Chapter 90
Zara's POV
Even though Zena was about to embark on a new chapter, I knew that we would always be connected. She would always be my beautiful, spirited little sister, and our relationship would never fade just because of distance. We would always have that priceless bond of family, and I was determined to keep it that way.
As Zena and her husband danced together in a romantic moment, I felt an overwhelming sense of happiness and warmth. All of our childhood memories—laughing, playing, and even crying together—flew into my mind. At that moment, I realized that life changes, but the love between siblings will always endure.
I held Kayra in my arms, watching her take in the crowd and everything that was happening. Silently, I prayed that she would grow up in an environment of love and support, just as Zena and I had. Today is not just about the wedding, but also about the new hope and the ongoing journey that we are on.
As I look at Zena and her husband sharing their happiness together, I feel optimistic about the future. We will continue to support each other, even if each of us now has a different life. And as my eyes wander, I know that no matter what happens in the future, we will continue to strengthen our family bond—always loving and cherishing each other.
With renewed vigor and hope, I step forward, ready to face any challenges that may come and always carry the love that we have built together in my heart.
It has been a month since Orion left for the planet Leo, and until now, I have not heard from him. Every day I am filled with anxiety and worry. This uncertainty haunts me constantly, like a shadow that never goes away.
With Letto's words ringing in my head, I remember that their journey might take up to two months because of the time difference. Although I realize that the distance is very far and can affect time, this waiting period still feels like an eternity. It felt like the days were passing slowly, and every beat of my heart seemed to whisper haunting doubts.
Ismaya and I often talked about the situation, trying to find a way to ease our worries. “I’m confused too, Zara. There’s nothing we can do but pray and hope they’re okay,” she said, her face showing the same concern.
“And I hope they have everything they need to deal with the situation there. It’s all so hard,” I replied, feeling my emotions mixed. “I hope they’re not in danger.”
We continued our conversation as we planned our next steps. “Maybe we could try reaching out to someone on that planet—maybe someone could give us more information,” Ismaya suggested, trying to bring hope amidst the uncertainty.
“I think that’s a good idea. We need to find out more about the situation there. We can’t just sit around waiting,” I said, reaching for new hope in my attempt to keep our spirits up.
Ismaya nodded, her face showing the same desire to move forward. “Let’s find a way to contact people who might be able to help us get information. I’m sure we’re not alone in this.”
We began to search for ways to contact anyone who might have more information about the conditions on Leo. It occurred to us that there might be a group or individual there who might be able to provide some news about Orion and Leo.
Over the next few days, we tried to explore everything—from communicating with space research institutions to seeing if there were any communities that might have connections to the planet. Seeking support from others was an important step in navigating this uncertainty.
In the meantime, I tried to maintain a routine at home. I spent time with Kayra, sharing beautiful moments and encouraging her with positive energy. Seeing her smile and laugh helped me cope with the tough days.
One afternoon, as I was playing with Kayra, my phone suddenly vibrated. I was shocked to see Letto’s name flash across the screen. Quickly, I picked it up. “Letto! Have you heard anything?” I asked hopefully.
“Zara, I just got word from some sources on planet Leo. They have some information on Orion and Leo,” Letto said, his voice filled with excitement.
My heart was pounding. “Are they okay? What happened?”
“It’s not all clear yet, but they’re in trouble and trying to get access to get back. We need to help them in any way we can,” he said.
A mixture of relief and anxiety filled me. Finally some news, but on the other hand, it turns out they’re in trouble. Nothing was more important to me than ensuring their safety.
“Okay, Letto! What can we do to help? I’ll do anything to support them!” I said, feeling a surge of excitement.
“Ask Ismaya about ways to support them. We need to gather information and contact other friends on the planet who might be able to save them,” Letto replied.
With renewed vigor, I rushed to share the news with Ismaya. “Letto just contacted me, and he has information on Orion and Leo. They’re in trouble, and we have to do something fast!” I said.
We began formulating a plan to support them. Gratitude for each step forward strengthened my heart.
We knew the journey wouldn’t be easy, but we weren’t going to give up. With renewed faith and renewed hope, we were determined to find a way for Orion and Leo—no matter how long it took.
Despite my intense worry for Orion and Leo, I tried to stay committed to Kayra and the responsibilities that lay ahead. We had enough challenges to face without adding more burdens. In my mind, I knew this wasn’t the end; this was part of the journey we had to go through.
With every step I took and every hope I expressed in my prayers, I was determined to stay positive even in this difficult situation. I didn’t know how much time would pass, or if they would return safely; I was going to stay strong and ready for whatever came.
