Chapter 9 Evil Actions

An intense male scent enveloped Elena, who was like dry land finally receiving rain. She reached out her small hand and held his forehead.
Hassan's blood boiled, wanting to possess her right then and there.
Unfortunately, the grave situation at the moment did not allow him to continue entangling himself with her.
He sealed her lips with his, and the sound disappeared as well.
"It was just your imagination. There's nothing here."
The pirates searched around the area but didn't see anyone, so they retreated.
The woman beneath Hassan had driven him to the brink of losing control, completely enthralled by her.
"Could they be in bed?"
A pirate suddenly had a whimsical idea, but Hassan quickly withdrew faster than lightening.
Bullets flew out like balls of fire from his hand.
Rat-tat-tat!
Amidst the mournful wails, blood splattered as the pirates fell one by one.
Under the pressure of the raining bullets, the remaining pirates retreated one after another. Hassan took the opportunity to pull the woman hidden under the bed out, carrying her on his back. He then jumped out of the window, escaping along the side of the ship.
"Quick, quick, where is he?"
The panicked pirates finally reacted and fearlessly charged forward.
Hassan unfastened a blue bomb from his waist, pulled the fuse, and threw it.
The bomb exploded in the midst of the group of pirates, the flames reflecting Hassan's face, which was so handsome it was almost enchanting.
"Kill him, hurry!"
Several remaining pirates daringly crawled towards Hassan.
A cold smile appeared at the corner of Hassan's mouth. He cut the rope with a short knife in his hand, and a rubber dinghy fell into the water. He jumped down with Elena in his arms.
At the same time, a stray bullet flew toward them and he pushed her away, the bullet hitting his chest.
Both of them landed in the rubber dinghy, and Hassan's chest was stained red with blood.
Gritting his teeth, he pushed the rubber dinghy and paddled with the oar, slowly moving away from the large ship.
Rat-tat! Another bullet flew by.
Hassan laid down, no longer moving, as the rubber dinghy slowly drifted away.
Suddenly, a deafening explosion rang out. In the midst of the soaring flames, the large ship crumbled and collapsed, and the towering waves pushed the rubber dinghy to the top of the waves, only to plunge heavily back down.
It was uncertain how much time had passed before everything slowly returned to normal.
Elena slowly opened her eyes and saw a round moon shining brightly in the deep blue sky, reflecting on the sea's surface.
After a long while, Elena finally regained her senses and sat up, realizing that she was on a rubber dinghy.
Hassan was leaning to the side, obstructing her view. His lifeless body held a paddle in one hand.
Elena was shocked, only then remembering the scene where he had rushed into the cabin to rescue her. However, she couldn't recall what had happened afterwards.
"Hey, wake up..." She pushed him and Hassan's body slumped sideways.
The large bloodstain on his chest was a horrifying sight to behold.
Elena was in the nursing profession and although she had only been studying for a year, she had some knowledge of these types of injuries. She quickly tore open his shirt, revealing a flesh and blood wound on his lean chest.
It was bad, he had been shot. She reached out and touched his forehead, finding it to be at a scorching temperature.
She opened her backpack and retrieved some antiseptic and bandages.
From the looks of it, the bullet had not hit any vital organs, but the shell needed to be removed promptly to avoid infection.
But under the current circumstances, she couldn't perform surgery. The only solution was to leave this place as soon as possible.
She suddenly noticed something on his collar, a small black object that shimmered in the moonlight.
She reached out and took it, pressing down on it to hear Nabil's voice.
"Master, where is your exact location?"
"It's me, Nabil, please come and rescue us! It's urgent!" Elena shouted anxiously.
"Miss Walker, do not hang up the satellite phone. I will search for the signal and find you."
Elena was extremely worried.
In the distant sky, a helicopter appeared, following the signal.
Elena helped Hassan sit upright. She soaked the bandage in seawater and covered his forehead to cool him down.
Splash!
A triangular black dorsal fin suddenly appeared in the water ahead, rapidly approaching them.
Elena exclaimed in a low voice, "What is that?"
"A shark," came the deep voice from his mouth.
Elena cheered, "You're awake?"
Hassan propped himself against the boat, his body swaying slightly.
His large hand covered the wound on his chest, his eyes narrowed.
"Did you want me to die that badly?"
"I, I didn't mean it that way. I'm sorry, I didn't realize you would end up getting hurt like this..." Elena felt guilty, even though he brought her to Treasure Island, in the end, it was her who provoked him first.
He risked his life to save her like this, if she said she felt no gratitude in her heart, that would be impossible.
"You're still in the mood to act like this? We are about to become dinner for a group of sharks."
"Sharks?"
Elena looked at the sea surface in confusion. The silver moonlight shining on the sea made it look like daytime.
A large group of black triangles surrounded the rubber boat.
Elena was scared stupid. It took her a while to say anything, and when she did, she spoke in a low voice. "It seems like we're not enough for them to eat."
"Heh." Hassan chuckled softly. The laughter pulled at his wounds, causing him to immediately frown in pain.
He took a deep breath before saying faintly, "How naive can you get?"
Soon, the sharks came closer and closer, a dense dark mass that would give anyone goosebumps.
Perhaps it was the explosion of the pirate ship that attracted them. After they had enjoyed the bodies of the pirates who fell into the water, they followed the scent of blood and chased after the rubber boat.
"Do you have any last wishes, woman?" Hassan asked.
Elena took a deep breath and closed her eyes.
Last wishes? She seemed to have very few last wishes. Since she was young, her father had been in poor health, and she had always aspired to study medicine after growing up to cure her father's illness. However, on her second day of college, her father passed away.
Her mother remarried when she was very young, and now her younger sister has grown up.
Her mother and sister are doing well and don't need her, Elena, to worry about them.
Upon careful consideration, it seemed that there was no one worth worrying about anymore.
After a long time, another handsome face appeared in her mind, William, her senior. 'If I die, I wonder if you will remember me?'
That small thought flashed by and quickly, Elena opened her eyes and smiled brightly at Hassan, shaking her head vigorously. "There are no lingering regrets."
Hassan's eyes chilled slightly, seeing her smile like this for the first time. When she smiled, she had two deep dimples, sweet and innocent, like a white rose in midsummer, giving people a beautiful and pure scene to enjoy.
Hassan glanced at her coldly. "Your smile is uglier than an old man's rotten teeth!"
Elena laughed even more happily as she touched her own face.
"You're lying, my classmates all say I smile beautifully. I have dimples when I smile, like Miranda Kerr. You must be jealous."
Bang! Elena's words had just fallen out of her mouth when a shark launched a probing attack, causing the rubber boat to immediately tilt. Elena screamed.
A big hand tightly held onto her small one.
"Don't be afraid. I didn't go through all that trouble just to let you die."
