Training sessions

“Wake up Mina”, it's almost 10am. Amya spoke, shaking Mina, who was so deeply asleep. “Five more minutes”. Mina said, rolling to the other side of the bed. Amya chuckled and got out of bed. She knew perfectly well what could wake her up. She smirked as she headed downstairs to fetch ice from the fridge. Thanking her stars for not meeting anyone in the hallway, she hurried back to her room and noticed Mina still asleep. “Why does she sleep like a log on weekends”. She snickered, ready to perform her mischievous action. She entered the washroom and poured water into the basin with ice and headed into the room. “I'm sorry Mina, but I have to do this”. Amya said, muttering under her breath. Whoosh, the water splashed on Mina, who woke up instantly drenched from the hair to the pyjamas she was wearing. The water had made the dress stick to her skin more, exposing more than necessary of her body. Amya laughed and rolled on the floor. “What was the meaning of that, Amya? You basically destroyed my sleep and my dress”. Mina spoke angrily, fuming with rage, reminding herself that Amya was her friend so she could calm down. “You look like a kitten drenched in water". Amya replied. “This ain't funny". Mina said, throwing off the drenched blanket on the floor. She got out of bed and approached Amya gently from behind her. Amya giggled when Mina tackled her on to the ground, tickling her. “ OK, I'm sorry bezz". Amya said through a series of laughter. Mina chuckled.



“What's happening in here?". Luna Ayla spoke, startling the girls. Alex was standing right behind the Luna, amused by the action displayed in front of him. He chuckled. “Mom what are you doing in here". Amya spoke. Mina helped her to get up. She bowed, clearly embarrassed by the Luna witnessing their stunt. “Hope you had a great sleep yesterday”. The Luna asked Mina, ignoring her daughter's question. “Yes please”. Mina replied, still bowing her head. “There's no need to be shy Mina. I've been on your stage before and I was worse than you. But I think you need to take a quick shower else you will catch a cold". The Luna explained. Mina nodded and quickly dashed into the washroom, locking the door behind her. “Hurry and get down. Don't think about skipping the weekend training sessions”. The Luna warned, shooting a glance at Amya. “Let's go downstairs Alex”. Alex snapped out of his trance and followed his mother downstairs, making a teasing face at Amya. Amya glared at her brother closing the door in his face. “Mina looked cute”. Alex thought



“Darling, where did you run off to". Alpha Damien replied, placing his hands around the Luna's waist. Luna Ayla chuckled and looked at her mate's loving face blushing with red-tinted cheeks. “I went to check up on Amya. It is so unlike her to sleep in for training sessions". The Luna replied, still staring into her mate's eyes. “You look gorgeous this morning”. Alpha Damien commented, gaining a chuckle from Alex, who had been watching her parents with great interest. “Why do you guys like poking your love matters in our faces all the time”. Alex demanded, intrigued by his parents' actions. “Wait till you meet your mate and you can't keep your hands to yourself”. Alpha Damien replied. Alex smirked, leaving his parents alone.



“All fresh and done”. Mina replied, coming out of the washroom. “What took you so long? It felt like ages”. Amya scoffed. “Here, wear this for training sessions today. My mom got it for you”. Amya said, glancing at Mina for her reactions. She knew Mina wasn't a fan of accepting gifts from people without earning them with hard work. “You are not planning on returning them,are you”. Amya asked. “I wouldn't think about messing with the Luna this morning”. Mina replied giggling. “That sounds good because I wasn't planning on facing my mother's wrath today". Amya replied by putting on her sneakers for training sessions. “Do you want me to wait for you or should I take the lead”. Amya asked. “I will be ready in a jiffy”. Mina replied, picking up the trousers with the matching sports bra and rushing to the walk-in closet to change. “Are you ready?". Amya asked. “Ready as I will ever be". Mina replied, following Amya downstairs.



“You guys look great. All the best”. The Luna spoke when she saw the two girls already dressed. She gave a wink to Amya when Mina wasn't looking. She was clearly happy Mina wore the training suit and it suited her perfectly. The Omega sure did a great job. Mina smiled at the Luna and headed to the training grounds with Amya. “It's been a while since she trained. She's been oversleeping all the time. She wonders what's wrong with her sometimes.



“Do you know who's going to train us today?". Mina asked. “I have no idea but I'm thinking of Alex and Noah”. Amya replied, clearly forgetting to ask her mother who would be taking them for training sessions today, since the Gamma had travelled to deal with pack issues assigned by Alpha Damien. Mina nodded and winked. “Why are you in so much enthusiasm today?". Amya asked when the training grounds came into view. “I need to let off some steam, it's been a while since I trained”. Mina replied, dismissing Amya's question, hoping she wouldn't pester her further. “Are you sure my brother is not the reason?". Amya asked. “Definitely not”. Mina replied.



“Why, are there a lot of teenage girls here today? They hardly come for training sessions”. Amya said with clear disgust. “I bet they don't want to lag in fights. You may never know what might happen, so we need to train all the time". Mina replied. “This is definitely because of the guys. Can't you see or are you blind”. Amya waved her hand in front of Mina's face. “I have eyes". Mina rolled her eyes. “Wait, who's that other guy standing beside them?”. Mina asked, taking a proper glance at the guys. “I've definitely not seen him before”. Mina added. “Oh, that's Mike, my cousin, you know him. He used to play with us whenever he came to visit or you don't remember him”. Amya explained, completely shocked by Mina's comment. “I remember him but he's changed. He looks all grown up and muscular”. Mina commented, “Well, training is going to be fun today”.



“Welcome guys”. Noah spoke, glancing at the people gathered at the training sessions. “We have a new member who happens to be Alex's cousin. He's called Mike and he will be training with us today”. Noah explained. The crowd erupted with cheers, with the majority being the girls, fucking the guys with their eyes. Mina rolled her eyes at them, clearly annoyed by the sudden interest in training being displayed by the girls. “Today's training sessions are in two folds". Alex spoke this time around. “Each person gets to spar with the same sex, then we later do random selection with the opposite sex”, Alex continued. “Wishing you all good luck”. Mike spoke for the first time, earning giggles from the girls on the training grounds. Amya scoffed while Mina shrugged her shoulders. “Everyone pick your partner". Noah explained.

“I'm gonna pick you”. Amya said, pointing at Mina, earning a grin from her. “I'm not going to be lenient with you”. Mina warned. “Bring it on". Amya replied,



“Focus on each other's strength and weakness and attack when you get the chance". Noah explained walking through the crowd with Alex and Mike beside him. Mina dodged all the punches and kicks from Amya. She landed a punch on Amya's stomach. “Ouch". Amya groaned in pain. “Focus Amya, don't give up". Mina spoke. Amya proceeded with her stance. Mina dodged and attacked Amya, who landed face flat on her face, earning shouts from the pack members gathered. “Nice one Mina”. Noah remarked impressed with her fighting skills. She definitely has the capability of being a warrior female. She could be of great importance to the pack when there's a rouge attack.



Mina offered her hand to help Amya on to her feet. “You broke my lip”. Amya spoke bitterly, annoyed about losing the fight. Mina giggled at her expression. “Well, that was just training. You are good, you just need more practice”. Mina replied, worried about the bruise on Amya's lip. She clearly knew how the Alpha doted on Amya. She didn't want to offend him in any way. “Why don't we apply first aid so it heals faster". Mina recommended. “Don't worry, it will go or you doubt my Alpha hormones”. Amya chuckled to lighten the mood. “I'm clearly impressed with your skills, you are stronger than a normal female but you hardly train. What's your secret?". Amya asked. “I don't know but I just followed my instincts and the instructions of Venus.She comes in handy but she offered great help today”. Mina spoke praising her wolf. Venus rolled her eyes at Mina's sarcasm.
