Chapter 45

I stepped out from the car and went into the restaurant to look for Ethan. Luckily I found him sitting at the far end of the restaurant. The restaurant was not a luxury type but it was not bad even. I walked down to where Ethan was sitted. As he saw me coming, he quickly stood up to set the sit for me, while I sat.
"Goodday Erica," he greeted.
"Hi Ethan and good evening to you," I responded.
"You look amazingly beautiful," he said staring at me.
"Thank you," I replied to him smiling.
Ethan called on the waiter to get the menu for us,the waiter brought the menu for us. I choose to eat omlete,I also opted for a red wine and Ethan requested for same things as me.
Ethan was looking well dressed as well, from the look of his outfits, it was quite obvious that he has a great sense of fashion. He wore a nice a designer shirt on a jeans trouser matched with a golden wristwatch.
The food was brought to us and we 1started to eat, Ethan kept staring at me, as though I he has not seen me for a very long time .
After we were done with our meal. I requested for a desert of red velvet cake,my favorite.
"Erica there is something I would like to discuss with you," Ethan said breaking the silence.
"Yes, you can go ahead, I am all ears," I replied.
"I would like you to be my girlfriend I am in love with you Erica,I fell in love with you the very moment I saw you at the airport, your uncle has told me so much good things about you and I am certain I would love to spend the rest of my with you, please do not say to me Erica," he pleased.
I sat down frozen, I could not believe what Ethan just said, this is someone that I met not long ago and he is already asking me to be his girlfriend? I noticed his feelings for me from the very day he came to bring me back from the airport, he kept staring at me and admiring, he always compliments my beauty.
I had always wanted to love and be loved back but I am just being careful after my last relationship with Albert.
Falling in love is not a crime and I really want to fulfill all my father's wishes, I just hope that Ethan does not break my heart, and as he is coming from my uncle I believe he would be a good choice for me.
Ethan still pleading for us to be together, I think is my opportunity to love again and I would like to give him a chance but isn't this too fast? I asked myself. Ever since I came back, I noticed how my uncle has been indirectly pushed for Ethan and I to be together.
"No it is not fast, there is no perfect time to fall in love," a little voice on head kept urging me on.
"Please Erica,do not say no to me,"Ethan said, bringing me back from my thoughts.
"How are am I sure you are not like the other guys, Ethan," I asked him.
"Erica I love you,so much,I want us to be together," he insisted.
"Okay, Ethan I would give you a chance, I would give us a chance, it is not a bad idea to be in love, I so much believe in love too, I will accept for us to date" I replied.
"Thank you Erica," he said. Feeling very happy.
He had a toast long lasting relationship and love and after having our drink we went home.
ANTHONIO'S POV
Ethan informed me that he would be going out on a date with Erica. I have been anxious to hear what the outcome would be.
"Hello Ethan," I said as he answered his call.
"Hi Anthonio," he replied.
"So did you go on the date with Erica," I asked.
"YesI did and she has accepted to date me," he replied.
"This calls for celebration then," I said.
I was glad to hear that Erica accepted to date Ethan.
ERICA'S POV
"Hello Uncle," I said into the phone.
"Hello Erica,"he answered.
"When would I take over the company, I need to know the things happening there and handle some of them myself. I do not want the company to continue loosing money that can not even be accounted for," I told him.
"Hey, Erica, but remember we have an agreement, you do not take over the company except you are married, that is your dad's wish," he said.
I remember that was my dad's wish and it needed to be followed. I just wish he was alive,so that I can ask him to change the wish already so that I can be able to choose who I really want and not make mistakes.
I accepted Ethan at once, I might be so fast but then why do I have to wait for too long before I can truely be happy, I want to get married already so that I can take out over the company and have a family of my own.
My phone beeped and I went to check who the caller is. And it was Ethan.
"Hello Erica,I wanted to check if you got home safely," Ethan said.
"Yes Ethan, I got home safely," Thank you very much,"
"Erica, I would like is to get married at once," Ethan said.
I was shocked,I was not expecting him to say that.
"Why would you want us to get married so soon, Ethan?"
"Because we both know what we want, I am in love with you," he said.
"We would talk about this when we get to see face to face, " I replied him.
Ethan informed me he will be coming to the house to see me. Some minutes later he go the house and went to opens the door for him to come, immediately I opened the door, Ethan went on bent kneel and brought out a diamond to propose to me.
"Erica, will you marry," he asked looking at me.
I stared at him in outer disbelief. This is what I have always wanted, I thought I would not find love so soon when I first broke up with Albert, how wrong was I, here someone is asking me to marry him. I had missed feelings, with the fact that Ethan and I just met very recently and I also would love to have a forever time with someone.
I stretched forth my hand and gave him. He slipped the ring jnor my hand,it was a beautiful diamond ring.
"Ethan, is this not happening too fast?" I asked him. Looking into his eyes.
"No it is not," he said and kissed me passionately.
I returned his kiss and for some seconds were locked up in an embrace, it really felt warm and comforting, being in the arms of a man.
"Let's push through with the wedding already," Ethan added.
"Okay," I said almost inaudibly.
I was so joyful. Ethan and I went into the room to celebrate our engagement and to have a drink. I began to fully adjust to Ethan and become closer to him. We talked about lots of things and equally made plans of how the wedding is going to be.
When we were done talking, Ethan Left for his house.
"Remember all that we have discussed and do not fail to contact a wedding planner as soon as possible," he said.
"No problem, I will do that as quick as possible," I responded smiling.
Ethan mover closer to me and we had a very passionate kiss before he left. He is also a very good kisser, I do not know how good he would be in bed but I hopefully think that he is good in that too.
ANTHONIO'S POV
I got a call from Ethan.
"Hello Ethan," I answered.
"Hi Tyler, Erica and I are going to be wedding soon," he announced.
"Wow, really,that is a very good news, this is the best news ever," I said.
"Yeah, I have told her to get a wedding planner,so everything is going to be taking place sooner than later," Ethan added.
"Thank you Ethan,I will send some more money to you, amke sure you do not forget plans ,make her fall in love with you, marry her,use your position as her husband to get into her heart and steal her wealth and then divorce her," I reminded Ethan.
"You do not have to worry about that,I understand everything, sooner my resources would take a different stand and I would become so rich and wealthy," Ethan said feeling very happy.
I was so happy that Ethan was doing his job well. Erica just like her parents trusts and loves so easily.
