Chapter 42

Breaking up with Albert was one of thoughtthe most hardest decision I have ever taken in my life time, I never wised for us to break up but after receiving and listening to that voice recording my uncle sent to me, I it would be best if I let him go.
I loved Albert and there is no doubt about that, but I needed to follow what my uncle said and let him go,he has begged me to listen to me but I would not listen to him, I would move on with my life.
Days are gradually turning into weeks, weeks into months and I am about to graduate from the school here where I would finally go home and face my dad's company, but one thing is still lacking, I do not have someone to present as my boyfriend or lover yet and this is giving me a major concern, I have tried not to the think about that but it is something that must be done since I already had am agreement with my dad over this.
I decided to arrange my room before leaving for the school, I as doing the little cleaning up, I saw the ring that was given to my by Albert and my mind quickly went back to the voice recording I heard, I threw the ring into the waste bin so that I can concentrate and focus on my studies since I have an upcoming exams.
I went into the bathroom to have my bath. After having my bath I quickly dressed up for the lectures.
I contacted the usual taxi driver to come take me to the school and he came immediately. When I got to the school, I looked for Rose, when I could not gubdy her, I called to know her whereabouts and she informed that she would not be coming to the school.
I went in to have my lectures, the lecturer that came in first for his teaching informed us that exams are very soon, and we would have to read very well for the exams.
The name of the students that qualified to part take in the exams would be mentioned.
I got to find out that according to the rules in the school, it is only students who have performed well in their class activities that would partake in the exams and others would have to repeat an extra year in the school.
I hoped that my name would be among the people to participate in the exams, the break up I had with Albert affected me a lot and I could not read most of the time.
I went to the school director's notice board to check if my name was among for the final exams, after searching thoroughly, I was glad that my name was among. I jumped in jubilation, I was so happy I went home immediately to prepare for the exams, so that I can finally graduate and go back home to my country.

I have already spent my expected six months in this school, I was very glad that I would be leaving anytime soon and I have other things to attend to.
Studying in this school was very good, I did not spend much time in it yet the little time I spent was worthwhile. Unfortunately Rose had a extra year and she was not able to graduate with me.
The day of the final exams came and was so anxious about it, I do not know how the exams would be conducted but I hoped that I will be able to handle the questions and pass successfully.
When exam finally commenced, we were under strict observation, the exam codinators made sure no one cheats.
After the exams we were told to wait for three days when the results would be out and be hold our convocation ceremony.
I waited for three days, on the third day,I got a mail from the school showing my results. I could not believe my eyes when I got the results. I did excellently well in all the papers. I was overwhelmed with joy.
I checked the school portal to know the necessary things I would be needing for the convocation ceremony and paid for them all.
It was quite a joyful occasion,many families were in attendance in attendance,I had no one come for me, Albert promised to come but since we both are no longer together, I would not be expecting him, and I have given him a stern warning not to show his pretentious face here.
After the party, I went back home to get my things ready to leave, I did not want to spend much time in this city so I had to go back, I went to the airport to make enquiry on book of flight back home.
I took time to have my things ready, I went to the mall to get some really nice clothes,shoes, jeweries and other fashion items that I would be needing back home.
I checked time for my flight and it was almost time,so I left immediately to the airport, I called my uncle to inform him that I was on my way back to the country.
Before I went on board, my uncle called to inform me that he would send someone to pick from the airport ascI told him the time we would be landing.
I wondered who my uncle would send to come pick me from the airport, perhaps it could be a driver.
As soon as we landed I waited by the by the airports lobby after clearing my lugages. I got a call from an unidentified phone number.
"Hello what side of the airport are you,I am here to bring you back home," I heard the voice of a young man.
"Hello, I am just here by the lobby,I am putting on a red Gucci tracksuit," I replied.
I saw a man in his mid thirties approaching towards me, he was looking cute and very sexy too, he had a cute smile, I thought how and where did my uncle met this man because obviously I have never met nor seen him with my uncle before now.
"Hello, I am Ethan, nice to meet you," he said extending his hand to me.
"I am Erica, it is my pleasure to meet you," I responded extending my hand to him.
We proceeded to the car where he parked, he can came in an SUV, he was such a cute guy and filled with humor, he kept me laughing call through the way to the house.
Ethan made informed me that he was told by my uncle to bring me to the house, on several times, he kept on gushing and complimented on how beautiful I am.
What was surprising to me is that Ethan seemed to know so much about me, from my favorite meal, to my favorite colour and even my favorite places.
I was so impressed by how much he knows about. We spoke at length on our way to the house and he is such a nice guy to be around with. He made me enjoy our ride home even though I had tireing flight.
We got to the house and I met a bigger shocker, a welcoming party was organised for me, I asked one of the staffs who organised the party and he said it was Ethan, Ethan organised a very fun filled welcoming party for me, few friends were in attendance, including the domestic staffs.
Sipping my drink, I went around greeting the people in attendance.
I went to say greet my uncle and Ethan were they were both discussing.
"Hello uncle, thank you for this wonderful party," I said.
"You do not have to thank me, you should be thanking Ethan, he organised this party for you," he said.
"Thank you Ethan," I greeted him.
"You do not have to thank me,I can do anything for me," he said.
We stood there talking for a long time, I got to know that Ethan works with an Real Estate company.
There was something that does not seem so clear about Ethan but I shrugged the negative feeling behind me and enjoyed the party organised for me.
ANTHONIO'S POV
I was happy all through the party that Ethan and I organised to welcome Erica to the house from her journey.
I had told Ethan to organize the party so that he can begin to win Erica's heart, Ethan is a very smart man and because of the money I promised him, I am very sure he would do the job perfectly.
Things were gradually moving as I planned, I positioned Ethan to work on Erica's emotions and I am sure Erica is good at what he does and sooner than later, Erica will fall in love with Ethan. I smiled and sipped my drink.
