CHAPTER 59

Robin become more angry and confused. He never wanted to kill Nina, he realised he loves her and will tolerate whatever she does. He was only going to lock her in a room till she comes to her senses. But it is too late, that poison was made by Ellen and has no antidote. That was the only one he reserved to kill Kevin. He didn't care about getting an antidote as long as the main job is done.
Robin was alerted when the guard who Nina chased away came to report to him. He gathered all his men and asked them to follow him to the dungeon. He was tired of his brother and wanted to kill him immediately. So he took the arrow from where he has been keeping it with him. Nina stepped in the way and took what was made to kill Kevin.
"Nina! Look at me! Don't die on me. Come on Nina! You have to fight for your life! Please fight!" Kevin yelled shaking her.
"Kevin..." The poison was beginning to take effect, her blood became black. "Let it go Kevin. He won't be able to kill you anymore. It would take a long time to create another one. Help is on its way. I'll die..in...peace now.. goodbye... Kevin.."
"NINA NO!!!" Kevin growled loud, it was too late.
Nina convulsed, her system started to decay. Her eyes were wide open as she lost her breath. Kevin felt hot tears strolling down his face. He just lost Nina the second time, this time for real. He turned to Robin fiercely, his eyes red and full of rage. Robin is still trying to recover from the shock, he just killed the first woman he would ever I've in his life because of his ambitions and anger.
"What have you done? How could you kill Nina?! After all the lies you told her and all the things you made her go through!!" Kevin yelled at him.
"This is all your fault! Nina will not be dead if you had just stayed away from her! It's your fault and you deserve to die! Seize him!" Robin ordered in grief.
"Don't you dare touch him!!!" Someone yelled from nowhere. Kevin recognized the voice, he looked around searching for her.
"Sia? Sia!!" He called her, she appeared in front of him with Carter.
"Yes sweetheart." She said smiling at him.
He hugged her, "What are you doing here? Quickly go back, I don't want anything to happen to you or my child."
She shook her head, "No, I'm here to save you. I can't watch you die in the hands of your brother just like he's done to Nina."
"He won't be able to kill me easily. I will find away around this. Just take her away from here Carter, she's not safe here and she needs to leave." Kevin disagreed.
"You have nothing to worry about your majesty, she's stronger than any of us here. Nothing's going to happen to her." Carter assured, he stood in front of them stopping Robin's men from attacking Sia and Kevin.
"What's this? A lovey dovey soap opera? You guys take everything for a joke? I can't believe this. You are so stupid more than I expected you to be." Robin palmed his face displeased.
Sia turned to him, "Surrender now Robin, it's too late for you. You are going to die if you don't give up!"
Robin laughed hard falling on the floor, he looked at Sia again and laughed. Then he got up, finding everything funny.
"What does a stupid low rank wolf have to do with killing alphas? The only thing you should kill is insects, that's what you can kill. You should be with your mates in prison." He mocked her.
"Be careful Sia, he has gotten strange powers from nowhere and he plans to use that against us. You should leave, I'll handle him." Kevin informed her whispering in her ear.
"I told you not to worry. I am stronger than he is now, I know everything he did." She whispered back.
"You both should leave him to me, I'll take care of him myself." Carter said getting their attention.
"Didn't we agree that he will be taken care of by me? You both don't need to risk yourselves." Sia argue with them.
Robin yawned in boredom, "Really? You are contemplating on fighting me with the little witch? You think I don't have back up for people like her?"
Ellen appeared in front of them. Her eyes widened when she saw Carter.
"You? How can it be you? You're supposed to be dead!" She yelled.
"Dead? Why? You think your magic was powerful enough to stop me from escaping the fire you created for my family. They trusted you, you had no one and they tried to help you. But you did what you know how to do best, betray people. It's not a wonder if you're working with him, you are both birds of a feather." Carter replied.
Turns out Carter's family was murdered with the help of Ellen who magically set their house on fire with no way to escape. Carter is a powerful child so he escaped.
"I can't do this." She vanished.
Robin was shocked, he wasn't expecting Ellen to leave.
"Seize them!" He ordered his men.
They all attacked them, while Robin left the scene. Kevin and Sia went after him leaving Carter to deal with the rest. Of course they were no match fot him.
Kevin chased after Robin who kept running into the mansion, it's as if he wanted to get something inside. He shifted to his wolf form while running and threw something huge at Kevin and Sia.
They both dodged it and continued chasing him. Kevin also shifted, his eyes red and angry. He was determined to kill his brother and end this drama once and for all. Sia followed him because she wanted to help him capture Robin and stop him from killing his own brother.
Robin suddenly stopped in the throne room. He growled at Sia and Kevin. Kevin made to attack him but Sia sensed something and stopped him.
"Don't go Kevin! It's a trap. If you move closer to him, this place will blow up. You have to stay here." She warned him.
Kevin growled in anger, Robin felt triumphant. He already planted bombs in the throne room, as a back up plan. Kevin is frustrated already. He shifted back to his human form, Sia quickly got him something to wear.
"Why don't you fight me hand to hand Robin. I'll give you for you if you can beat me." Kevin offered with his fist ready.
Robin growled again, Sia and Kevin looked at each other. He was trying to move but he can't. He stayed in one place growling and throwing his hands forward.
"What's wrong with you! Can't you shift?" Kevin asked pissed.
"He can't shift Kevin. He is stuck like this and he's becoming weak. He's not supposed to be like this for a long time, it's a spell. There's no remedy. Don't fight him anymore." Sia informed him.
"You're joking right? You're saying my brother is stuck like this forever?" Kevin asked in disbelief.
"I'm afraid so. I'm sure he was warned before embarking on that journey. He killed too many people to become like this, this is his punishment." Sia replied.
Robin knelt on the ground growling, his growl slowly becoming inaudible, his eyes turned yellow. Carter arrived at the scene, Sia stopped him from moving forward.
"It's over Robin. This fight was very unnecessary, you just doomed yourself for life. Father tried all his best to raise you well but you turned out to be a disgrace." Kevin said to him.
"What are you going to do now?" Sia asked him.
"He's going to be banned and made to pay for all his crimes. My parents won't stop me from making him pay this time. It won't happen no more."

Annabelle was brought back some few days later. The poison was fully washed from her system, and she was much better. Sheila stayed with her all through. When she woke up, she was made to know everything that happened while she was asleep.
How Robin attacked the pack and tried to take the throne by force. How he's now stuck in his wolf form because of the spell he used and the measures he took. That was the most dangerous thing, yet he ignored all warnings.
Annabelle and Sheila finally got home, they met with Sia and Kevin when she entered the mansion. Sia bowed and tried to walk away but Annabelle pulled her back.
"Don't leave my dear. I understand you don't like me, but I'm not here to fight with you. I just want to explain things to you and hug you. I want to make up for all the bad things I have done to you. I deserve everything I got, you're a kind girl to stay with my son despite all that hardship." Annabelle said.
Kevin's mouth hanged open. "Mom? Are you serious about what you just said? You're apologizing to Sia?"
"I am apologizing to her, we made a huge mistake choosing someone else over you. I truly regret all I have done. Now my son is paying for my bad parenting."
"Don't say that, you're not a bad parent. Whatever happened to robin is his choice. He made the decision to go through the wrong path. You did all your best as a parent but you can't control an adult." Sia told her.
"I'm also sorry for all my wrongdoings Sia. You truly did not deserve how we treated you. We never thought the one we trusted the most is the person who will betray us. Forgive me Sia, I hope we can start again. This time the right way." Sheila also apologized.
Kevin opened his mouth again, "Even you? Wow, this is a miracle."
"Kevin stop." Sia pinched him and glared at him. He yelped in pain,"Ouch! That actually hurts."
"Then keep your mouth shut if you have nothing to say or I'll help you shut it." She warned him.
"You don't have to apologise to me, I understand you were only looking out for him. At least, he is okay now. It's a good thing Robin's plans did not work."
Annabelle hugged her, "Thank you my dear, I'll be good to you from now on."
Sia was shocked she even received a hug from Annabelle, Sheila continued the shock by also hugging her.
"Thank you Sia, I hope we can be good friends from now on." Sheila said.
"I'd be glad to." Sia smiled.
Kevin rolled his eyes bored, "This looks like a soap opera with a happy ending. 'The good wife and the bad family in-laws."
"You should get some rest now mom, I'll check on you soon. I need to take care of something." Sia told them, then she dragged Kevin by the ear and left with him.
"Hey let me go!" He protested.
"Shut up!" She dragged him off to the room.
"Why did you drag me like that? I'm a king you know, that was very disrespectful for my status." He teased her.
"Your status huh? You want more of this?" She grew her claws, making him back off.
"I'm just surprised my family can actually apologise to you. I'm also sorry Sia. Thank you for forgiving them." He hugged her.
"That's nothing. My enemies have reduced while my father is all that is still left." She sighed sadly.
"About your father, I have a plan to make him stop bothering you. Just watch."
