Chapter 48

We had our dinner and went upstairs to the room.
It would be our first night as a couple, my first night as a married woman, the joy that t can no be contained.
I went in to have my bath can go to bed. Ethan suggested that we have sour bath together which I agreed to. We both went into the bathroom to have our bath, it was my first time seeing Ethan naked, in the few weeks that Ethan and I dated, I have not seen his nakedness and he has not ok any tried to make a move for us to make love.
Ethan removed his clothes to allow the water run through his skin. Ethan was such a cute young man, he got broad shoulders and very clean too.
I marveled at his nicely built body frame. I have no really ghalent ebjut time to see how Ethan looked like, all this while and seeing now makes my body feels like I have the most cute guy in the world here with me, and the most interesting part of it is that he is my husband and mine forever.
"Hey Erica, can you stop staring at me already and let's have our bath so that we go to bed,I am really exhausted," he said.
I realised that he had caught me staring a glance at him.
We hard our bath and went back into the room, I went to my closet to get a realy nice and sexy night wear for the night, it was one of the ones I got the last time I went for shopping, a red transparent lace. Ethan wore his pyjamas and we both slide under the sheets.
We stayed for more than thirty minutes in the bed but Ethan did not msket any move you touch me, he literally lay on the bed and about to sleep off, that was so unusual since we were newly married and as our first night together, we ought to be enjoying each other's body.
I decided to make the first move, perhaps Ethan is very tired, I let my hands rub through his bare chest. I touched the tip of his nipples and kissed, I suckled his nipples a little bit and a faint moan came out from his lips. I tried to stop but Ethan held my hand to his body and uttered almost inaudibly.
"Please do not stop, touch me the more," he said.
"But zi thought you were not interested in the love making," I asked him.
"Not that Erica, I was only tired," he said and kissed my lips.
We continued to kiss and we proceeded to have a very passionate love making.
Ethan was so good, he made me to enjoy the love making so much.
Ethan's phone rang and he checked who was calling, he quickly went into the bathroom to answer the call .
Few minutes later he came out from the bathroom with his phone.
"So who called you on the phone Ethan?" I asked him.
"It is your uncle Anthonio," he said.
"Oh really, so what did he say," I asked him.
"He just wants to congratulate us once more," he replied. Looking away.
I kept wondering why Ethan would rush to answer the call of my uncle in the bathroom. It did not make sense to me since he it is my uncle's call, but I did not bother and we both said our goodnight and slept off.
ANTHONIO'S POV
Called Ethan to know about our plans to wreck Erica and the company, but go my greatest surprise, I got the biggest shock of my life. Ethan kept telling me that he had fallen genuinely in love with Erica, as against our initial plan.
"Hello Ethan," how are you, do not forget our plans, get hold of the documents, get access to everything that has to do with the company and then divorce Erica immediately," I said into the phone.
"I am sorry Anthonio, I....'' Ethan stammered.
"You are what?" I asked him.
"I am in love with Erica now," he replied.
"I do not understand you Ethan," I said to him.
"I mean, for the few weeks I have been with Erica, and even getting married to her, I have realized how so much I love her genuinely, I have to Erica, I would not want to hurt her, she is such a good person with a good heart, I want to be with her genuinely and not for the pretence anymore," he concluded.
"You can not do Ethan, you can not change the plans right now, how can you fall genuinely in love with Erica when you are supposed to be working with me," I told him.
I dropped the call with Ethan, he spoke in low tune and I presumed he did not want Erica to over our conversation.
I was ravaging with anger, Ethan's love for Erica is about to ruin everything that I have worked so much for. How can fall in love with someone that I asked him to pretend to love so that we can achieve our plans?.
ERICA'S POV
Ethan and I woke in the morning, and had our breakfast, I was gradually adjusting to the life of being married and having got to share my room and bed with someone else.
"Hey love, good morning to you," I greeted him as he came to the dining for breakfast.
"Hi dear, good morning to you too, you woke up this early to make breakfast, why don't you allow the staff do that," he asked.
"Well,I just wanted to give you a treat since it was our fit breakfast as a couple,'' I replied smiling.
"Thank you so much, that is so thoughtful of you, and I love and appreciate you for this," he said thanking me.
"You do not have to thank me, we are one now, so I can do anything for you," I replied and we bothe kissed.
As we settled to eat our meal, we talked about our plans for the day.
"So what would you be doing today," he asked me.
"I think of taking you to the company to introduce you to them officially as my husband and inform that you would be officially taking over the company as the head," I told him.
"Hey baby, if you do not want to do that, you are free to do whatever you like okay, I am okay with your decision," he said, holding me by the hand.
"What do you mean, Ethan, I thought you asked me to hand over the company to you and do other things of my interest, so what changed? I asked him. Surprised at his change of mind.
"Well, then I thought it was tbe best decision and right now, I think it is okay if you are still the head on the company," he insisted.
"No dear, I would have to go to the company to make the introduction, you are my husband, so whatever belongs to me, equally belongs to you,"
There was a look on Ethan's face as I insisted he takes over the company as my mind was made up already, he looks like he has a total change of mind but it was not necessary and I do not understand why, but it was not necessary since we are a couple now.
When we finished having our breakfast, we went back upstairs into the room to get dressed, I looked for a nice work dress, Ethan also dressed fine in his own work clothes and we proceeded to the office in Ethan's new car that I got for him.
He drove to the office, as we got to the office we were greeted with lots of cheers by the workers, many of them congratulated us on our wedding. Some asked why they were not sent an invitation and others talked in low tunes, gushing over how beautiful Ethan and Iooked together. I could not help but smile at their compliments.
After the pleantries, I called the workers out for the main reason why we were there, unfortunately the board members were not around since I did not inform them earlier on if my coming,but I asked the secetary to send them informations of the changes that would be taking place.
Without much a do, I informed the workers that Ethan would be taking over from me as the head of the company, all documents should be made in his name and his signatures included in officially documents. There was a clap from the workers, I informed them that he would be resuming his new office as soon as possible.
I went round introducing the workers and their positions to Ethan as they welcome him. It was such a great moment, I asked the secetary to prepare a document immediately so that Ethan can sign. After signing most of the copies of documents we went home.
