Alaric's POV
I called my beta to make a proper investigation within the school environment and to spy on the vampires camp as well.
I want to know who the culprit is, who wants my head and who killed the girl earlier today.
I reassured Chelsea that everything was going to be put under control as soon as possible.
I escorted her till we got a can to take her home. She said all lectures for the day was already cancelled. She was free to go home and have a shower and rest. I can see that she's traumatized by this whole shit. I wanted to tell her to ignore the messages fir the mean time. But I know how humanitarian Chelsea can be.
It's not like I did not mind the death of the whole students in the college.
Ofcourse, it was impossible to kill a whole large number at a go. Unless these killers had a missile.
Cone to think of it...
How does he plan to threaten the lives of all these people?

Vampire king's POV
With the turn out of events, I can say that one thing was sure, I'm going to get the witch on my side soonest.
That alone is victory, because the only advantage the werewolves have against us is the daytime war, as our warriors do not have the shielding rings to fight in the sun.
Regardless of our numbers, we would not stand a chance to fight during the day. We just have to keep luring these wolves in that dark to take them down little by little.

Chelsea's POV
I kept getting notifications on my phone. Most of it was from my school group chat. My course mates were posting the pictures of the girl who had died. I didn't read their messages, but I saw the notifications:
....'sent a video'
...'bless her soul' and the likes.
I saw one more.
...'no' from someone.
Then I saw.... This message has been deleted
Wrong message, I guess
Another message popped on the group chat.
'help' it read....
Almost immediately, it was accompanied by ....This message has been deleted.
I squinted. Who is this?
"She wants attention" a guy texted.
"She's with me. Pulling your legs guys." Another person texted.
I couldn't laugh.
It's not the right time to crack jokes. Even if they want to crack jokes, would they joke about death?
Later on, a student posted a long story on how the victim had been bullied since elementary school, down to high school, now college, saying she was tired of being bullied and therefore decided to put an end to her miserable life....
That was story line I guess everyone has come across sometime in their life.
I thought they were going to cook up a better explanation for the girl's death. I can't even imagine what better explanation could be given, other than suicide.
Mum knocked at my door and asked if I was going to eat.
"No, mum!" I shouted Loud enough to be heard from outside.
I don't want anything right now. What I want now is to take a nap and wake up to realize this whole shit was just one boring nightmare.
I yawned aloud and drifted into sleep.
What I needed right now was a good rest, not even a hot shower.

Next day was like every other day. I woke up early. I know I have early morning lectures, so I have to be available before 8 o'clock this morning.
I said my morning prayers before I began the day.
My phone rang. I swiped right to pick the call. It was Alaric.
"Wakie... sunshine." His was deliberately lively.
I felt his sense of comfort towards me.
"I'm already ready for school." I told him.
"Oh..." He said. After which he advised me to be careful throughout today.
"Mmmm" I replied. We shared an air kiss through the phone and hung up.
I hurried to school. It's almost 7:30 already. I only have thirty minutes to get to school.
I slipped on my white sneakers, rolled my scarf around my neck and strapped on my bag.
Just as I alighted from the bus, I jammed shoulders with a girl. She seemed rude. She didn't even apologize, although she was at fault. It was like she pushed her way through.
I saw Kayla waving at me.
She ran up to me.
"Late huh?" She questioned.
"Obviously." I stated. She chuckled slightly. She was trying to make the air less toxic.
I understood her.
"That girl is an assole." I heard her say.
"Who?" I squinted, trying to recall who she was talking about.
"Elena Morrison." Kayla rubbed her arms, like she was cold. "She gives everyone the creeps, including me." Oh, that's why she rubbed her arms.
"She doesn't give me any creepy sensation." I replied, recalling that a girl hit me not long ago.
"Look at her, so messy." Chelsea nugged my shoulder.
She was going to the rooftop, she kept staring back at us.
My phone beeped.
'She's next' the text read.
I gasped, turning around quickly. Whoever just texted me must be around right now.
I scanned the environment. Everyone was rushing to class with books in their hands.
"What is it, Chels?" Kayla asked.
" I don't know. Just... Take my stuff." I left Kayla with my backpack and rushed to the rooftop.
I heard her mutter an 'okay'
I saw the girl - Elena. She had pulled off her face cap now. She was walking at the edge of the cliff.
"Elena.." I called softly.
Her eyes were soaked in tears.
"Please, come down." I stretched my hand.
"He's here" she sobbed.
"Don't worry." I said. She was already under a spell now. She took my hand and walked down.
She would just find herself in her classroom.
I stood at the stop she just left. I smiled triumphantly.
"Take me, you mother fucker!" I screamed. Just then, I felt a hand as cold as ice touch my shoulder.
