Chapter 58 Chapter 58 - The Clarification

"Who is with you? Did you leave to be with that man?" He asked suddenly.
Phil and I looked at each other.
"Who is this?" Phil also begged angrily.
"Who are you? Eve, you decided to abandon me and Nicka for this man." He let out madly.
"Are you crazy?" And Phil was about to push him when I pleaded.
"Phil, please, that is enough! Let us go!" I clenched his arm.
"All right, let us go!" Phil agreed and supported my arm.
He unexpectedly confronted Phil and punched him in the face.
"Heeyyy..." I shouted.
Of course, Phil will fight back after getting a punch.
"That is enough!" I scolded them.
They did not stop. They began again exchanging punches.
"Ahhhhhh..." my belly suddenly hurt.
"Eve!" Nickolai called.
"Sister!" Phil mumbled.
"Sister?" Nicks repeated.
"Let us go outside. You are just making a scene here." And I walked while stroking my belly.
"Are you alright? Do you want me to bring you back to your obstetrician?" Phil inquired.
"I am fine! All I want is to go home!" I sneered.
"It is up to you to fight here! Go ahead! Punch and kick each other." I continued to wander straight.
I got in Phil's car. I could feel that my temper rise. But I felt instant prosperity.
What is Nikolai doing here? How did he know I am here?
I could see them talking nicely this time. Eventually, they were together to face me.
"What? What do you get out of a fight?" I looked at them one by one.
"Let me apologize! Phil is your brother. He told me everything!" Nikolai answered back.
"Eve, you did not immediately say he is Nikolai. I just want to protect you! I am sorry!
A man would fight for the one he loves. That is just normal for us to fight over you without the proper introduction." Phil also asked forgiveness.
"How can I introduce you to each other when you promptly punched one another?
I want to go home!
We are making a commotion here already.
The hospital might sue us." And I stared at them both.
"Phil, kindly bring Eve home and I will just call you!" Nikolai reminded him.
"All right, Nicks! See you!" He retorted.
Silence prevailed while we are on our way home.
I am still thinking of the reason why Nicks unexpectedly showed up!
"Unawares your face clears up, Eve!" Phil wakes up in silence.
"You are kidding me!" I cracked up.
"Talk to him! He is sincere. I know that! He will go home later. So be prepared! Be beautiful." He explained.
Seriously? They had a conversation right away. I could sense that I am with Papa while Phil is reprimanding me.
What is Nikolai's purpose? Will he reconcile with me? Or will he just ask for my permission for Luna to be Nicka's legal mother?
I wanted to hug him when I saw him earlier. My prince is even more handsome. The pregnant woman is trembling.
I cannot lie to myself. I groomed myself and felt excited that Nikolai will be here later.
Am I preparing? Of course, Nikolai will come.
We need to converse. We have a lot to talk about.
It is six in the evening when I went down.
"Wow! How nice of you, Dear!" Mommy Darcie praised me.
"This is my normal look every day!" I said smiling.
"But you are blooming now. Eve, talk to Nikolai. For everything to be fine. You would better tell him everything before you decide." she advised me.
"Yes, I would want to talk to him too. This is his child too. I cannot just decide on my own. I am missing Nicka. I want to be with her the soonest." I caressed my belly.
"Wow! Pretty as always!" When Phil also came down.
"Oh my! Phil, you have a bruise." I approached him.
"It is nothing, Eve! I will fight you with anyone. That is what Papa told me." He shrugged.
The pleasure! It is like I am next to Papa now. I can feel his love through Phil.
Later, a car arrived.
He is no other than Nikolai.
Mommy Darcie signaled for me to take Nikolai to the pool. So that we can talk properly and privately.
"Would you like to eat first?" I begged as we sauntered.
He brandished my hand. And he smiled at me. It melts my heart.
And abruptly, he fondled me.
"This is all I want to do now!" he whimpered.
I let him do what he desired to do. And again, I can feel security, I can feel sincerity. I can feel love.
I did not let out a word when he released me.
I began again walking. It took a while and we reached the pool.
"Eve!" Nikolai exclaimed as we sat down.
"Are you and Luna okay? Are you getting married? Will you invite me?" I asked calmly.
"I have no relationship with Luna except friendship!" he mumbled firmly.
"Are you gagging me?" I shrugged the question.
"Listen, I indeed have to meet with Mr. Chin. He happens to be Luna's boyfriend.
So we went upstairs, where they checked in to the VIP Suite." Nikolai's introduction.
"But why were you kissing? You agreed to her to kiss you!" I rested deeply.
"She kissed me! I did not kiss her. I will not deny that to you. But I resisted her.
I talked to her after that instance. I warned her we must act right. That she has a relationship with Mr. Chin. And so am I to you.
I told her, if she is not really in love with Mr. Chin then I am deeply in love with you!
Because that is the reality! I love you, Eve!" Nikolai confided.
"Why didn't you look for me right away when I left?" But the truth is he does not have to explain anymore.
I believe in him even more and Ella has already told me the truth. I would have gone home but the obstetrician forbids me to travel.
"I did! I looked for you everywhere. I even told the agent I know. Because it would have been easy to find you, you are famous.
But how can I find someone who's hiding from me? I begged Ella a few times. But she does not want to say!" He rationalized.
I was the only one who thought that he was not looking for me because I was blinded by the thought that Luna and Nicks were steady.
"About Nicka's name and the DNA test." I looked back.
"The DNA test is just for formality once they ask. For sure, they will intrigue you again about that. You know your fans!
They are so much involved in your life. I do not want them to think nasty about you.
With the DNA test, they will all be reassured that I am telling the truth.
And the name of Nicka, that is a natural process for a father like me. And I have no intention of leaving after that! I have no intention of removing you from my child's life cycle because Eve, you are my life! You and Nicka are the reason for me to live!" He stared at me.
Nicks is very honest while speaking. It was obvious in his eyes that he is telling the truth.
"How is Nicka?" I changed the subject.
I have heard enough!
"He is not that fine without you! We are not that well without you!" And he yanked my hand.
Abruptly, electricity flowed through my physique again.
"I miss her! And for sure, she will be happy with what I will announce. That she will have a sibling." I mumbled with a smile.
"Wait, about that, about the pregnancy! Is that true? Will I be Daddy again?" Nicks stood up.
I bobbed! He stood me up and cuddled me.
"Thank you so much, Lord! Love, please, do not ever leave by my side." He whispered.
"Wait, we did not reconcile yet." Reason for him to move away from me.
"We did not break up! And never will." He stroked my chin.
Then he bussed me on the lips. How I missed his kisses! It fades away all my troubles and agony.
"You cannot walk away from me ever again! Please, Love, let me take care of you!
I will get back what I did not accomplish to Nicka before." He let out while holding my shoulder.
"You would want to recover! And I will make sure I torture you!" I kidded at him.
"I do not mind! No matter how hard it is, as long as I am with you." And he bussed me again.
So many kisses for tonight! But I just love it!
When we finished talking and getting along, I took him inside.
Dinner is ready.
Nicks quickly got along with Mommy Darcie and Phil.
I am so delighted! It looks like my pregnancy will be cheerfuller now.
I am surrounded by the people I love.
