CHAPTER 29

“So, if he does that, I'll just move here and work for you to make a living.”

“That appeals to me,” Violet rubbed her chin as she thought about it.

“Do you think I should move in?” he eagerly asked with sparkling eyes.

“If you do that, I will kill you. He loves you and would never do such a thing to you. Don't worry.”

“It's just that you don't want me here,” he sulked seeing how she rejected him.

“Do you want me to send you to the island?”

“No, I'd like to stay here.”

“Don't you want to live with your mother?”

“It's difficult.”

“Whatever you want to say. Since you're here, please assist me in filling my outside tub,” she decided to give him something to do.

“Do you have a second bathroom outside?”

“Do you have a problem?”

“Won't people notice you?” he didn’t like the idea of her taking a bath outside and the fact that she can be watched by others.

“Stop asking questions and go find the maids and tell them to get it ready. I need it done in thirty minutes, and we can talk about whatever we want while I soak myself. I need it.”

“I'll get to it,” he said as he exited the bedroom.

He found a maid and told her what Violet desired, then followed the maid to the outside restroom. It was a massive room with a tub large enough to fit fifteen people. Was this tub only for one person?

The maids then turned on the water and began filling the tub with hot water. They scattered herbs, flower petals, incense, and scented candles throughout the room.

“How frequently does she do this?” he couldn’t help but ask.

“She does it once a week, but this is the first time she does it twice. She must be tired; she must have been exhausted since yesterday, which is why we added more herbs.”

“Is that so? Now I see what you mean; thank you for explaining.”

“I'm just assisting you in comprehending. We can all see how sincere you are towards her, so we're only trying to help.”

“I'll never forget this.”

“It's fine. Please go get her and something else.”

“What?”

“Forget it, go get her before the water runs out of steam.”

“Okay.”

He returned to her room and found her wearing a robe; she was no longer wearing any jewelry, indicating that she was ready. “I'm here to pick you up.”

“Okay, I'm finished. Let's get started.”

He led her out of the room and to her hot tub, which was waiting for her. She came to a halt at the stairs and tossed her robe to the floor, leaving her naked except for her hair, which covered her back completely.

She descended the stairs into the tub and walked to the opposite side before sitting on the bench built within the tub. Her hair was floating in the water, mingling with the flowers; the water was hot, but she sat inside as if it were cold.

“Do you want to say anything to me?”

“Something along those lines.”

“Then come over here and massage my shoulders.”

"Yes, ma'am."

He walked over to her and took off her trousers, leaving him in shorts. He wanted to sit on the towel, dip his legs into the water, and massage her comfortably. He put his legs beside her, entrapping her in the middle, and began the massage because she didn't seem to mind.

“I received an assignment yesterday and I need your assistance.”

“What kind of assistance?”

“I was assigned to write about any successful businesswoman, and I chose you.”

“Would you like to learn more about my businesses?”

“If you don't mind, yes.”

“All right, I'll assist you.”

Violet's business ventures were fascinating to hear about. He discovered that she owned Lucid Dreams, Heritage Club, Viper Security Company, which was well known for its excellent services, and was a shareholder in numerous other
businesses.

She advised him that, in addition to having a smart mouth, he should have connections that can assist him in achieving his goals. The people around you reflect who you are.

So, in whatever they do, they should never slack off, but rather work hard and even live a life they don't want, so that when they begin to enjoy the fruits of their labor, they will live a life that everyone envies.

“How did you get your first business off the ground?”

“It may sound strange, but I won the first prize in the lotto. I was able to buy a restaurant with the help of that money because the owners were retiring, and I saw an opportunity and took advantage of it. I used my profits to start more small businesses and invest in various companies. And now I'm here.”

“You had a difficult situation, but you performed admirably.”

“Indeed, which is why you should not be afraid to start over? Your parents overindulged you. Make your own thing and don't rely too heavily on others.”

“I'll think about it.”

“Is there anything else you require?”

“No, it's not a problem. I'll do my best to write the report and conduct additional research.”

“That's my kid. Give me something to drink now.”

He stood up and said, “just a second."

He walked over to the tray and picked it up. He'd despise it if he had to leave and then return. He sat back down on the floor, poured her a glass of juice, and handed it to her.

“Thank you,” she said as she sipped her drink, “how long has it been since I came in?”

“About an hour and a half. Why are you asking?”

“It's time for me to get out of the tub. I'm feeling much better, and the kids will be here soon. I'd like to go out to dinner with them.”

"May I join you?"

“Since you're already here, why not join?”

“I should come here more frequently.”

"Don't even think about it," she said as she stood up and started walking towards the stairs.

He dashed over to her and grabbed her robe. How is she going to get out of the water with her body like that?

It wasn't his first time seeing her naked body, but it was the third, and it still made him feel like a puberty-affected adolescent. He assisted her in putting on the robe and closing it. She smiled as she looked at him.
