Zara's POV
I had rested enough and finished my morning exercise. Now it was time to go back to work at the hospital. As soon as I arrived, I immediately saw some strange data on the computer screen. After I studied it more closely, I saw some discrepancies that needed immediate attention. As a doctor, it was my job requirement to ensure that all administrative records were accurate and organized.
Immediately, I immersed myself in the data. In the often boring rigidity of administrative tasks, the memory of a dream I had once had resurfaced. The dream was about Doctor Leo who was no ordinary human. We had a complicated relationship, and the dream gave me some clues that made me wonder.
"Doctor Leo, please finish this data today!" I asked, trying to be firm with him when he appeared near me.
"Okay, Doctor Zara," he replied in a serious tone, seeming willing to help.
Our time together at the hospital always brought tension and an undeniable sense of attraction. However, right now, I had to focus on work and make sure everything was in order. Seeing Leo’s diligence while working, I realized that he was not only a skilled doctor, but also cared deeply about his duties.
After some time working, Leo and I began to share information and exchange ideas about the results of the analysis. While finalizing the small details, a sense of mutual respect had been built between us. Despite our clear differences in perspective and background, our collaboration brought good results.
As the evening approached, I felt exhausted but also satisfied seeing all the projects we had successfully completed. To be honest, working with him always gave me a special joy even though sometimes I had doubts about the implications of the dreams that disturbed my mind.
“Doctor Zara, thank you for our collaboration today. This data may be useful for further analysis,” Leo pointed to the graph we had made together.
“Thank you again, Doctor Leo. I enjoyed working together,” I replied sincerely.
All of this taught me that despite challenges, a solid and supportive team can help us achieve our desired goals. Looking forward to tomorrow, I hope the following days will go smoothly with many lessons learned.
While storing the documents, there was a curiosity raging inside me about the mystery behind Leo's personality. For now, I would continue to focus on my work and the series of responsibilities that I had to carry out. However, the desire to dig deeper into the mystery would not be extinguished.
I still remember Doctor Leo in a disturbing dream, understanding that he was not an ordinary human. My curiosity increased, making me want to dig deeper into who he really was. The phenomena that appeared in this city were also very strange and suspicious—some strange incidents and mysterious reports began to spread, making me more convinced that something bigger was going on.
After work, I tried to pretend to be dizzy, hoping to ask Doctor Leo to take me home. Maybe this was an opportunity to get closer and find out more about him, without feeling excessive. When I approached him, I hoped to resemble someone who needed attention and help.
"Doctor Leo, I feel dizzy. Can you help me go home?" I asked while rubbing my temples, trying to look convincing.
“Okay, I’ll help you,” he replied, sounding concerned, and the worry in his voice was genuine. Seeing how concerned he was, my heart fluttered—was this the right move?
There was a tension in the air as we drove. It felt like I was keeping a lot of secrets inside me, but I couldn’t express them when I was with him. It was like I wanted to know more about him, but I also knew there were things I shouldn’t tell him.
When we got to my house, I made a well-thought-out offer. “Excuse me, can I stay at your place for the night?” I asked, my voice full of hope.
He stared at me for a moment, then nodded. “Sure, I’ll take you home,” he said, as if approving of the decision.
With mixed feelings, I got into his car, feeling the tension between us. There was a mixture of curiosity and uncertainty in my heart. As we drove to Leo’s house, my mind raced—trying to find out his secret.
Tonight would be my chance to get closer to him, and this could be a good time to dig deeper. Under the dim lights of the city, I could feel that tonight might be the beginning of many revelations, both about myself and about this mysterious man.
During the journey, I tried to maintain my composure, but my mind wandered to all the possibilities. Although I was not entirely sure what I would get, I knew that this step was an interesting start in my search for the truth that had been hidden so far.
We arrived at a one-story house that had a classic feel. The walls were warm in color and there were several ornaments that made this place feel comfortable. From the outside, there was nothing strange here, but I knew that all of this would not stop me from finding out who Doctor Leo really was.
"You can go straight to the guest room to rest. There is an en suite bathroom there," said Doctor Leo, pointing to the room in question.
"Oh yes, thank you," I replied, trying to appear calm even though inside, curiosity and tension were still gnawing at me.
"And there are my sister's clothes that you can wear first," he added, giving a friendly smile.
I nodded again, feeling a little more at ease with his offer. It turned out that his house had a warm and caring feel—little things that hinted at the good nature of this mysterious subject before me. Quickly, I made my way to the guest room that had been described.
