Dive Right In

**Selene's POV **

Oh god why did I think this is a good idea I’m completely naked stood in a waterfall. My chest rising and falling rapidly as he is walking towards me. He moved through the water effortlessly his muscular torso making my cheeks flush red I’m completely mesmerized by him.
I’m snapped right out of it at the feel of cold water splashing in my face.

"*Ahh there she is finally she’s back in the room* "

Calder is looking at me smirking.
"*Liked what you saw ??*"

Oh god I was staring at him for far too long and he noticed that’s just great.
"I don’t know what you are talking about " I panic splash him in the face and dive into the water towards the falls.

When I resurface Calder is nowhere to be found, I look around to the spot where we were stood and he is gone, maybe he didn’t want to stay in the water. I look around a little more feeling a pang of disappointment when I turn back around to the falls Calder is stood inches away from me.

"*Looking for something Sel* "
Trying not to let on that I was disappointed I couldn't find him I laugh it off and step closer .I can feel the heat from our bodies between us , the mate bond willing us to get closer and Calder is looking right into my eyes.

"No not at all Calder just making sure you can keep up " I place my and on his chest and instantly it’s like someone lit a fire in the small space between us , I go to pull away when he catches me hand and pulls me closer to his chest with his other.

My breathing is getting a little erratic and before I know It Calder's lips are on mine, my entire body relaxes at his touch and leans into him the mate bond completely skewing any sense of reasoning I might have had before this. I put both my arms around his neck this seems to be the confirmation for him, and his kiss deepens, his hands moving into my hair and down my body and I can feel his excitement growing.

He pull me up, so my legs are firmly wrapped round his waist letting at a small moan as I brush past him, he makes me feel like I’m weightless. He moves his kisses down to my earlobe along my neck and down onto my marking spot I soon as his lips touch it the words slip out of my mouth.
"Fuck " Quickly followed by some embarrassing moaning noises.

Calder pulls away for a second still moving his hands all over my body.

"*You have no idea how much I have thought about doing this* " His lips quickly reaching mind when he’s finished. I move my hands a from around his neck caressing his chest fully enjoying the tingles this action creates.

We carry on like this lost in the embrace of each other time seems to have stood still and I don’t know if this is going to go all the way but I won’t be mad if it does I want this man , I want every part of him and judging by the way he is acting he does too.
Our embrace is broken by a sharp pain in my chest and I pull away, Calder lets go not understanding what’s going on, the pain is unbearable and I’m struggling to catch my breath.

I can see Calder’s mouth moving asking me if I’m okay, but I can’t think or feel. And then Artemis Links me.

"*Sel are you feeling this its Cynthia I don’t know where she is, but she is in pain* "

"Arti I feel it we need to find her I’m on my way back "

I pull away from Calder his face searching mine for answers, but I can’t speak I need to get out of here and find her.
"I have to go, I’m sorry I can’t " I head towards the water’s edge and climb out.

"*Sel tell me what’s wrong I can help*" I can hear the concern in his voice and see it in his eyes.

"It’s Cynthia Calder she is in trouble I have to get back "
He nods at me and his Eyes become distant, I know he is linking someone. He gets out of the water and walks towards me.

"*I’ve got Sigi and the pack searching for her* " He takes me hand. "*Let’s go find your sister* "

I shift back into my wolf form and Seleste’s is instantly their I let her take over the run back to house Calder running right next to me constantly Glancing my way to make sure I’m okay.

"Seleste can you feel her?"

"**No Sel but when we closer I should be able to** "

I keep going we reach the pack house in a few minutes and we both frantically begin to search for her.

We found Cynth 6 hours ago and she still in the hospital .We have come to the conclusion that she was trying to contact the moon goddess before the full moon and it didn’t work she wasn’t strong enough on her own and now she is in this weird sleep/ coma like state they cannot find anything physically wrong with her but the doctors have said she is mentally drained and it may take her brain sometime to recover .

Artemis and I have yet to leave her side along with Sigurd, Ryan pops into make sure Arti is eating and sleeping but Calder has yet to visit I haven't seen him since got back to the pack house to search.
I’m a little sad that he hasn’t come to check I’m okay and I’m not even sure why I care but I do , I pull my attention away from myself and move to the bed taking Cynthia’s hand in mine, then I hear her voice I drop her hand right away , was that in my head ?.

I look around Arti hasn’t noticed so I pick up her hand again and I as hear her as clear as if she were stood near me.

"*Please is anyone there we need help, it’s so dark!*" she sounds so scared.

I drop her hand again and call Arti over.

"Arti I heard her, when I picked her hand up, I heard he she’s calling out for help " My words are rushed as my voice is trembling.

"**Sel what do you mean you heard her?**"

"When I picked up her hand, I heard her, you try "

Artemis picks up Cynth’s hand.
"**Sel I don’t feel anything** "

I grab Cynth’s other hand again to check I’m not crazy, as soon as I do, I hear her again and I stare at Arti.
"**I hear her Sel but only when you touched her** "

I pull my hand away.
"Arti try now " Something was telling me that I just needed to help Arti open the link. She picks up her hand and frowns.
"We have to help her Arti " she nods in agreement.

"**Sel I think we need to try to talk to her take her hand** "

I do as Arti says and then I see Ryan, Calder and Sigi enter the room, I don’t even know when Ryan left them to get them.
Trying to ignore them I focus on Cynthia as soon as we touch her, we hear her calling again.

"Cynthia can you hear me, were here "

"*Selene, I’m here " it’s so dark I don’t know what is going on I’m with Cyrus, but we can’t find a way out* "

"**We are here Cynthia can you try to follow our voices** "

"You think that will work Arti?"

"**it’s worth the try at least** "

"*Keep talking guys were trying to follow your voice *"

We keep talking to her trying to usher her to us, asking her a few questions trying to keep her talking and calm.
"*I saw her, the moon goddess, she agreed to take back her gift so I can be with Sigi she told me he would heal me better than any deal but now I’m stuck*

She did it, she did it and not on the full moon, I know Arti and I are going to give her hell for not telling us when she wakes up.
We’ve been trying to help her out of her own mind for the last 30 minutes and were not getting anywhere were all starting to get frustrated then it clicks.

"Cynthia, I think we need Sigi to join I think he’ll be able to guide you out, but we need to explain what we are trying to do "

"*Do it I think your right I think he needs to guide me out of the darkness* "

We break the link and Turn to Sigi and the others to explain what we need him to do , they all have a lot of questions but its agreed that both Arti and I will hold each of Cynth’s hands and we will hold Sigi’s in the other to bring him into the link .

He agrees to do whatever he can to help and gets so eager he grabs both our hands before we are even touching Cynthia. Arti ushers him to let go so we can explain the plan to Cynthia and them bring him in.

We take her hand again so Arti can explain.

"**Cynth, were here can you here us, we are going to bring Sigurd into the link we don’t know what it will do but I hope it amplifies us so you can find your way out **"

"*Okay I’m ready when you are* "

We each take Sigurd’s hand and his voice fills our minds. Then we hear Cynthia.

"*Guys I can see a light I’m running towards it *"
