CHAPTER 28

AUTHOR'S POV
Ralf sat down in Logan's chambers fuming with anger. This is the height of it. He never thought that Kevin would take it to the extent of wanting to burn his entire family alive. Luckily, only half of the house is burnt and he still lost some important things. Logan came into the living room and sat on the couch facing Ralf. He saw the desperate look on Ralf's face.
"I heard about what happened to your house. I am sorry about that." Logan said pouring a drink as usual.
Ralf nodded, "He decided to carry out his threats and burn my family alive. This is totally unacceptable. All the evidence found pointed at him."
Logan raised a brow, "By he... You mean Alpha Kevin?"
"Yes. He sent some rogues to set my house on fire and they were careless enough to leave their bands." Ralf fumed.
Logan dropped his drink. He felt like something was weird but he doesn't know yet. He also wanted to help his friend Ralf, so he doesn't feel cheated.
"This is interesting. What do you suggest we do?"
"I suggest we send him the same message then prepare for war. If he can do this to me, who knows if he's planning to come to your place next." Ralf tried to convince Logan enough to get his support.
Logan knows Alpha Kevin would not dare come near his mansion unless there is a war. Logan is more interested in the fact that he will get Sia for himself if he helps Ralf in getting her back.
"We are going to send a clear message to him later on. I will get someone to fix all the damages done to your house. You should go and relax. I've got this." Logan assured him.
Ralf left Logan feeling happy. He's happy that Logan is finally doing something he wants and he will get his revenge on Sia. The hatred he has for his own daughter knows no bounds. He doesn't understand why she had to become what she is when everything was given to her. He blamed the moon goddess and Sia, he wants her out of his life for good.
As long as Sia is free and is still roaming about, people would always consider her his daughter and that is not good at all.
"What did the pack leader say father?" Larry asked immediately he got home.
He and Patty were anticipating the whole issue, they felt angry and happy at the same time. This would only help get Sia into more trouble.
"We are going to strike him the way he did to me. Send the message to him and get ready if he still wants war." Ralf replied confident.
Patty smiled, "They may be a strong pack but we also have our resources. We will defeat them, they can't keep bullying us like that's okay."
Helen watched from the kitchen. She didn't say a word even though she wants to. She knows Sia would be on the side of those who welcomed her, she will definitely turn her back on her family. They all have no idea what kind of powers Sia has.
"We will ask for Anastasia if they want to retreat. That would be the only price for their defeat. Then I'll give her as a gift to the pack leader."
Patty's eyes widened when she heard that. The pack leader? Another pack leader for Sia? Could her life get any worse?
"But father, Alpha Logan already has a lot of concubines. You want to add Sia to the list, besides isn't that making her comfortable than revenge?"
Ralf laughed. "Comfortable? She will be a slave. She will serve everyone but mostly Alpha Logan. I am giving her to him as a free gift."
Patty nodded in agreement, but she still wasn't happy. She thought that things might change if the pack leader sets his eyes on Sia. She might become royalty and would live a luxurious life. Sia is more beautiful than anyone in the family, that makes her hate her sister more.
"I'll be in my room. I have to use the toilet real quick." She rushed away.
Larry understands what is going on with her. She's not going to the toilet. She is just angry because Sia is getting another privilege again. Something she never gets.
"I'll also try to clean up my room father. There is a huge mess after last night's incident." Larry also excused himself to follow Patty.
He entered Patty's room and just like he guessed, she's angry. She's venting her anger on the things in her room. She threw a large book towards the door but Larry was fast enough to catch it.
"Okay you need to calm down sister. This is not going to do you any good neither will it help provide a solution to your frustrations." Larry advised.
She sat on the bed fuming, "Why does she always gets the good things? Is her destiny to steal anything I want?"
"You can't really blame her for being lucky and unlucky you know. You can only twist her fate if you want to. All you need is to be calm and confident, you can do anything you want."
Patty palmed her face, "I don't understand why she is just so lucky. All I want is to be a queen but I don't see myself anywhere near that yet. Sia is nothing but a low rank wolf yet fate seems to always be on her side. Why didn't the moon goddess just make me an Omega to complete my bad luck."
Larry shook his head, he understands his sister's frustration. But making that kind of wish would not be in her favor at all. Sia is naturally lucky, her only bad luck is the fact that sge shifted to an Omega wolf.
"I understand your plight sister. Trust me, I want nothing more than to get her out of our way. Patience, give it time and everything will work out. Can't you see things are already going our way?" Larry tried to persuade her.
She stood up and paced around the room. Then she turned to Larry.
"I have an idea. This would make our plans work faster." She squealed excited.
Larry stared at her with interest, whenever she brainstorms, she always happen to bring the best ideas.
"This is going to make us triumph. Let me whisper to you." She brought her mouth close to his ear and whispered her idea. Larry smirked in satisfaction, Patty sure is a genius.
That's why she's his favorite. Will and Sia are more into each other than anyone else. That's why Will is not in support of anything they are doing to Sia, yet there's nothing he can do about it. Unless he wants to incur their father's wrath.
"With this, we will solve this problem once and for all." Patty promised.
Larry got out of Patty's room and checked on Will. He was in his room listening to whatever on his phone, Larry walked away. He came back to check on Patty who's no longer in her room. Then he decided to make the call...
