"Look at your picture when you were three years old." At the same time, Vina pointed to their portrait.
"Why, Mom?" Nikolai asked.
"Have you not noticed your resemblance with someone?" she seems to have been thinking for a while.
"I look like Nicka! Yes, we have a resemblance" Nicks ejaculated abruptly.
"Well! Exactly, you look like Nicka. How could that be possible?
You have the same eyes. The same lips. You are just a man and she is a girl." Vina finally figured it out as well.
"Perhaps, it is just destiny. Mom, I like Eve so much. And I like Nicka.
I wish to take care of them both. I want to make sure that they will be safe." He admitted.
"You are right, Son! It is destiny. It is as if doom has brought you together.
Are you ready to talk about Genina now?" Vina implored.
"Yeah! What about Genina?" Nicks shrugged.
At the TvN8 Station...
"Here is the magazine!" Ella reached out at once.
"Wow! Hot and sexy!" Sittie exclaimed.
"Friend, you look like the most top pick at a men's magazine." Lara praised me.
"Men's magazine? I cannot handle that anymore!" I laughed at the same time.
The cover turned so nicely. I also appreciated myself. Primarily in the content of the magazine itself.
They interviewed what is an Eve Lopez as a mother. But I was very careful.
I did not say anything about what transpired in my life and how Nicka came into my life.
Nicks did not arrive at TvN8 today because he is trying to make it up with his parents.
He goes home to their house and slept there. He is accompanying his parents and I am so delighted about that.

"This necklace." And he pointed to the necklace I was wearing in the image.
"Oh! The necklace!" I pulled out the necklace that was inside my shirt.
"This is it!" And I showed him.
Nicks gave extreme attention to my necklace.
He stroked the necklace!
"Who gave you this?" He asked.
"Do not worry, not any man gave it to me. I had it a long time ago." I retorted.
"Who gave you?" He begged again.
"A beautiful woman gave it to me but I did not get a chance to know him. She handed it to me and bought it somewhere outside the country.
I did not know that the content of the paper bag and I was surprised to find out it was a necklace with value.
My mom told me that it was made of a white gold substance. I want to thank her because since I got this necklace, good luck has been pursued in my life.
She is my lucky charm!" I was glad to tell the story.
I was stunned when Nicks nuzzled me. Why is he so clingy? I caressed Nicks' back.
Can we be like this forever?
"How your pregnancy with Nicka goes?" Nicks inquired.
"I always talked to her then, I said 'Baby, do not be naughty, Mommy is all alone'. So honestly, Nicka behaved inside my womb.
"I am always craving for an apple. It should be cooled and directly from the fridge before I consume it." I cracked up.
"Who took care of you?" He implored again.
"Nurse May, she has been with me since Mama died. Then Ella and Luigi did not abandon me.
One time, I bled from too much stress. I was nervous because I thought Nicka would disappear from me." I stroked my chest.
I kept my mouth shut after telling him about Nurse May. I am not ready to tell Nicks everything yet.
What would he think if he found out I got paid and went through surrogacy?
He might even think I was a gold digger and looking for a rich man.
"You went through all that!" And he yanked my hand.
He is acting bizarre. Why does he come across as becoming interested in my past?
I thought that it did not matter to him.

Anyway, it looks like Nicks just wishes to make sure I am fine.

"Dude, can I borrow Eve's personal record?" Nicks inquired.
"Wow! Sure! Wait, I will call the Human Resource Department." And Nathan used Nicks' phone.
In just a few minutes, the files were sent to Nikolai's office.
"Everlee? Everlee Legazpi is her real name?"Nicks exclaimed.
"Yeah! Eve Lopez is just her screen name." Nathan's prompt explanation.
"Everlee Legazpi! Everlee!" He repeated.
"Why did you suddenly become interested? Are you serious with her?
She is a wonderful woman." Nathan mumbled.
Nikolai covered his mouth. He instantly took his cellphone and called someone.
At La Marcus' Mansion...
"Look at Nicks!" Mommy Vina ordered me.
She pointed to the large portrait.
"He looks like Nicka!" she added.
"Yeah! If only Nicka has short hair they looked like twins." Finally, I thought about what Nicka looked like.
"EVe, I am joyous that you came into our son's life. I can see how happy he is right now." she thanked me.
"He is making me happy too, Mommy Vina. He is making Nicka the happiest for finding a father's image in him." I smiled.
"Why don't you guys get married?" she suggested.
"Oh no! It still seems uncertain. Honestly, Nicks just told me he likes me. I know, he still loves Genina." I let out.
"She has gone for a long time. She is not even an opponent. She is just part of Nicks' yore.
Come on! Let's go to Nicks' room." she stood up and led me.
We clambered the high stairs and reached Nicks' room.
Nanny Myrna opened it. Is this just a room? It is extremely enormous.
It has its restroom inside. Fully air-conditioned. Nikolai's room is very neat and organized.
"He doesn't want turmoil in his room. He is an organized person." Mommy Vina told.
I bobbed. I can see that. I can scent Nicks's fragrance here. I feel like he is just next to me.
"He finally removed Genina's photos here. And look what he did." she directed me again.
And a photo frame popped up on the table next to the bed.
"That is your photo." Smiling Mommy Vina mumbled.
"It is my picture. Mommy..." I turned to her.
"Maybe my son is really in love with you, Eve! I hope, whatever happens, you do not differ the way you look at him." she tapped me on the shoulder.
I want to cry out of happiness. Even though he cannot say face to face with me, I can feel it in everything he does.
He is sincere. He is honest. He is always there to protect not only me but also Nicka.
I want to see Nicks. I want to give him a very tight hug.
I will just let him understand how blessed I am that he came into my life.
At TvN8 Station...
I hit the elevator up. Suddenly my heart pounded as it opened. Nothing has altered in the reaction of my heart every time I unexpectedly glimpse at Nikolai.
"Hi!" I greeted him.
"Eve!" He told me my name.
"You did not come home," I mumbled.
"I am a little occupied right now." He retorted.
The elevator rang and opened. We are here in Nicks' office. I grabbed his arm as he came out. He turned away. I smiled.
"Where are you going?" He begged.
"It would have been higher but I was able to catch up with you so..." I opened his office.
"I just want to give you a power hug!" I said.
Then I abruptly fondled him tightly.
Last night I even wanted to do this to him. He is too occupied right now. I noticed that he was thinking a lot recently. He is bothered.
"What is this for?" he inquired.
"It looks like you have a problem. If I can't help and at least I can reduce what you are thinking. I am just here." I turned to him.
Nicks caressed my face.
"Sorry, Everlee!" He said seriously.
"Why are you calling me Everlee?" And I smiled at him.
"Why are you sorry? If you are busy, that is normal. You are the CEO of TvN8 Station.
No one will be busier than you. Take a break too! You might get sick!" I tried to reach for his hair and I was a little confused.
"Eve! Eve, sorry!" And he nuzzled me again.
I heard him sigh. Is Nicks crying?
What could be his problem? How can I help him?
