Chapter 25 - A Jaw-Dropping Event

We went to the pictorial location today. We arrived early as always!
I do not want to be late with all my commitments.
"Can you remove your make-up? Let us do the photoshoot with your bare face on. The client wants it to be realistic.
We would want to try to lessen editing and filtering the photos." the manager of Juvenility Elegance instructed.
"Well, I do not have make-up yet," I announced.
"Is that true? I thought you already groomed yourself on your way here.
Why are you still so beautiful?" he inquired.
"You got the perfect model for your product. That is called natural beauty." Ella interrupted.
"Wow! You are excellent for Juvenility Elegance. Please just groom her hair. Then get her dressed." He ordered again.
Eventually, the photographer explained to me the poses that I should perform.
I did not like to take selfies before and now I am a model who needs to pose in various phases.
"Hi there!" We stopped when someone spoke.
"Jarvis!" the manager called his name.
Then they talked. They probably discussed the photoshoot.
"So handsome!" Ella whispered.
I just bobbed.
"Jarvis meet our fresh model, Eve. Eve met Jarvis Diaz." Introduction of Manager Marco.
"The famous, Eve Lopez. I could now prove myself the compliments I have heard from other people.
You look better in person." He gave me a warm welcome.
"Thank you, Mr. Jarviz!" I only said that because I cannot believe he is in front of me now.
"Do not be nervous. I will help you." He mumbled.
Nikolai and Jarvis are both impressive and attractive. But they are both distinct from each other.
Jarvis has priceless smiles. Nikolai has expensive smiles.
But why does Nikolai still on my number one list?
"Your face is a bit tilted Eve then show your neck as if Jarvis is nearly to kiss it." Manager Marco let out.
That is what they want us to perform in the photos.
This is exotic to me. This is the first time I would pose with a man beside me.
Jarvis supports me because he is used to such things.
"Yes! More!" the photographer announced.
"Good!" he again said.
"More!" and we do the 'more-thing'.
I am disturbed. Am I with Jarvis Diaz? He was very gentle and kind.
I gradually became comfortable with him right away.
Their Point-of-Views
"Dude, here is the photoshoot of Eve for Juvenility Elegance." Nathan handed the pictures to Nikolai at the same time.
"Seriously? She was with Jarvis Diaz?" When he peeked at the pictures one by one.
"Eve is a natural-born beauty. While Jarvis is a natural-born actor.
Look at their photos, Jarvis's eyes could tell how much he wanted to proceed kissing Eve." Nathan's litany.
"He is a womanizer, Dude! He flirts with everybody.
He looks like a vampire sucking for Eve's blood." He showed a picture to Nathan.
"They are endorsing a beauty product and need to show more skin.
Take it easy! The photos have to show their flawless complexion." He said laughing.
"Why do they seem to be making a fuss outside?" When Nikolai noticed that some employees were running.
They stood up together and peeked.
"Jarvis is so handsome." Said someone looking at his phone.
"Sir CEO is even more handsome than him." The other one was rejected.
"Yes, Sir Nikolai can be a celebrity too." The former one agreed.
"What is he doing here?" Nikolai implored.
"Wait, I will find out." Said Nathan.
"I am coming with you!" And he followed Nathan.
They stopped when they saw Jarvis chatting to Eve.
"He is not guesting here on the Love Hotline." Nikolai's assurance.
"No, he is not! Perhaps because of Juvenility Elegance." Nathan's prediction.
"Why did Eve smile at him?" Nikolai begged.
"Let us get closer to them." Nathan's suggestion.
"Ms. Beth, will you guess me on Love Hotline?" Jarvis asked abruptly.
"Are you willing to guest? I know you have a hectic schedule." Ms. Beth clarified.
"If it is for Eve, I am willing." And he even winked at me.
"Oh! I do not want to bother you!" I mumbled.
"Jarvis!" Call that both distracted us.
"Nathan! Nikolai!" He greeted the newcomers.
"What brings you here?" Sir Nathan pleaded.
"Just visiting a new friend." Jarvis retorted.
"Who?" He asked again.
"I visited Eve.
Anyway, I will get going! See you again!" And he tapped me on the shoulder.
Then his sweet smile filled me before he finally left.
"He is handsome!" Said Sittie.
"Is he considerate?" Lara asked me.
"He assisted me with the photo shoot so I guess he is kind." My simple answer.
I could not elaborate much with the presence of Sir Nathan and Nikolai.
"He visited you. It means he wants you." Lara again let out.
"No, he said he went somewhere nearby so he dropped by here as well." I glanced at Nikolai.
"Does he smell good? Then his hand feels smooth." Sittie was still trembling.
"Yes, he smells good. His hands are smooth too.
Moreover, his face looks very tidy. His hair is well-groomed." I answered truthfully.
"How about his hair? Is it soft? You are tweaking his hair in one of your photos. That is kinda hot!" Lara exclaimed.
"Yes, he has fine hair. We could see the authentic look of a man during their messy days.
But I guess, being broken is not the main reason for them not to groom themselves. It is a waste of time, right?
I prefer a man with well-groomed hair and a tidy face. For me, that makes a man sensual!" I giggled.
Let me see if it would affect Nikolai. I heard our conversation.
I feel like he is going to rush to get a haircut and shave. He would be more attractive and hot when he does those.
And Jarvis' guesting on the Love Hotline was scheduled.
"Eve, do you have anything else to do after the taping?" When Jarvis moved toward me.
"Nothing!" my frank answer.
"May I invite you for dinner?" He begged again.
"Do not get me wrong, I just want to treat you for a job well done. To congratulate you!" he added.
"All right!" I consented.
He has been so tolerant of me. Why would I reject him?
"Wait, maybe there are paparazzi outside. Perhaps someone will get furious or assault me." I mumbled.
Of course, Jarvis is a popular actor.
"I am single if that is what you want to know," he said smiling.
I just nodded and smiled.
We just eat and then we went home. He congratulated me. We just celebrate our victory.
I want to thank him for his kindness. Jarvis and I continued going out. I had a great night with him.
I do not think a famous person like him is so passive and humble.
As I walk into the TvN8 Station corridor, I am reading my script. For me to memorize my lines.
I practice by opening my mouth and uttering the lines.
I have gone to the wardrobe room to see what I will wear on the taping.
"Are you dating him?" A voice stopped me from walking.
I deliberately faced him.
"Oh! You surprised me!" I even held onto my chest.
"I asked if you dated him?" he repeated.
"How did you know? It is not a date." I frowned.
"You are trending on social media." Said, Nikolai.
"Really? We just celebrated together." I shrugged.
"Just a piece of advice, he is a Casanova. A certified one!" He reminded me.
"Thank you for your concern, but he is not trifling with me so he cannot accomplish that to me.
Moreover, he is kind to me. Sir Nikolai, I will get going." I bid goodbye.
And I left him. You are the Casanova! Are you saying that out of compassion?
Do you feel sorry for me again? Because you and Kisses feel that I'm pathetic? As I talked to myself.
And all of a sudden it was reported that Jarvis and I were dating.
It only happened twice but they instantly asked if we are in a relationship.
People are terrible! And I thought Jarvis would stop noticing me after that rumor. But he always calls me. Asking how is my day going. Sending something to TvN8 Station like flowers, foods, and the like.
"Jarvis is flirting with you!" Lara exclaimed.
"No! He is just friendly." I rejected.
"A man would not do that if he has no intention to you," King explained.
"I do not want to assume. Wait, I noticed that the CEO is absent today." I changed the topic.
I have been looking for him since morning. But I did not see him.
I am missing him when I do not take a glimpse of myself in a day.
"Do you miss him?" Sittie asked.
"Of course not!" I refused quickly.
"You are getting in-denial lately, Ms. Eve Lopez." Lara's teasing.
"Why would I miss him? He has a girlfriend already?" I grunted.
"Who?" They asked at the same time.
"I could not tell you yet." And I even laughed out loud.
They fell silent and stunned. Lara and Sittie made a jaw-dropping gesture. Why?
"What? Did you see a ghost? Did you see Sir Nikolai? He is not coming and perhaps busy dating!" I said shaking my head.
King pouted his lips.
"What is that?" And I imitated him.
"We better go home! Even, if I wait here until morning, he probably will not come!
But the ambiance of TvN8 Station is different when Sir Nikolai is not here!" I sighed.
Then I got up and picked up my bag.
When I turned around my peripheral vision saw a shoe. A man is standing in front of me. I got uncomfortable.
Is this Nikolai? Did he hear everything I said?
I slowly lifted my gaze. Whatever is in my chest now automatically whits.
My heart wishes to join the track and field and it will win with its rate. I opened my mouth slightly.
I blinked several times. Nikolai got a haircut and shaved.
Shocks! He is extremely handsome. He looks so yummy!
Eve, stop that! I scolded myself.
What can I do? He looks hotter now. How many of us lost our jaws when we saw him?
If he is not the CEO of TvN8 Station, he would probably be an endorser or actor now.
How can Jarvis Diaz setback against Nikolai La Marcus after he groomed himself?
He is the Mr. N I have met three years ago. But his aura is very distinct now.
Possibly because he is more manly now.
He has a powerful physique. Behind his mysterious personality hides a prince that any woman would ever dream of.
