When Bethany heard this, she felt touched, "Oh dearie, please don't ever do that again, ok? It's mommy's business and all I want for you is to be happy.”

They gathered close and said hi to the old grandmother in unison. Which made Dina very happy.
After that, Bethany got her phone back, "Mom, is there something you want to say to me?”
"Oh nothing, it's just that Antonio contacted me last night all of a sudden." Dina's tone changed drastically as she answered with a disgusted tone.

“I know that as well, alright? However, I'm very sure Samantha will not let anything happens to the company. So, I suggest we stay out of their business for the main time” She replied with a look of indifference.
“Alright. Not like I have another choice, though ”.
A few days later.
Bethany knew that the Medina group was out of danger.
They said that Samantha sold every asset she had and some of the company's initial share to acquire enough money to push the company back on track.
Samantha's maneuver to save the company was indeed bold. Just like how she chased them out of the company back then.

The knock on the door had disrupted Bethany's thoughts. "The production department said that the clothes are done and ready for inspection. If there's any mishap, they'll have it fixed immediately."

After she said that, she shut down the computer, took her purse from the shelf, and left her office.
When she reached the elevator, the door opened. Bent saw her and was a bit surprised as he pushed his spectacle, "Oh, what a coincidence!”

Bent walked out of the elevator,"I was looking for you."
Bethany stepped foot into the elevator when she heard this. She immediately retracted her foot from the elevator, "You're looking for me?"
Bent took out a birthday invitation,"My birthday is a few days away, and. hope that you can come over. If you're not going to my birthday party, I'll tell on you!”
"You.You....." Bethany's pupil contracted as she stared at him in shock. She continued after a while, "How did you know?"
Bent fidgeted with the invitation in his hand as he said cunningly, "lt wasn't hard to know about it. Because your deals do look a lot like I knew from the past. Even Zayn himself once suspects it, you know."
"What?" Bethany's expression changed dramatically. She had no clue about it.
Bethany moved around, "And so, you threaten me that if I don't go to the party, you'll tell Zayn about it?”

She didn't understand at all why he was always like that.

Bethany looked at the invitation card and then at his back before taking a deep breath. Fine, she decided to go to see why he was so insistent that she went. Bethany placed the invitation card in her bag and pressed the elevator button again.
It was several minutes later when she arrived at the sewing department.
Bethany went into the department and saw that Zayn was there. She then asked curiously, "Mr. Meyer, why are you here?”
Zayn turned, looked at her, and then calmly explained, “I heard that the clothes for the catwalk are ready so l came to look at them. I need to keep abreast of the developments as the boss. What took you so long to come here?"
He had instructed someone to call her to come over half an hour ago.
Bethany placed her bag down and calmly said, "I was delayed due to heavy traffic. Mr. Meyer, let's have a look at the clothes."
She did not want to tell Zayn about meeting Bent on her way there. She also did not want Zayn to find out what they spoke about.

Zayn also hurried over to help. It was midday by the time they were done. Zayn invited her for lunch and Bethany accepted as she was also hungry. They proceeded to a western restaurant for lunch.
When they got there Zayn handed the menu over to Bethany. She then ordered a beef steak and a black forest cake and cappuccino.
