Over the years, that has been their routine. Mina has been close friends with Glenn and Gina. But Glenn never stopped his flirtatious ways and his keen interest in her, which she always dismissed. She will be turning down his gifts and refusing to go out on dates with him with the notion that she's busy. She didn't want to waste time on something which wouldn't work out. It sounds stupid to say this but she still loved Alex despite what he did and she hopes he's doing well over there.





It was exactly three years since Mina's departure and no one knew her whereabouts. It feels like she has completely vanished from the earth. “Any news so far". Alpha Alex asked Beta Noah. So many things have happened since Mina left. Two years ago, on Amya's eighteenth birthday,they had found out she was mated to Beta Noah. They had mated and marked each other and Amya was expecting their first child. He never knew Noah could be so possessive. He once slammed Mike across the wall when he intentionally flirted with Amya to see his intentions. It didn't end well for Mike, who suffered bruises and took days to heal. “No, there's no news but I had a call from the manager of your company in Urichsville inviting you to the 5th anniversary." Beta Noah explained. “Cancel it, I have other plans". Alpha Alex spoke. He's become distant and unemotional since Mina left and has been very strict in his rulings. As usual, the elders pressured him into choosing another mate after two years of not finding Mina. The traitor had been caught and it was an Omega who had been banished from the pack and gone rogue. His wolf, Kairo, had become lethal, killing brutally anyone who crossed their paths. The elders stopped pestering him once he nearly killed their leader. “I think we should go". Kairo spoke, alerting Alex.



“Why is that so?". Alex asked unperturbed. “I don't know, I just feel something good is going to happen". Kairo spoke, being restless. “Wait Noah, inform them I will be coming. When is the time for us to report there". Alpha Alex asked. “Tomorrow morning". Beta Noah explained. “Have the omegas arrange my bag for the trip and inform Mike I will be going with him". Alpha Alex spoke, returning to the file on his desk. “What about me though? Won't I be going with you". Beta Noah asked. “As much as my parents are around and I would like to go with you. My sister needs you more than ever in her current condition". Alpha Alex spoke. “Thanks man, it means a lot to me". Beta Noah spoke smiling. He left the office and stopped in his tracks when he saw his mate walking towards him.



“How's he doing now". Amya spoke, rubbing her swollen belly. She was six months pregnant and she would be due in the next three months. “He's fine and he's agreed to attend the anniversary". Beta Noah explained, hugging his mate. “That's cool. I think if he spends more time on the pack,it will help him". Amya explained. “Gotta go babe. I have to inform the Omegas and Mike". Beta Noah spoke, kissing Anya's forehead. Amya grinned and chuckled and headed towards their room.



“Mike, Alpha Alex will be going with you tomorrow to Urichsville". Beta Noah said when he spotted Mike in the gym. “You mean that human town. I can get a good fuck". Mike spoke, earning a chuckle from Beta Noah, who rolled his eyes. “I just wish you found your mate and stopped being an ass". Beta Noah grinned, watching Mike's actions. “It's not my fault the moon goddess has forgotten about me". Mike feigned pain.





The next day, Alpha Alex woke up from his sleep due to Kairo constantly pacing in his head. “What's up buddy?". Alex asked, massaging his head from the headache Kairo was giving him. “We need to hurry else we will be late". Kairo whined. Kairo was an alpha wolf but sometimes he acted like a puppy. A typical love sick puppy. Alpha Alex shrugged and took his bath. After wearing his formal shirt with a suit,he headed downstairs. Arriving at the front patio, he witnessed the presence of Mina's parents and his parents. He snickered, knowing what they were already going to say.





“Take good care of yourself son". Luna Ayla spoke, earning a chuckle from Alpha Alex. “I'm not a kid anymore mom, I'm just going for a business meeting". Alpha Alex explained. “I know son, take care and know we all love you very much". Luna Ayla spoke, kissing his cheeks. “Safe journey son, and drive safe". Alpha Damien spoke, tapping his shoulders. “I know you will be coming back with my daughter". Nina spoke, glancing at Alex. “Why are you guys looking at me like that? I just have this feeling he will meet Mina. A mother's intuition is never wrong". Nina explained. Over the years, they have grown to understand Alpha Alex and have stopped blaming him for their daughter's departure. “ If you find Mina,pass this information to her that I'm already carrying her God child. If she dares to miss my delivery, she should consider the annulment of our friendship". Amya spoke, rubbing her belly. She has been very aggressive ever since she got pregnant.





“Where's Mike?". Alex asked, not finding his gamma anywhere. “I'm here". Mike replied, waving from the driver's seat of the car. “I got to go guys. I will be back in a weeks' time. I leave the pack in your hands, Noah and dad". Alpha Alex spoke, walking towards his car. He waved good bye and boarded the passenger seat. “This ride is going to be fun". Mike spoke. “Just drive, will you". Alpha Alex scolded his cousin, who took everything playfully. He was never serious. Whatever has been making Kairo restless today, he's yet to find out.
