33. Homecoming

Elise and Levi spent the next two years jetting around the globe. It went by in a blur. They spent most of their time just having a good time; site seeing, parties, thrill seeking, or just wrapped up in each other's arms. Elise sent Margret postcards every week. She asked one of the ladies at magnolia house to show Margret how to email, and then their correspondence was even better.

Elise had started killing. At first, she only did it when she felt that the person really deserved it. Over the last 6 months though it began to happen much more frequently. Whenever she became provoked, she would strike. She still felt some remorse over every death, but then she would convince herself that she was justified. Levi didn’t mind at all.

Eventually they decided it was time they went back to New Orleans. Elise wanted to see Amanda again. She had seen her in seven months. Levi had flown her out to Tokyo to have some fun, but she could not stay long.

Elise had agreed to move in with Levi, although they went back and forth about which place to live; the loft or her house. Finally, they agreed to just get a new place and sell their other residences including the one that Levi used for parties. Searching online, they found an old building in the French quarter. They bought it and hired a construction company to convert it into their new home. The entire renovation was completed while they were traveling.

They planned to start from scratch once they arrived home. Once all of their old properties had sold, they decided to go back to New Orleans.

Elise sat reading a book she had picked up at their last stop. Her now perfectly toned legs were stretched out on a plush bench in Levi’s private jet. She set the book down and look at Levi.

“Leviathan, what are we doing with our furniture?”

Elise had started calling him by his full name once he trusted her with it. He told her how it was a closely guarded secret among the Princes of Hell that if anyone commanded them by their true name, they were compelled to obey. They could try to fight it of cores, but if a human commanded them with enough force of will they could banish a demon for weeks. An angel’s command could stop them from poofing or summoning for a year.

Levi hated humans finding out his true name. He valued his free will above anything else. He did not want to risk anyone having power over him, even the slightest bit.

Now he trusted Elise with the secret. He no longer wanted her to call him by some abbreviated version of his name. So, she started calling him Leviathan. He loved hearing her say his name. Most others would still call him Levi. Angels and some of the demons would use his true name, but unless they were a prince of hell or Elise, they had no idea of the power they held.

“I thought you would want to furnish our new place with new things.”

“Yeah, I do. But what do we do with the old stuff?”

“Have it taken to the dump I guess.”

“We should give it charity.”

“Alright then we will give it to charity.”

“Good. You want me to furnish the new place.”

“Yeah, I trust you.”

“What? You don’t think I will make the whole place white?”

“You wouldn’t be so cruel.”

“Ha, maybe I will. I am in love with a demon after all. And he is quite wicked. It may have made me wicked too.”

“No, you are anything but cruel.”

“Mph.”

They had developed a kind of banter between them. “So, I suppose we are staying in a hotel for a few days until we at least have a bed.”

“That would be correct. Since our other places have been sold, and our stuff is in storage.”

“Is there any particular style you want me to shop for?”

“No nothing really. I would stick to earth tones, but other than that I am cool with everything. Oh, and you should make sure the furniture is really durable. Knowing us some of the furniture will break, but still, we can hope you’ll find something strong enough to withstand us.”

“Alright.” Elise said with a smile. “Speaking of durable, this plane has held up well.”

“Huh umm.”

Elise put down the book and straddled Levi. He ran his hands up her thighs and then around to her round ass.

“I like this.” he said as he grabbed her.

“Well, I like this.” She said as she ran her fingers over the scruff on his face. Their lips came together. They had to be careful though. They didn’t want to damage the plane.
