Chapter 58

Bryson
All the while, little Willow is in the dampest cage she could be tossed in, and gives birth by herself… and the hybrid twins are taken from her…
And we were still made not to interfere, as they are mortals…
Kaizen comes back and kills Samira because he thinks his brother killed his mate but hadn’t…. not yet. Tyson’s son gets to see this with Kaizen’s sons…..
When Samira dies, Tyson kills Willow in retaliation, then both raise their portions of hell… on Urth.
The battle of demon against demon… those loyal to the 1st or 2nd general…. Those who believe Tyson was right, or Kaizen, they clash… They clash until nothing is really left.
So many die that it triggers the apocalypse for this world, which kills Lia, the Earth Goddess… Then Arviel in his rage smites both my sons, which pisses off father…
Mother is imprisoned by father to keep her safe, but at the cost of her shining silver skin. She becomes oxidized and tarnished from father’s efforts, and Xaxas’s glare told me he was Xaxashevaal, not my brother at the moment.
Mother withers away.
How can there be a moon with no Urth?
My mate, Harmony, and Nixxia … they leave. They leave to another realm entirely, refusing to have anything to do with us… I lose grandchildren I don’t even have.
Those children grow up… Kaizen’s sons were raised by Tyson, but war with their father…. It makes a blood feud that Does NOT Stop.
Even when this world is ash, the remaining demigods starve to death still fighting….
That is not fair.

“I’m not omnipotent.” Said Xaxas… “However, as Justice, this should not make you bat an eyelash.”
“I… for their sakes I am the Lord of Justice…”
“Yes, go on.” Xaxas said impatiently.
“I admitted to myself already that I *do* pick favorites…. But how can’t I?! They are *my* children… They are gifts from my mate. Can you deal with knowing that Harmony will leave you for eternity? That mother tarnishes and rusts to a pile of oxidized silver… a permanent death.”
He waited for the promise, but it seemed that time meant nothing to the eldest brother…
“If that is what is meant to happen. So be it.” Said Xaxas standing. “I am the Judge, and my rule is not to be questioned.”
“Brother…. Surely you have a plan to stop this….” Said Asanguis.
“I do, but you will not like its outcome.” He hissed.
/Xaxas is pissing me off./ Growled Ven. /We cannot best him, but I know my bite will at least hurt./
Xaxas *immediately* drew his double-edged sword…. The hell steel sang as it was unsheathed….
“Shift Ven.” He said forcing me to do so, and giving my wolf full control… “Now tell *me* what you will do to your better?”
There was a bloodlust in the air that made his demons… silent. The air here was hostile. I could literally taste how much stronger Three is than Four.
My wolf in our confusion submitted by bowing his head low enough that my nose touched the floor… He was just talking shit. Ven didn’t expect to actually have the Realm King in our face. “You dare have a fucking attitude, you little shit. Come here!” He yelled.
Asanguis teleported to me, and shoved me through a blue portal, however I could see the other side.
He wasn’t very good at this kind of thing either, so I assume Asanguis planned on leaving if he couldn’t calm Xaxas. “He is just a godling, not even a million summers. There is no need to get this worked up brother.”
“The Fuck I Do.” He snarled.
“Brother you’re overreacting.” Said Asanguis. “Xaxashevaal, if you kill him, you prove his point… he will learn nothing from dying.”
“He will learn the true nature of *why* the other gods don’t come down often.” He took steps off his throne with his sword drawn. Each step the flame grew… I’ve only seen him this pissed once, when Jang got his pack killed…. “I think you should leave Asanguis.”
“Yes master.” He left through the portal, but I heard my brother’s words… Xaxas closed that portal with his deep red magic.
“No. You will never be a servant ever again. You earned your place, and I will not demote it, nor yours. I have made my fucking judgment. If you want to be a god or a mortal make up your Gods Damn Mind.” Xaxas said on the wind.
“Are you ok?!” shouted my mate. “I know I wished…. I WISHED!” She screamed, bursting into tears.
“It’s ok.” I said embracing her and she cried on my robes. Even at her true height, she is miniature to me.
She pulled her hair. “I WAISTED MY WISH!”. Xaxas owed her a rule free wish… One she’d held onto for nearly a century…. “I wished you were ok…. I wished you came back to me since I felt… like something was wrong. Damnit… I was so mad at first too…”
She accidentally saved my life, but I would NEVER tell her that… Xaxas’s bloodlust was enough to summon Asanguis….
I comforted her. I let her cry on my shoulders when I picked her up. She heard and saw the end of our encounter… the pack did…
“It’s ok my little mate.” I lied. I lied so good I know my heart didn’t snitch….
It *will* be alright… I MUSY to make it so. I can’t ever be mortal… I never was… Being in flesh was a curse thrown on me… an illusion.
-----Tyson-----
The dining room was almost awkwardly quiet, but my mate was oblivious… I hoped it stayed that way.
Not even the bones were left of that chicken. The little creature was blessed it was already dead too… I doubt I’d have let it pass on.
This was my third serving, but I was still hungry… yet while in the grand dining room, I kept up the façade that I was fine….
I… I hadn’t told anyone in my family, though I suspect they will if anyone comes to visit, especially Xaxas… I don’t know what it means to have powers like this… It Changes things…
Before my powers were generic, and all three of us could do the same things, but lately I’ve had to cover up reports of red lightning… and Grace has killed a dragon with just her staff…
“This is so good.” Said Samira, oblivious to my bloodlust. I was contained for her sake; I hope she never sees how I truly am.
No one needed to know that I’d stopped craving meat… and started craving the living.
I put my fork down on the plate. “That was good.” I said to let them know I was done. I’d finished my third serving…. I ate 3 whole roast chickens, while my mate had the imitation counterpart of tofu.
Almost two weeks have passed, and since, I made sure that I stuffed myself in this body. I didn’t let a flicker from my flame pop once, and it was half driving me mad… But I can’t accidentally reap my mate.
I haven’t summoned my sword in a while either… But that wasn’t what vexed me…
I doubt the gods will give such a wonderful mate back if I accidently kill her… so I *must* be In Control… I *cannot* make mistakes….
One slip up, and she’s dead.
Just one….
