Chapter 15

Doctor Albert and I said our goodbyes . I got into the car waiting that was for me and the driver drove off. While I was in the car my mind went back to the event of this night and I could not help but smile.
I was filled with satisfaction, I have not had this kind of feelings for a very long timem now. Albert really made my night, the kiss toped it all.
I never knew that doctor Albert could be this romantic, he really tookkbout his time to make sure he impressed me. The kiss that I had with doctor Albert was still right in my mind, and I wished we could have it more often.
I my head I did not know of I should accept doctor Albert proposals or not, I did not want people to talk not gossip about me, but same time, I would love to please my heart and be happy at least to have a man of my own. I will need to find out if doctor Albert is actually in love with me and not just lusting after my beautiful and body.
I think my heart is already begining to accept doctor Albert already, I feel that I love him, I have to thread with caution as I would not like to add heart break to the problem I already have right now, the issue of my parents situation is enough affecting me, thanks to doctor Albert who has being making sure that I am happy and not thinking too much.
I fantasised a world with doctor Albert and I was filled with joy.
While drove, the street was already becoming of less people on road except on places like bar, night clubs, hotels and so on.
I looked around to see what the city used to be at night because I hadly come out at to the city because my parents would not allow me.
I remembered when a friend invited me for a birthday party that was to hold around 9.:00 pm, I worn my dress all dress up and ready for the party only for my dad to stop and I said I should not go since it was a night party, I really felt bad that day but there was nothing I could do, I had to obey my dad, I went back in to my room undressed and sent a text message to my friend apologising for not being able to make it to her birthday party.
The driver Albert sent to bring me to the restaurant and take me back, was wma very gentle man, from the way he camly drove the car, I can tell he is a very good driver. I enjoyed somoth ride he that was giving to me, you hardly see young men drive this gently this days, I guess he must have been instructed by doctor Albert to make sure he gives me a good ride.
Some minutes later, we got to my house, the driver pulled up in the garage and got down from the car, I thanked him, he inquired if there is anything I would like,and I answered in the negative and he bowed professionally as he left. While I got into the house, I met the house ajar, and was wondering where Beatrice and Fabian could have been.
I went to Beatrice room to inform here that I was back perhaps she had fallen asleep while waiting for me. I met Fabian and Beatrice in each other's arms asleep on Beatrice's bed.
"What the f*ck" I muttered.
I think is high time I speak to the about their affairs in the house, if they are a couple they can make it open already instead of doing hide and seek kind of love like two under aged hiding to make love.
I called the other staff to instruct him to keep the doors locked ,while I retired to my room, I got into my room and only then did I realize how tired I am. I removed my heels, sat down and wiped my face off the make up I had applied, I went in to the bathroom to have a warm shower.
If there is anything I always enjoyed, it was the refreshness from the warm shower. I quickly took my bath so that I could got to sleep..
When I was done having my bath, I took my night wear of a red velvet dress to sleep, my mind quickly went back to the velvet cake I had at the restaurant, I promised myself I would visit that particular restaurant again to have more taste of it, including thier delicious cusine.
I checked my phone to see if there is an email that would be needing my response their was non.
My phone rang and I checked who the caller was, it was doctor Albert, had butterflies filled in my stomach, I was grinning like a secondary school tennage girl that just found love.
I answered the phone and his cute voice came into the phone from the other end.
"Hey beautiful" I greeted.
"Hey" I answered him with smiles filled in my lips.
"How was your ride? home, the driver called to inform me that you have already gotten to the house, so I called to check up on you" He said.
"I am fine, that is so thoughtful of you to check up on me" I told him
"Of course it is my duty to check up, to treat you like a princess" He answered.
"Umm, is someone trying to flatter me here?" I joked.
"No,not at all, I am not trying to flatter you, you just like a beautiful light that illuminates tbe heart of anyone that comes around, and I am so glad you crossed my part" He kept giving me beautiful words.
"Thanks anyways,I appreciate your compliments " I said to him feeling happy with myself and proud too.
"Hope you enjoyed the evening today" He asked me.
"Of course I enjoyed myself very much" I replied.
" That is very good ,I am happy that I could put a smile on your beautiful place, thank you for the opportunity and thank you for honouring our date"? He said.
"You do not have to thank me, I also enjoyed myself, so it is okay .
We spoke for a little bit longer before we ended the call, my heart filled with joy speaking with doctor Albert. It was obvious love could be found even the unexpected places at akward moments,he could believe I am falling in love with the doctor I had met in my dad's sick bed.?
After going through my phone to check for messages that needed my attention and there was non, I had to go to bed to sleep.
I decided to put a call to my uncle to inquire about him and what he has being up to since the day.
"Hey Uncle, good evening to you" I greeted?
"Good evening to you to Erica, and how are you doing" He inquired.
"I am doing great uncle" I answered him.
"So what have you been up to, I hardly know of your movement this few days" He said.
"I am so sorry uncle,I have not been around since I left the hospital in the afternoon today" I told him.
"You have not been around,so tell me ,where have you been?" He asked me.
"Well, I went out in date with doctor Albert, I informed him.
"And who is doctor Albert" He asked.
?I was surprised my uncle could not remember who doctor Albert is, same doctor he has being visiting in the hospital all this while.same doctor taking care of my dad in the hospital.
"Uncle, you mean you can not remember, doctor Albert, he is same doctor taking care of dad in the hospital"?
"Oh really, you mean, you have being flirting with the young man right under my nose" He said.
"No uncle, that is not true" I said to him.
'Flirting' that is not the word to use use hear, I thought to myself, I only went out in a date with the dict, since when did it become a crime for two adults to go out on a date, I am not under aged and of course I am old enough to go on date with anyone, why is my uncle acting like I have done something wrong, like I have done something unimaginable, my a young woman and of age to go out on date with anyone I choose to, it is not called flirting, at least I am not flirting, I only went for a date, to have a nice time. Moreover doctor Albert is not a bad guy, he is gentle and honourable, he would not like to do anything to tarnish his good image.
I don't know why my uncle refers to going out with someone on a date 'flirting'.
