What I Want

**Revna's POV**

After Selene left the kitchen I waited till her footsteps were far enough away and made the call as soon as he agreed to meet I headed to the forest trying to avoid other pack members on the way smiling as they past all of them buzzing about what they saw the sisters do

It makes me feel sick Selene was taking everything from me and to Calder I was now invisible but it wouldn't be long before they all got what they deserved and I would be there for Calder when his world comes crashing down his source of comfort until he make me his Luna .

When I reach the meeting spot just outside of the border I head to the tree and wait where I was told , I know I should feel some type of way about agreeing to this but when Calder threw me out of his room I knew I had to dos something drastic to make him realize he loves me .

I’m lost in thought when I hear twig break in front of me my head snapping up and my wolf instantly on edge as much as this guy is helping me, I do not like him he’s slimy.
He walks towards me a smirk forming on face .

"*Well Revna , is it done?*"

This total douche as if I would risk the call in the pack house and walking out here if I hadn’t done what he had asked me too .

"Yes Ash . It’s done , I told her that she’s blip in his life and that she won’t last long as Luna "

"*And how did she take it ?*"

"She looked hurt I can see she is doubtful of Calder "
A grin flashes across his face I knew he wanted her, but I did not realize just how much.

"*Perfect everything is falling into place* "

I know that there are plans to separate Selene and Calder but Ash has not really given me any details about what’s going to come next all I know is that I have to put as much doubt into her as possible and eventually Ash would do something to make the sisters leave I am curious as to what next.

I stare at him for a little while the expression his face is like he’s talking to himself.
"Ash what happens now , what are you going to do next ? "

His head whips around and he moves closer to me his body pushing on mine and again the back of my neck tingles my wolf going crazy as he makes me feel sick.
He dips his head towards my ear both hands on either side of me stopping me from going anywhere .

"*I’m not going to do anything next Revna . I’ve done my bit I found you and like you I’m working with someone else*"

He looks me in the eyes that insanity flashing in them .

"*Next Arlo is going to get what he wants* "

I freeze in my spot at his words he just said Arlo. As in the same guy that murders entire packs.
"You’re working for Arlo ? what is he going to give you "

"*He’s going to give me Selene* "

"Is he going to attack my pack ?"

"*He isn’t just going to attack them , he is going to eliminate them* "

"What about my deal Ash you said Calder wouldn’t be harmed "

He grabs my face under the chin forcing me to look in his eyes .
"*Don’t worry we will both get what we want in the end Arlo will honour the agreement*"

He again ducks his head into mine capturing my lips with his own making the pit of stomach feel heavy with sickness .
He pulls away from me .

"*Just make sure in 4 days’ time you nowhere near you pack house , unless you want to come with me now, I have a few ideas of what we could do* "

He leans his head into mine again and this time I turn my head just in time .
"How about we keep this stickily business after all I am doing this to get me mate "

"*I’m doing this for mine too but that doesn't mean we can’t have a little fun* "

He winks at me and pulls away turning his back on me and walking back away into the forest .

I shouldn't feel happy knowing my own pack is going to get hurt or that Arlo is going to be behind it but I cannot wait for Calder to see I’m his true mate when his words comes crashing down I’m going to be there for him to pick up the pieces and fulfil his every need, as I say this the thoughts if our amazing night together come flooding back to me and I feel the heat between my legs starting to swell.

I sneak back onto the territory through the forest my mind filled with nothing, but Calder I just need to be near him right now and in 4 days’ time he is going to be mine but for now I need him to trust me again.

**Calder's POV**

Three hours of my mother and father moaning at me about how I introduced Selene to the pack and the face that I didn’t tell them the sisters were related to the first wolves .It was like being 10 years old again getting scalded for not listening to my parents I finally got them to calm down when I told them they could meet Selene and her sisters over tomorrow for breakfast .

My mother Freya taking this as an opportunity to plan some kind of event started trailing off into what we need , I had to stop her and explain that Selene isn’t like that she wouldn’t want all the fuss and just to make sure there is French toast my father laughed stating she was a woman after his own heart with breakfast choices like that .

I hugged them both and left, my father hasn’t been the same since his last fight the injuries he sustained meant his isn’t as mobile so he tends not to leave the house as he doesn’t want to seem like the weak old Alpha I’ve tried telling him he isn’t viewed that way but he never listens I hope Selene brings a little bit of joy into the old man’s life.

I’m walking back up to the main house I can’t wait to see Selene she has a way of calming all my worries and making me forget about everything in a way that I have never found before. As I walk up the stairs, I’m hit with the scent of someone I know who I’m pretty certain I told I didn’t want to see anymore .
I turn around on the stairs searching for her .

"Revna , I can smell you stop hiding "

I see her come out from behind the staircase at the bottom, she makes me so furious and also sad we have been beside one another since we were small although my father gave her to her parents she was always at our house or over for dinner .

When her adoptive parents died we drifted apart I had to focus on training to be and Alpha and she focused on learning as much as she could with her sole intention on becoming Luna , it didn't matter how many times I told her we weren't mates it wasn't enough she had convinced herself and I could do nothing to change her mind.

I tried to stay away from her then 6 months ago I got stupid drunk and she was there I took advantage of that in a way I shouldn't have and I apologized to her the next day letting her know it was a mistake she seemed okay and agreed it shouldn't have happened and that’s when things go weird.

"*Calder , I was hoping to talk to you* "

There is some sincerity in her voice, but I just don’t believe it .

"*I know I’m the last person you want to talk to but after today I needed to apologize, I see now how stupid I have been. I’m clearly not your mate and Selene really is great, and the pack adore he*r "

I’m not buying this, so I press her for more.
"Why are you telling me this Revna , you just suddenly changed your mind "

"*Yes, I did. Your parents have always treated me like family when I had none and I could always count on you to be there for me like a brother then we slept together and things got weird and well I guess I just want that back* "

She sighs and rubs her hands together us of nervousness and for a second, I see the girl I was once friends with flash in her eyes she speaks again this time softer her eyes focused on the floor .

"*I just hope you can forgive me , I know all of this stuff happening can’t be easy and we have always been there for one another I hope I can be that for you again *"

With that she looks up nods and walks back down the steps , I don’t know if the next move is the right one but she we do have a lot of history and my family adore her .

"Revna wait "

She turns on her heels looking hopeful I take a deep breath.
"Tomorrow my parents are holding a breakfast for Selene and her sisters I’m sure they would love it if you came "

I don’t think that she is being completely honest, but I owe her to opportunity it must be hard for her to admit that she isn’t my mate after all this time thinking she would be the Luna.

Turning back away from her I continue up the stairs when I reached the room I hoped Selene would be awake but she is sprawled across the bed in a pair of shorts and one of my t-shirts , she must have been waiting for me to get back.

I carefully scoop her up trying not to wake her and place her under the covers and head into the shower when I get out I linked Sigi to let him know of the breakfast and asked him to inform Ryan getting into bed and pulling her close to me ill inform her of the breakfast tomorrow for now just having her in my arms is enough to send me off to sleep .

**Revna's POV**

As I walk away from him, I’m shocked at how easily he accepted me back into his world getting him to trust me again might be easier than I thought . I head back to my room pulling on one of Calder's used shirts out of my wardrobe full of his things pulling it over my head and climbing into bed the sweet scent lulling me to sleep .
