After we had our dinner in at restaurant, we went home immediately.
As soon as we got to the house, I we proceeded to have have our bath, I noticed that Ethan has been trying to ignore a certain call that has been calling his phone why we were on our way back to the house.
I asked him several times who was calling him, but he shrugged his shoulders and asked me not to bother.
Few minutes later I gog a text from my uncle to be careful of Ethan, I noticed that Ethan no longer talk about my uncle nor for them to go out together to have a drink which is very unusual, I asked him if he had issues with my uncle but tbe denied having any issues with him.
Ethan's phone rang again and he rushed to the bathroom to answer his call.
I tiptoed behind to eavesdrop perhaps I can find out who was calling him and why, and equally judging from the text I had received from my uncle.
I heard him mention Anthonio my uncle's name and my name on several occasions in his conversations, I tried to figure out what he was saying so I went closer so that I can hear him.
I was shocked at what I heard, Ethan vwsd actually to talking to my uncle, he tried so hard to keep his voice low but I vwss still able to over hear him.
I received the biggest shock of my life from what I over heard Ethan telling my uncle.
I have been played. So Ethan have pretending to love me all this while, he was contacted by uncle to love me so that they both can steal my wealth from me. And now that he has fallen in love with me he was tired of pretending and my uncle could not have it.
I screamed at the top of my voice and Ethan rushed from the bathroom to hold me.
I felt like given up on love, how can same thing keep happening to me over and over again, I was so heart broken that Ethan planned with my uncle to deceive me, while I was showering him with love he had deceit in his heart.
Ethan kept begging and apologizing for me to forgive him, as he had come to lovee genuinely and no longer pretending.
I could not get myself to forgiving him, I was grateful that things did not turn out as they have planned.
I quickly contacted my attorney to change the documents of the company and make me the only signatory to the account and remove Ethan's name from it. I also told my attorney to prepare my divorce papers as quickly as possible.
"I'm sorry Erica you have to believe me, I really love you so much," he kept saying.
I was more than angry at him, thank God bless I have gone closet to over his conversations elst I would have been left in the dark.
I cried bitterly.
I searched for ways to look for Albert so that I can tender my sincere apologies to him for the pains that he had might have passed through as of the time I broke up with him.
I never knew my uncle lied against him just for us to break up and for him to bring Ethan to steal my wealth.
After so much search for Albert, I later got his social media pages, I sent him a message, and also dropped the phone number he could reach me with,for days I waited for his reply but I did not get any.
Few weeks later, I got a reply from him, he replied my text message.
I got a call from an unidentified phone number.
"Hello," a familiar masculine voice greeted from the other end of the phone.
"Hi,may I know whom I am speaking to?" I asked.
"It is me Albert, I got your text message," he replied.
"Oh my gosh, Albert, so good to hear from you, I am really sorry for everything that happened in the past, I just wish I can be able to change the hand of time," I apologized.
I discussed on ways to meet him.
I did my best to hold myself from hurting Ethan because I was so furious. I kicked his things out of my house so that I can have my peace of mind before I can think of what next I would do and how to handle the case.
I did not want to rush things yet.
I tried my best not fall into depression, if anyone had told me that my uncle could do such a thing I would have never believed, after everything my dad did for him.
Ethan keeps claiming he has fallen genuinely in love with me, I would really be stupid if I have anything to do with him.
