CHAPTER 25

ROBIN
I waited at the small cabin where Ellen lives for Buren. He has some information for me and we have a lot to talk about. I checked my phone to see if there will be a reception so I can call him. But that's all on vain, there's hardly a phone reception here. That's why Ellen decided to be here, where she will be hidden from the world and not be bothered.
"You know he is still going to come if you can just relax and wait. You came earlier than planned you know." Ellen said watching me from a corner across the room.
She is working on some of her potions. Sometimes she doesn't understand what anticipation means.
"It's anticipation Ellen. We still have a lot to do and now is the perfect time to strike. I do not have much time to wait any longer." I replied in frustration.
She shakes her head and continued with what she's doing. Just when I was about to go out, Buren walked in. He is dressed in black and he is wearing a black hoodie.
"What took you so long?" I snapped angrily.
"I'm sorry boss. I was taking precautions. Besides I got a recent news that I think might help with our plans." He replied removing his hoodie.
I raised a brow, "And what would be so important for you to waste my time?"
"It is about your brother, Alpha Kevin."
Oh. This should be interesting. Anything that has to do with my brother's downfall interests me. I took a seat and waited for him to speak up.
"Go ahead." I ordered.
He smirked, "Your brother has personally passed his boundaries. He has started a war with the Blue Moon pack."
Ellen stopped what she's doing to listen to Buren. This is much better than interesting.
"Tell me more." I grinned evily.
"His personal assistant got called by her father. He went there to interfere in their family affairs, he also threatened to come back and deal with the Blue Moon pack. That incident is all over, your brother doesn't know yet."
I stared at him for a while before bursting into laughter. This is great news. My brother has finally helped me with my plans. All I have to do is kill two birds with one stone. This should be the tool I need to get the pack for myself.
"Hmm... This is the best news I've heard so far. Gives me a brilliant idea. I have a change of plan."
Ellen gave me a weird look, "I understand that your brother now has issues with the other pack. But you don't seem to want to use this in the way I am thinking, you're about to do something drastic aren't you?"
I grinned.
"My dear Ellen, you shouldn't stress yourself about matters like this. Leave that to me to handle. I have the perfect plan that will make everything fall in place in no time." K assured her.
She rolled her eyes. I signalled Buren to come closer. I whispered in his ears, he smirked and nodded in agreement.
"This is the best plan I've heard so far. It will be so shocking that the whole pack will be shaken." Buren said excited.
"You need to be careful with what you are planning Robin. I sense danger, you know your brother. He is not dumb enough not to know who is behind it. That is going to cause problems for you real time, you might not want to leave traces. Your plan to cause war might bring peace to the two packs of you are not careful." Ellen advised.
But I am confident of myself. I have not been making any mistakes. I won't start making any one now. My brother's stupidity is secretly helping me with my plan to dethrone hi. I will be the hero to save the day when everything has gone well g and the people want him out of the title.
"You have nothing to worry about Ellen. Everything will go according to plan. In fact this is the perfect opportunity to prove my worth to this pack. Once my brother's action bring chaos, he'll be left with no choice than to compete for his title. Which I would get because I will be stronger than him by then." I laughed evily.
Ellen sighed, "Just be careful. I won't say more than that. You know who you're up against."
I nodded and faced Buren.
"We will carry out the plan tonight. Get all the things we need ready, and make sure you put evidences that will make it look like my brother did it." I ordered him.
He nodded, "Yes boss. I'll take my leave now. My men called a while later to tell me about the new supplies coming into the town. We need to stop them from getting here, we're working on making the roads blocked for passage."
"Good job. I will make sure everyone of you gets your reward. Especially you Buren, you will get that high position and power you have always wanted. Just make sure you don't betray me and you have nothing to worry about."
He bowed, "I am at your service my king."
I smirked, "You can go. I'm also going home now. I have to stir up some reactions at home. Since my mother is always supporting Kevin, she needs to see what her son is causing the pack."
Everything is going well for me. All thanks to my brother for making things very easy for me. He will be hit when he doesn't expect it and he will be so confused. When there's no one to advise him, he will be frustrated.
I left the woods later and went home. I plan to go to the cave after giving my family the bad news. I got home and went straight to my mother's chambers. Luckily for me, my sister is there which makes things better for me. A maid was making my mother's hair while another is giving her a pedicure.
She looked surprised when I came in without announcement. That's because I hardly go to her chambers unless there's a good reason for it.
"Robin? Where have you been? I asked your sister to get you but she didn't see you. And isn't it strange that you're here in my chambers?" She asked.
I sighed making my most sober face, "Our pack is going to be doomed with the kind of problem we just added to it."
Sheila raised a brow, "Tell me something Robin. What have you done again this time?"
I shook my head, "You always think it is me. I am always the troublesome one but everyone fails to see what is really happening."
"Stop beating around the bush and just spill the bean already." Mother ordered curious.
"Kevin has started a war with the Blue Moon pack." I blurted out.
Their eyes widened as they both looked at me shocked, I signalled the maids to go away and they did. I waited for my mother and sister to get out of the shock before adding more to the news. I am enjoying this moment so much.
"What are you talking about? Why would Kevin do that? We have not been in good terms with the Blue Moon pack but that doesn't mean Kevin would deliberately start a war with them." Sheila said refusing to believe.
"Sheila is right. This is ridiculous. What problem does Kevin have with them that will make him do that? Why would he make a crazy decision like that?" Mother added.
I sat down beside mother, "I know it's hard for you to believe since Kevin is your favorite son. Everyone thinks he is perfect but guess what? He's not. Why would he do that you asked? What else? It's because of that new Omega wolf he carries around. The same person he would rather defend than his own brother."
Mother frowned, "That's not true. Kevin would not do such a thing like that. You are just saying this to make me upset. And I feel like you have something to do with all these."
It hurt me a bit that my mother doesn't believe Kevin can do that. It made me upset that she and my sister would keep defending her when they know deep down that he could be guilty. Why don't they ever defend me like this? I always have to beg for their attention and defense.
"You know what? I am going to sit here and watch Kevin destroy this pack. By then I will be able to tell you that I told you so. You both think that he is a saint and would never do something like that. He meddled in family affairs and threatened to hurt that family because of that girl. You can make your research if you still doubt me. I am out of here."
I walked out of the chambers with mixed feelings. I need someone to calm me down. I'm going to the cave to see her. At least I was able to cause an uproar, I'll just wait and see the results. Mother is going to regret ever taking sides with Kevin instead of me. That's my promise.
