The Elementals: Chapter 16 Debrief

The next day I wake up and really feel all my bruises and aches now that the adrenaline has warn off. I stretch and happily feel Sky spooning me. 
"Good morning beautiful" he says kissing the back of my head. 
I wriggle closer to him, enjoying the pressure from his hard length against my lower back
"I liked this position better" he says adjusting us so that he is just outside my entrance and his hand is loosely grazing over my breast. 
I wriggle against him, encouraging him to go further until something clicks in my mind. I turn to face him and scowl accusingly "you were awake!" 
He laughs "Relax, I obviously enjoyed it. I thought you were doing it in your sleep but now I see otherwise." Sky says. 
I flush bright red "sorry, I shouldn't have" 
"No, I'm glad you did. Those sexy red panties of yours already kept me up half the night" he grins, trailing his fingers gently up my inner thigh. 
"You looked!" I accuse, throwing a pillow at him. 
"Couldn't help myself" sky says moving the pillow.
I don't know why I'm embarrassed and angry. When I think about it, I'm actually happy he was interested in me. 
"Well that was not very gentlemanly" I huff. 
"Who says I'm a gentleman" sky says plunging his fingers inside me with a devilish grin and a glint in his eyes. 

"Ok I can't wait anymore! Get your asses out of bed and fill me in!" I hear Rain call through the door. 
It's sky's turn to blush as he pulls away from me and jumps out of bed. I grumble at the interruption, but reluctantly get out of bed and dressed too. 
"We need Pizza asap! I nominate Sky to go and get it" Rain says. 
"I don't understand you guys and your breakfast pizza" Sky grumbles. 
"Well it's after noon so call it lunch if that helps" Rain says. 
"Hmm fine then, but at least let me pick the pizza" Sky says.
"Anything but that Hawaiian crap" Rain and I say almost in sync. Fruit has no place on a savoury pizza. 
Sky leaves and as soon as the door is shut Rain pulls me to the couch. 
"Tell me everything!" She demands.
"Where do you want me to start? There is so much to tell you about the last few days" I say sighing. 
"Not about that, you can tell me all that when Sky is here. Tell me about what happened last night! You are welcome by the way" Rain says. 
I roll my eyes at her, but give her the blow by blow break down of the night with sky. 
"So you didn't even have sex?" She says shocked. 
"Well we might have this morning if you didn't interrupt!" I reply as sky walks back in with just a shopping bag. 
"Eh where is the pizza?" Rain asks looking disgusted that he would come back empty handed. 
"I'm going to make it" Sky says unfazed. 
"What doesn't that take like hours! Let's just order it." I complain. 
"There is a massive queue outside the shop, I doubt you will get it in the next hour, I bought fast acting yeast, it won't take that long." Sky replies, rolling up his sleeves and taking over our kitchen. 
I fill Rain in on everything we have learnt over the last few days and I'm shocked that she takes it better even than me, just accepting all the impossible information. 
"What do you mean I might not be a dragon too?" Rain asks finally. 
"That's the only thing you question? Not the existence of mythical beings, but why you might not be one." I reply amused 
"Of course, it would be totally unfair if you guys all got powers and cool abilities and I didn't." Rain says pouting. 
"At least you would get to live a normal life" I reply. 
"You mean a boring life. I'd have paid someone to kidnap me if it got me out of the bio exam" she says. 
"Oh crap, I really need to study and speak to the course organiser" I say feeling the weight of my normal life responsibilities piling up on me. 
"Not yet you don't, you have a week off according to the doctor's note. For now eat pizza and recover" sky instructs handing us each a plate of pizza. 
It smells amazing, it looks delicious with all the cheese still bubbling after coming out of the oven. We eat in silence which for us is miraculous. I'm too busy savouring the flavour of the pizza in all its fresh glory to notice anything else. 
Sky finishes first and watches us eat with a satisfied smile on his face. 
"Ok you have my blessing to marry her, but I will require at least one of those a week as payment." Rain says licking her fingers when she is done. 
"Where did you learn to do that? That was amazing" I ask to move away from the topic of marriage.
"Thank you, I told you, I took cooking classes." Sky says humbly. 
"I hope you realise you have signed up to be our personal chef now" I joke. 
"Gladly. I actually really enjoy cooking and you two obviously need help looking at the state of your fridge." Sky says. 
We can't even argue, pasta and cereal are really all we ever eat. 
"We should probably go see Mr elm, Rain are you joining us?" Sky asks. 
"No thanks, I can't join the superhero squad if I don't have powers and I have plans already." Rain says. 
I know she is trying to hide it, but I can tell she is disappointed by the news. I make a note to do something nice for her when we are back.
