Author's POV

The right hand man of the vampire King was amazed by the turnout of events. He was ready to pluck the fruit that was waiting right I heard of him.
That fruit was Chelsea.
To him, she had foolishly given herself to be used to save a whole number of people within the campus.
He would not understand how wise this decision looked to Chelsea.
She already knew that allow we find her by her scent.
With this, she was sure that this culprit will be caught any moment from now.
The world dazed around her.
She felt herself falling off a cliff.
The sensation was so magical that she could not get hold of herself.
Neither could she use our own powers against it.
She felt something sweeping her off her feet.
Swoosh....

Kayla's POV
Lecture will soon commence. I don't see any trace of Chelsea.
Torin winked at me occasionally.
I was sweaty already.
I quickly packed my hair into a loose bun.
I picked my phone and dialed her phone.
Fuck! She left her phone in her bag!that means she'll be back on a short while. Maybe she went to take a quick pee or make a dump.

I was overthinking already. What was I worried about?
The culprit was only after Alaric's life for the time being. He would not think of hurting Chelsea. Besides, Chelsea has the ability to bewitch, even me. I'm sure she can make it out of danger the if need be.
Mr Larson walked in with his class representative strolling behind. She had a laptop in her hand as well as a public address system, because it was a big lecture hall.
The lecturer is approximately thirty minutes late for lectures. Same goes to Chelsea.
"Hi." Elena greeted before she sat right beside me. She was acting weird, as usual, but she was kinda looking like a robot. She sat with her back straight. Her head was faced the lecturer. Then, I realized Mr Larson had started his lecture.
He was teaching forensics. I would not major in crime forensics!
Not for anything in my entire life, but I need to at least, listen to what this gentleman has to say today.

It's been three hours straight of practical lectures. We were asked to stamp our ten fingers on our A4 sheets and identify our finger print pattern. Therein, I realized that my finger print pattern was loop.
I took the sheet to Torin.
"What's my pattern?" I tilted my head.
"Dunno..." I heard him say, absent mindedly. He was staring deep into his own.
Suddenly, he raised his hand up to signal for the lecturer.
"How may I help you, Torin stones?" He looked over his eye glasses.

"Can a person have two finger print patterns?" Torin asked. The other students mumured. Some were saying they could see two patterns.
"No. Just make sure not to move your fingers when making your prints. Take out another paper and print again." He instructed.
"In a crime scene,..." Mr Larson began his lecture. "There may be two to three people who had access at the estimated period of crime." He paused to watch everyone's expression. I don't know why he's putting on a glass, when he doesn't look through it, instead, he looks above the glasses.
"Recall that no two people can have the same fingerprint." There was noise in the class.
The study was getting intense and interesting.
He made sure to carry all of us along.
I kept writing and jotting at interval. I thought I hated forensics, but Thai class was amazing.
As if that was not enough, Mr Larson went further to explain the topics for his next lecture.he only made a highlight of things he wanted to teach.
He told us he was going to teach on blood group, the general types, the rare types and all that shit which I was interested in.
Why wouldn't I be interested In learning about blood group?
I'm a vampire anyways. I'll really love to look at blood during the class. I can control my urge for blood already.

Author's POV

The resonance of evil laughter burst through Chelsea's skin. It brought her back to reality. Her arms ached. So did her head and her legs.
'where am I ' she wondered, struggling to see through.
A man peeled off the mask on her eyes.
The place was dark. Chelsea realized what has happened.
She has been kidnapped already.
Her mouth was gagged with rope.
She kicked and struggled. She tried to summon her powers, but to no avail.
"Don't think of it, girl" the vampire king's voice was loud. She recognized his voice.
She had wanted to spit at him and cuss at him.
He bent and touched her chin to raise her face.
His eyes were demonic. His aura released creeps. But, seeing that she was facing him directly, Chelsea would not allow her fear to be read.
She glared with wide eyes. He loosed her gag and laughed at her. She finally spat at him.
He cleaned the spittle from his shoe and threw a resounding slap across her chin.
"Go to hades!" She screamed.
"Am I not in hades?" He winked with a big smile.
She struggled to set herself free.

Kayla's POV
I checked. It was so unusual for Chelsea to avoid a whole lecture.
I checked her phone that was with me. I saw a lot of messages from her spam mail.
'good girl, come closer.' the message stated.
Come to where?
Where did Chelsea go to?
"Hi" Elena waved at me. I was too lost in my own thoughts to even grant that weirdo a look.
"Hi" she said again.
"Yes, how may I help you." I was harsh enough to tell her to back out.
"I actually want to tell you something." She fumbled with her backpack.
"What?" I was looking my patience.
"I saw Chelsea at the rooftop. She told me to leave."
Just then, the phone in my hand beeped.
'taken' the message read.
I gasped, realizing that Chelsea has been kidnapped.
