just now."
"Hi, my name is Noah. I'm ......" he shook my hand warmly, but his next words instantly made my face look very embarrassed.
He said, "I'm Heather's fiancé."
