THE FIGHT
Knowing it won't be nice to get on her bad side and also make her train me, I quickly ran into the bathroom, brushed my teeth, and changed into sweat pants and a hoodie. I ran downstairs, not knowing where to go. I decided to go ask a group of ladies talking. Almost getting to them, I paused when I heard what they were discussing.
"Don't tell me you don't know she is the only female he talks to and smiles apart from his sister," A blonde said with her mouth wide agape showing how surprised she was with the girl she was talking to.
"Guess the Alpha is going to mark her as his mate since she is a strong lady and also as an Alpha blood in her." The lady with black hair says again. Making me confused.
"Doesn't she have a mate?" The young girl standing with them whispered with an innocent face.
"Heard he died when the last war happened," The blonde answered.
"Woah, a lot of wolves lost their mate in that war. I don't think I would be able to forgive those cursed species," the young girl said again. I felt sad and angry. What exactly do they mean by the Alpha is going to mate with Andria? Out of anger, I left there not wanting to hear any more rubbish from them.
"You are three minutes late, one flaw and a punishment," she said, clicking her tongue.
"The Alpha only told you to train me not punish me," I said, irritatedly. And then I felt a smack on my face.
"What the…." And she caught me off again with a resounding slap. Making me scream.
"That's more like it, you smut. So you think I should respect you? What a joke you are the one who is going to respect me not the other way around you are just a bloody human b****, hmph! Do you think he is going to accept you? I doubt that little girl." She whispered annoyingly, moving closer to me. "He is Just pretending to be by your side so he can be strong. Then it hit me hard with what she just said. He once told me this.
"Oh darling, he should have marked you as his if he wanted you by his side." She said again with a smirk on her face.
"What the hell is going on here?" We both turned in the direction of the and saw the gamma walk in looking annoyed.
"I am only doing what the Alpha wanted me to do," Alexandria replied, not allowing me to talk. I just watched silently as she talked to the gamma. The Gamma cast me a stare for some time.
"Is she saying the truth?" he asked, still not believing a thing Andrea just said. Since I didn't want to annoy her I nod my head not looking up at the gamma.
"You have confirmed the truth now you can now leave so I do something meaningful," Alexandria said again.
"It will be better if you don't do anything stupid. if I get to know…." But Andrea laughed out loudly making him stop talking and the both of us stared at her with a questioning look. "What are you going to do if I don't listen to you hun? She moved closer to him. "Throw me into the dungeon, ask the guards to flog me or punish me yourself. Lest I remind you I'm not a weak woman who you can do those shits to. You're just a gamma, three ranks lower than me." She yelled.
"Yes I got it, you are an Alpha daughter. But you keep forgetting you are no more in your pack, and in this pack, she is Luna, the mate to the Alpha king." He growled with his eyes turning black.
How the hell do these guys change their eyes in a second?
"He still hasn't accepted her yet so it will be better if you get that into the fish brain you own," Alexandra said and then turned to me. "You want me to train you and not punish you like you, so meet me in the field right now,'' she snarled and walked out.
I wanted to go after her but the gamma blocked me from leaving."Are you going to let her continue treating you this way," he asked with a disappointed look I recalled when you also talked to me and told me to work with my shyness.
"I need to learn something for her so I need to do what she wants, besides I promised Damien I'm going to learn a lot from her. so, please, I need to go now." I tried to pull my hands from him, but he didn't release me. His grasp was still firm.
"If she does anything stupid you should let me know, the Alpha told me to keep you safe," He mumbled. I nod my head in understanding then he finally releases my hands. Then I ran to the field.
When I got there I couldn't find anyone. I looked around trying to see if I could catch a glimpse of the red hair witch but I didn't find anyone.
Unexpectedly I saw Alexandria charging toward me, but with my quick reflexes, I was able to dodge her. But I didn't notice she had flipped back. Using her other hand, she gave me a hard punch on my face, making me fall flat to the ground. I recoiled from the punch on my jaw with a wince. I didn't stay too long on the ground. I quickly stood up attacking her by her leg but she was fast enough to throw another punch at me making me fall backward with a loud thud.
She grabs my head, her fingers digging into my scalp, and lifts me until I’m dangling on the tips of my toes. She slams her hand into my ribs and I wince. The pain ripples across my chest. I hit the ground again, wincing in pain.
She charges at me and hits me again and I taste blood. Come on, bitch I thought you trained hard enough. I locked my gaze with her furious that she was winning, "I curled my hand into a fist and aimed for the front of her nose. My fist hit the bridge of her nose. Making blood splatter out her nose. She winced, shifting back. But all of a sudden she wasn't in front of me. Then I felt a hard kick behind me pushing me forward making me hit my head on the wall, I saw stars for some seconds holding my head groaning in pain.
She then used the opportunity and slam my head on the wall again and again. Exhausted and feeling drowsy I fell to the ground with a loud thud then she came to me once again sitting on my tummy and continued smacking my face. I was so weak that I couldn't retaliate. When she was tired she stood up from me.
"You b**** Damien is mine and will always be mine. You are too weak for him, You are a curse to him, your kind killed his former mate, I'm going to say this again and get it into your brain, he can never be yours and the minute you understand this the minute your pains reduce." she stood up from me laughing wickedly.
When you're fighting with your enemy remember it will be a defeat to remain on the ground when you are not dead yet," I recalled how the gamma will keep repeating that to me anytime we are training.
With that, I stood on the ground with anger surging through my body. I dash towards her, giving her a blow on her abdomen catching her off guard. But she quickly recovered from it. I went for both her legs wanting to push her down but she was standing steady not moving a bit then I raised my head hitting her head, and then jabbing my elbow under her chin. She reels back, releasing her grip on me shrieking in pain. I grabbed her legs and pulled her down onto the concrete. Her head slammed against the ground in a loud thud. Then I sat on her tummy whacking her face just like she did to mine. All I saw was red. I continued doing that till I was satisfied with the artwork on her face.
Someone grabbed my arm to stop me but I twisted it making the familiar voice scream in pain. I quickly released his hands when I saw it was the gamma.
I stood from her weak body and screamed to the top of my voice.
"Bow to your Luna!" I yelled.
I saw all the warriors shift back when I turned to them. They quickly bowed and did not show any sort of threat to me. My sight is sharper than it has always been and my hearing is also sharp. It feels like I could hear a pin drop. I turned to Alexandria who was still on the ground looking at me with fears laced in my eyes. "Bow!" I yelled again.
For the first time since I have ever met her, I saw fear in her eyes as she stood on the ground trembling and finally bowed.
