HER DISAPPEARANCE

"What the hell did you just say?" Damien asked furiously. He jumped up from the chair. If Andrew wasn't fast enough his head would be on the ground now.

"I really hope you are not behind this, it won't be funny if you are found behind it," Damien announced. Smirk was plastered on Naferes face. "You can't just accuse me of something like that, I even brought her….."

"Shut it! If I don't find her….."
"You seem not to get it, I might look younger but I am older than you. Again you can't just accuse me of that…."
"You know what? I think it would be best for me to leave since I helped the humans reach there safely."

"Since when did you become good,"
"Ever since that day, I have set my eyes on that little girl." He answered, smirking. Before Damien could respond to him again he disappeared.

Damien sprinted out of the office raising to his room, He saw the whole guards unconscious with blood gushing out of their mouths. He got into his room and found his unconscious sister on the bed with Zyres attempting to wake her up.

But his mate was no where to be found.
"Where is my daughter why are the men unconscious? Tell me nothing happened to my daughter." Jessica cried out, her husband tried to pull her away from Damien but she wasn't releasing him anytime soon.

"Get your hands off me!" Damien growled, his eyes held pain and at the same time rage. He couldn't hold it in anymore he roared. He went closer to his sister, "Is she going to be fine?"

"Alpha, seriously I don't know if she's going to be, it was like someone cast a spell on them all."
"Someone cast a spell?... I think I know who is behind this."

"Is she going to be fine?" William asked again. "How the fuck did you even get to my room, Get out!"

"You can't just tell me to get out when you can't find my daughter, I will only leave if my daughter is handed to me." William bellowed.

"Melissa, take them to the human world when we find Selena she would meet them, I might hurt them if they don't leave my presence now," Damien muttered.

"You don't tell me what to do, you can't order me you brat!" Melissa shrieked but Damien didn't wait to hear what she wanted to say before leaving. He rushed to his mum's room to find her but she wasn't in there, he tried to find her around the pack but couldn't. Damien, not able to take it again, gave a loud howl, the whole pack felt his pain. They didn't know the reason why their Alpha was sad. They tried to ask one another but no one was able to say what happened.

[Alpha, the men are all dead, ] Damien gave a loud howl again, he couldn't withstand it he just lost more than twenty warriors, he doesn't even know the fate of his sister, he doesn't know where his mate is. How the heck would their mate feel now, not long after the news was sent to him, he started feeling the pain of some members, guess they know now.

[Derek, help me out] Damien for the first time calls out to his wolf for help. He has always refused to do so after he was able to recover from his former mate's death.

Derek came to the surface in just a second. He was also sad, they walked out of the pack and walked a bit in the woods. Not long after he was in his wolf form, Damien allowed Derek to be in control, he watched as Derek was running faster into the woods to control its frustration.

"How is she?" Fiona asked Zyres, who has been trying to give a different antidote to Sophia, to revive her. Melissa had used almost all her powers on her, Sophia was now in Zyres' chambers since he is more good at healing, and Sophia was brought to his chamber. If she was just a werewolf she would be dead with the kind of spell casted on her.

"You did something to her, why don't you save her yourself? and stopped annoying me with questions." Zyres let out annoyed, he hate how the family just keeps frustrating him.

"Recall I am not good with saving…… What made you think I did it, I wasn't even there when the whole incident happened, don't tell me Damien thinks I hurt them all?"

Fiona asked shocked, she never knew her son could figure that out in a few minutes.
She didn't want to hurt Sophia but she kept getting in her when she wanted to take Selena away. She couldn't explain how the hell Selena got both of her kids on her side.

"I am not in his head so I can't say, have you not been feeling his pain? I still don't get why you don't want him with his mate. At first, I thought you….."

"Where is she?" They both heard Damien's voice behind them. They turned to him to see his clothes, filled with blood. One thing about his wolf is that his clothes never get ripped off if he changes to his wolf form.

"I don't know where she is Damien…. I heard the vampires brought some guests to the pack…"

"Don't play jokes with me I perceive her scent from you," Damien growled. Fiona's eyes widened in shock, "what the… ?"

"I am only controlling myself because you are my mum, the jokes are enough now, where is my mate?"

"Well she is in a place you will never find her! Got…." Damien let him take over, and his fang grew. "What are you doing?" Fiona asked, surprised by her son's reaction. "Where is my mate?" For some reason Fiona shifted back, when she heard her son's voice, it wasn't Damien in control this was Derek, it doesn't end well when Derek is allowed to take over Damien.

"You know what I can do….." She stopped when she felt pain at the side of her neck, Derek had struck her neck. Fiona shifted back in pain, it was her weakness, that place will take some time to heal. Only Derek knows that.

"Damien has always given you the respect you never deserve, but you seem to always cross the line," Derek said with a smirk plastered on his face. He places his fang on her chest, he then places his head on her shoulder at the side where he strikes her.

"Take me to my mate or the truth would be spilled." He whispered to her hearing alone. Zyres stared at them perplexed with the view before him.
"No werewolf does that to their parent, Derek step…." Before he could complete his word Derek attacked him but was thrown back, so he didn't wound him much.

Zyres groans in pain at the mark on his face, "Control your wolf, Damien! You can't bear the pain of losing someone else. The pack is in pain. " Derek whimpered when he heard this, recalling his dead warriors, he cast a glare at Fiona. Then he walked out of the room.

"Can't believe this is how I will continue suffering just because I work with you guys," Zyres cried out trying to heal himself, since he is a healer his wound doesn't get healed easily.

Melissa appeared beside Damien, "Why don't you go to the vampire's Kingdom, I have a feeling your mum and Naferes both planned the disappearance of your mate." Melissa announced. Damien looked toward her. "I can't believe mum will kill members of this pack all in the name of not making Selena be my mate," Damien whispered. " I am so ashamed to call her my mum." He admitted to walking fast.

" I get that I am the one you keep explaining all this to because your beta and gamma are busy, what I don't understand is where the hell you are going to." Melissa voiced her frustration.

"We need to send the men off, they are great warriors, their mates are also going through some pains, I need to talk to them all.." Damien explained walking toward the field.

As they got closer to the field they could hear cries getting louder. Damien walks dejectedly to the field, he knows how bad the deceased mate feels right now. He was also hurt. If they have been killed for bad deeds it wouldn't have hurt him this much. The painful part was his mum being the culprit.

It's been three days Selena has been missing, three days with him not being able to reach the vampires, three days he locked himself up in a room not answering the council, who were demanding to mate with Alexandria since his mate could not be found. He felt stupid for letting himself lose his mate the second time.

[Damien I just felt our mate's breath, ] Derek let out in excitement, making Damien jump up when he heard the news.

[Can we find her through the little connection you made?]
[No, it's too weak, at least this is assuring us that even after three days nothing is wrong with mate.] Derek said again.
[But something feels strange about her….]
[Could it be that her wolf is awake?] Damien speaks out. [If that's so, then it's a piece of good news, we will be able to reach her easily since you marked her already.] Derek let out happily leaping in joy.

For the first time since after the funeral of his warriors.

After they were done with the funeral of the deceased that day. He increased all the rank of their mates and made it known to the pack that they wouldn't be among the members who work in the pack anymore. He promised to send their pups to school in the human world after learning the basics here. But no one knew what had happened to the men except their group. He was embarrassed of telling about his mum's betrayal.

[Alpha, one of the mates of the deceased warrior has been wanting to talk to you. She kept saying she wanted to spill the truth about her husband's death.] Daren told Damien.

[What truth? Tell her I will be there in a few minutes] Damien said and went straight to his bathroom. He quickly had his bath and put on a nice shirt and jeans rushing out of his room. If she wasn't to say something about her husband's death then she must know something.

Stepping out of the elevator, the members going around quickly nowed, they could feel their Aloha anger subside a bit, but it was still there. They couldn't risk their lives getting on his wrong side.

He strides gracefully to his office where the woman was waiting for him. "Good day Alpha," the woman greeted bowing.

"I was told you want to see me, just go straight to the point I have no time to waste," Damien said in his cold voice.

"Before my mate's death, he was able to mind link me, he said I should make you know Alpha Santiago and his daughter were seen on your floor,"
