Chapter 50

ANTHONIO'S POV
I woke up still moody because of the conversation I had tbe previous day with Ethan, I can not still believe that Ethan would prefer his love for Erica over the huge amount of money that I would be offering him.
I decided to go the office to face him.
I quickly went into my car and drove off.
On my way to the office I had different thoughts, I have come too far to give up right now, not after calculating how many times I would be richer if we are able to get the company and its resources from Erica, and now Ethan wants throw it all to the wind, due to his self interest and love.
"No, that can not be possible," I muttered.
I drove hasteningly to his office.
I got there I met Ethan in the office, I noticed that Erica changed some things in the office, Ethan has instructed some of the workers that employed by myself to make sure they report to him directly.
Erica has changed the office furniture, most of the financial accounts were being monitored closely by Ethan, as instructed by his wife Erica.
I looked for some of the people I employed, I talked to them, but is disheartening to know that all of them no longer in control of funds and even the account that I had employed when Erica travelled to Miami has been relieved of his duties and they all report directly to Ethan.
I searched for Ethan's office and went directly, the secetary tried to stop me but I found my way in there.
I met Ethan sitting in his office and working on some files.
"Ethan," I called him and he looked up at me.
"Hey Anthonio, have a sit," he said. Pointing at a sit in his office.
", I did not come here to sit," I said, with anger on my face.
"What is the problem?" he asked me.
"What the hell were you saying over the phone?" I asked him.
With a clinched teeth, I added.
"Now that you have access to the company funds, can you now get the freaking money and divorce Erica at once," I asked.
"No Anthonio, Erica is my wife, whatever belongs to her, belongs to me too and I love her, I can not afford to hurt her," he told me.
"How can you be in love with someone that I asked you to pretend to love so that we can take her wealth away from her," I asked him.
"I am Anthonio, I never planned for it to happen this way, you know that I do not have control over my own feelings," he said nonchalantly.
I became furious, I held him on the collar of his shirt with anger in my eyes I said to him.
"You would have to control that freaking feelings of yours, do not push me," I said.
I dashed out of his office immediately, I was so furious with him that I could not stay a second in his office, I could kill him, if I do, how can he do this to me, he is falling in love like a coward.
ERICA'S POV
Since Ethan and I decided that I will look for something of my interest to do while he takes over the company, I searched through the internet with my iPad to look for something that could interest me and I would learn.
While I was searching through my iPad, I came across the the designs made by my designer and I really loved them, I decided would go learn how to design clothes, since I am passionate about clothing it would be good if I do that.
I checked through the internet to know the best fashion school to attend, I came across one, that suited my specifications, I made enquiry about them. And then decided that I would go check them out the next day.
I heard the sound of Ethan's car as he arrived from the office and I became very glad.
I rushed out of my room to give him a warm embrace, I was happy he was back home..
"Hey baby, how was your first day in the office," I asked him.
"I'm,it was good, even though someone had wanted to destroy the beautiful day, but it is okay,". He replied.
"Someone wanted to destroy your day,and who could they be," I asked him.
"You do not have to bother yourself about that dear, I have already sorted that out," he assured me.
Ethan suggested that we go out to have dinner instead of having it at home, I was delighted because I had been at home all day and I needed the breath of a fresh air.
I got dressed up, I wore one of my very beautiful dresses it was a strapless short dinner gown and silver heel. I packed my hair and informed Ethan that I was set for us to go.
Ethan wore a simple shirt on his jeans trouser. He was looking simple yet very cute. I suggested we allow the driver to drive the car but Ethan suggested that he drives the car himself.
On the way to thhe restaurant, I looked out from the window to enjoy the view of the environment, I have lived in this city all my life and I think there so much to be happy about.
The fact that I am now married to one of the cutest man in this city, and also have my dads company flourishing very well.
We got to the restaurant, Ethan noticed the way I was looking around and he asked me if I have ever being here but I responded in the negative.
I hardly have time to visit places, I am happy that Ethan is the out going type of guy and with him I would really enjoy visiting so many places.
We were attended to by the waiter, we made our order of Chess and omlete, while we ate Ethan discuuesed about the work loads in the office, and how so many things were not properly taken care of by the the people in charge.
I was glad he was able to notice the things going on wrong and he is ever ready to work on it and make sure that everything becomes perfect.
