THE TORTURE

It has been hours since she has been in the cell, she hasn't seen a single human since she was put in the cell. For the first time, she regrets not listening to her mate.
Suddenly everywhere became dark, and the figure she has been seeing since her birthday night appeared to her in the cell.
Instead of her being scared she faced the figure boldly.
"What do you want from me?" She yelled at the figure which has been appearing to her since her birthday night.
"Be strong, it won't take long," it said and suddenly disappeared. Just as it did the night and morning leaving her scared, confused, or speechless.
Not long the cell door opened and two men rushed into the cell dragging Selena out of it and taking her to the torture room for questioning.
She was trapped with a silver chain to the chair. Before her, were different types of torture equipment in a box a burning fire was also by her side making her whole body wet with sweat.
"Why did you poison the Alpha food?" The man sitting before her asked. But she was not able to answer.
A whip hit her leg making her scream. She was asked the same questions over and over again the more she kept saying she knew nothing about it. A whip landed on her legs. She hasn't felt this kind of pain all her life, even when her parents hit her they haven't used that kind of whip to hit her.
"I didn't even know it was his meal until it was arranged on the dining table." She cried out again. But the man wasn't listening, it hurt like hell, she continued screaming out in agony.
When the man saw she didn't give him the reply he wanted he placed the hot iron which has been in the fire since God knows when on her already shaking leg, the more she screamed the more he pressed it into her leg leaving her a scar. With the damage done to her leg, she won't be able to walk for some time.
"Let her be," A familiar voice yelled from the outside. The cell door opened revealing the gamma by the door.
"How is it going? Has she said anything?" The gamma asked the man, he didn't even look toward the half-dead girl sitting on the torture chair.
"No gamma, she hasn't confessed," the man bowed, showing his respect to the man before him.
The gamma turned to the almost half-dead girl and went close to her. She looks familiar to him so he raised her head and was shocked to see who was sitting on the torture chair. Right on the chair is the mate to their Alpha, the soon to be Luna of their pack, the queen to all wolves.
The Alpha won't be pleased with this, with just a look he knows they have gotten the wrong person, she is innocent of the crime she is punish for. What he doesn't understand is how the hell she got into this position?
"Who the hell arrested her? Release her now!" He yelled furiously, this isn't good she isn't a wolf like them she might end up dying.
"But,"
"Cut the excuse and release her now the culprit is still out there the girl sitting right here knows nothing about it. She can't even hurt a fly." He yelled again, which got the men scared, that they rushed to release the little girl. They haven't seen him that furious in a long time, he is the man of few words.
The moment they released her the gamma quickly rushed to the little almost dead figure, and carried her out of the cell, with his wolf speed he took her to the healer. The Alpha has gone on an urgent trip, if she was a wolf he would have known immediately that something was wrong with his mate. But since she's a human it would be hard for him to know.
"How the hell did this happen?" The old man asked, standing from the small stool he was sitting on as the gamma dropped the limp girl on the mattress.
"Take care of her, I need to know why the hell the men put her in the cell and also find the culprit behind the poison." The gamma said turning around to leave
"Poison? Are you saying she was accused and punished for poison?" The old man asked shocked.
"Take care of her." He said again not replying to the old man's question and left.
"That person really has a death wish, " the old man mumbled as he went to check his cabinet and brought out a small bottle of antidote.
He went to her and poured the whole content on her legs, the leg was wounded badly, and her flesh was showing he wondered why the innocent girl always suffers for what isn't her fault.

SELENA
"Take her"! I heard from my sleep I forced my eyes open, only to see the old man back facing me and more than six men in the room. I looked at them confused at first till what happened sank into my memory. How I am being punished for poisoning the Alpha's food.
"How did I get to this place?" I mumbled to myself which kind of got their attention.
"Since she is awake now it will be easier to take her." One of the men walked toward me but the old man blocked him.
"Not in my watch, the Alpha should be the one to take her himself," The old growled at them. But three of the men rushed to the old man immediately pinning the old man to the wall, then two men rushed toward me. I wanted to move but I wasn't able to. I just watched them walk toward me in a flash when something surprising happened.
The whole men were thrown backward hitting their back on the wall making them groan in pain. I was confused at first till I saw the person behind it.
"Put a single finger on her and I will make sure you have no hands in your whole life," She roared, I have never seen her this mad, her ocean blue eyes have now turned to that of black. Her voice has become icier.
"Get the hell out before I snap your head out!" She roared again making the men stand up and bowed before dashing out of the room.
"Sophie!' I screamed out stretching my hands at her. If not for my legs I would have run to her. As if knowing what was going on in my mind she ran to me hugging me tightly.
"How the hell have you been?" She asked, still hugging me tightly. I have missed her a lot.
"I miss you a lot Sophie," I whispered crying. "I miss you too Selena." She replied finally we released ourselves from the hug.
"Selena, why the hell are you here? You were supposed to be with me till I woke up" Sophie said with a playful glare pouting her lips.
"I am sorry, Alpha.." I tried explaining to her but she stopped me.
"I know my brother can be a douchebag, I am going to take care of that," Sophie said again grinning. Her eyes are now back to their normal color.
"I can see that," I whispered, not looking at her.
"What the hell have my brother made you go through when I was unconscious?" She asked, looking down at my legs.
"What happened to you, Sophie? Everyone kept saying you were fine but I wasn't allowed to know where you are or see you." I cried out.
"That doesn't matter now Selena, I am very fine now." She said again, hugging me.
" How did this happen to you?" She asked, still looking at my leg.
"Someone tried to poison the Alpha, since I was the one who made the food they thought I was the one," I explained calmly, not mentioning Gina so she doesn't get upset.
"You seem to forget I can read your thoughts." She said, glaring at me.
"I will make sure she pays for what she has done," Sophie said, now mad.
"Thanks a lot, Zyres for telling me what happened," Sophie says now looking at the old man. So that is his name.
"It's my pleasure brat," he replied with an eye roll
"What the hell!" Sophie screamed out, making me jerk on the bed.
"Why the hell did you scream that way you brat? The hell your brother and you are going to make me die before my time!" Zyres yells.
"The whole cook, the men who tortured Selena, and the seven men who just left are dead." Sophie drops the bomb.
