Chapter 50

Third person's P.O.V

Breaking away from the chains of the intractable effects of the blood moon, the vampires finally came back to their senses but it was too late.

They'd already damaged Jasmine more than anyone could ever
imagine.

Their eyes widened in horror and their hearts stopped beating for a second when they looked down at Jasmine.

They couldn't believe what they did to her, how badly they hurt her that there was not even an inch on her skin left that was not covered in marks or cuts they unknowingly gave him.

The overwhelming guilt attacked them like a giant wave swashing and hitting the shore with all of its force, they were clueless and most importantly shocked. They couldn't understand why Jasmine did it, why did she even come to this room in the first place.

"Jasmine, open your eyes..." Micheal patted Jasmine's cheek trying to wake her up, his focus has drifted so much that he did even get the moment to notice that her entire body had gone blue....because of their venom.

"No, she can't leave us like this," Archer began to panic, the tears gathered in her eyes for the first time in all these years.

The thought of losing her forever shook their soul, but this was what was actually happening— She was not breathing, her pulse has fallen, and her heart was beating but that might not last long because the eyes of her that were closed maybe would never open again.

Lucien had fallen silent, he could not accept the truth. The harsh reality was that they had lost her.

There were no chances of a human surviving Vampire's mark but they did not know yet that she was not a human. They were not aware of the fact that their mate they have always considered and recognized as a human, was not any ordinary person.

She belonged to the most powerful heritage of all times, but she herself did not know that, and maybe after today she would never get the chance to find the truth anymore.

"Nothing can happen to her," Lucien spoke, "We'll take her to Pierson, he'll heal her and probably heal her."

"He can't heal her, Lucien.." The first tear rolled down Micheal's cheek as he looked at Jasmine, his eyes full of love and grief, "It's our venom that has killed her." he leaned down pressing a kiss against Jasmine's forehead, the ache of his heart spreading throughout his whole body.

They loved her, more than their own lives and today they lost the only one they have ever loved.

"Don't you dare to say that again, Micheal! She can't be dead, she can't leave us!" Lucien growled, the grief that found no way to get decided the path of anger but was that going to change the truth?

She was not breathing, her enchanting eyes that stole their hearts with every gaze were now closed and only they knew how much it hurt them to accept that they were the reason behind this state of hers.

"Jasmine, baby please open your eyes..." Archer began breaking down as he pulled Jasmine's fragile frame in his arms, "We promise we won't have to go away ever again, please look at me...please wake up."

Apparently, none of them could hold it together anymore, they broke down. From both inside and outside, their tough exterior and dangerous nature of them did not hide the fact that they had feelings too, despite being called by the entire world it was true that they knew how to love too...

And maybe the Love they had for Jasmine had taken her life because of the reaction of the beasts within them, the urge to reflect it with pain was so intense only because of their feeling.

If Jasmine was a fully transformed vampire, these cuts, the pain, and finally the marks wouldn't have even bothered her let alone end up harming her this way. This only occurred only because she was not a fully transformed vampire, the spells were still there maybe they were not as strong as before but they were there.

But who could destroy the spell?

The one who had put it around her was the one who only had the ability to loose them open and destroy the locks of it-- The locks that had kept the feral part of Jasmine unable to fully awaken and take over.

"We have to do something, I can't let anything happen to her." Lucien took his wings back into his skin and hurriedly slipped back his clothes.

He did not where he was heading, the only thing in his mind was that he had to save his mate at any cost.

Hell, he could sacrifice the entire world for her but he could not lose her.

"Lucien, wait..." Just when Lucien was about to head out Archer stopped him.

"Running mindlessly won't bring us anything, we need to save her, and if we can't save her this way we have to do the last thing we had thought of doing...." He paused for a second, his eyes glancing at Jasmine and then at his brothers who understood the meaning behind his words very well.

Three of them had the idea of how dangerous and rare the process was, in thousands of years only one or two people ended up being successfully transformed but they had the determination to make it a success because they had the power to make the impossible possible.

And for their mate, they could not only turn a few rules of the universe but also the entire world upside down.

"We have to transform her into a vampire." Micheal finished Archer's unfinished sentence.

And there was no stepping back.

They were going to do it.
