Danica felt a thorn in her heart. When she had met her at the KFC, she remembered she was wearing a ring on her ring finger.

Thinking of this, Danica was very aggrieved b the fact that an ugly, disfigured woman who came out of nowhere could attract Zayn's attention, while she has been trying all her life to make him look her way.
She couldn't accept this fact as it was placed in front of her. She clenched her fists tightly and her teeth gritted involuntarily.
After a while, she stood up and left the cafe in rage.
She got back to the house and went straight to her room since Jordan was still staying at the Meyers. However, Zayn was supposed to bring him over later tonight.
Upon getting to her room, she dropped her bag on the bed and sat beside it with an aggrieved expression. She was disheartened by the fact that she couldn't find anything tangible about the woman, who had dared to double-cross and humiliate her.
She took a cigarette from the bedside and lit it up. soon after, white smoke escaped from her lips. The smoke then blurred her expression.
While looking at the photos, her mind started to wander around.
After a short while, Danica started to put his attention on Giselle.
Back then, Giselle was chased by those men, whom she had sent after her. Indeed, they caught up with her and even had a terrible encounter. However, they were able to subdue her. Then, shot at her and she died on the spot before they flushed down her body through the high cliff.
The truth is that her body was never brought to the funeral parlor for proper burial as it was very difficult to locate her body at the time. However, Danica was very sure that Giselle was gone and gone forever. So, there there wasn't any need to be anxious.

While dropping her off at the school, Jenna kept looking around as if she was searching for some unknown answers. However, she didn't say exactly what she was looking for.
When she saw that there was no hope for whatever thing she was looking for, she kept her gaze fixed on the road instead.
Seeing this scene, Erica felt her heart tied down by a couple of knots as she felt very bad about what the little girl was going through.
She knew that the little girl was looking for Bethany.
After dropping her off at school, Erica turned around and left immediately.
She walked hurriedly to a corner of the school, close to the entrance.
Just then, a woman under a veil coiled out of her hidden place with an expressionless face.
Seeing Erica approaching, the expression on her face darkened even more.
.“The little girl was so sad that you didn't show up on a big day like this. What do you from her, Bethany? She needs her mother too” Erica lamented when she recalled the look of umbrage on the little girl's face earlier.
Hearing her loud, whimpering tone of voice. Bethany simply turned around and set to leave as she was not in a good mood to fight with her.
When she was about to leave, Bethany turned around and her attention was attracted by a little boy, who was walking toward the entrance.
Bethany could tell immediately that it was Jordan.
Since has been a few years, he could be five years old now. His young and childish fave looks so profound just like that of Zayn. He looked more handsome now and his eyes looks very similar to Zayns.
This was Zayn and Danica's child. Bethany was very much aware of this fact, but she did not hate or resent Jordan, but every time, she saw him, she would recall the catastrophe that age had to go through because of his parents.
Bethany purses her lips as the fore of resentment rose in her chest uncontrollably.
At this moment, Jordan spotted Bethany from a distance.

“What's on your mind, Bethany? Are you trying to Cajole the little boy into your arms and use him against them?” Erica asked with curiosity written all over her face.
The looks on her face, made it seems like she was not in support of Bethany doing a thing like that.
Without saying a word, Bethany simply wore her seatbelt while the castigating gaze from Erica kept roaming around her body without deviation.
“What are you up to? why....”.
“I'm not so inhumane to involve an innocent child. Take me to the office now”.
Bethany sounded annoyed after being accused like that.
“Hey, I didn't mean it that way. I was just worried that..”
“That I would hurt him yogurt his parents?”
“Just drive!”.
Hearing her instruction, Erica stopped talking. Then, she looked at Bethany for a few seconds without saying a word as she tried to scrutinize the expressions on her face. When she was sure that Bethany was not going to refute this time, she pursed her lips and said.
“Don't tell me that you're so angry with me for simply asking a harmless question, Bethany.
Don't I have the right to know what you are planning? Moreover, I was only joking”.
“You should stop joking then. Otherwise, I would be forced to make you stop” Bethany retorted.
“Fine!” Erica rolled her eyes at this threat.
Soon after, they arrived at the next street close to the office. Bethany came down and trekked the rest of the way to the office.
As soon as she arrived at the lobby of the company. Ella ran up to meet her to relay the message that was left behind for her by the boss.
“Bethany, why did you come to the office so late? The boss had sent his assistant over to look for you, but you weren't here yet, so he left a message” Ella said.
“What message”.
“The boss wants to see you in his office. Mr. Gael said that he wants you to come over to his office as soon as you arrive”.
“Okay, I'll leave right that way”.
When Bethany turned her back and left, Ella wanted to call out to her. However, she was long gone before she could say a word.
Bethany was now knocking on the door of Zayn's office
."Come in." Zayn's cold voice sounded. B Bethany opened the office door and walked in. Mr. Meyer stared expressionlessly at the financial statement, without even looking up.
Bethany was frozen for a moment. She felt that she had disturbed Zayn, but she had already come in. She wanted to tell him that she came back to work.
Bethany found that Zayn did not look at her and could only take the initiative to say, "Mr. Meyer."When Zayn heard the voice of Bethany, his hand on the mouse trembled a little. He turned off Excel which was opened not long before.
“Are you back?" Zayn looked at Bethany with a surprised expression, but he still didn't have any emotions on his face and asked, "How are you doing?”
"Thank you, Mr. Meyer, for your concern. I'm fine now." Bethany smiled.
"That's fine then." Zayn opened
his mouth. Several times, he wanted to ask Bethany where she had been. But words were just stuck in this voice box.
"Do you have time at noon? I want to invite you to have lunch together. The last time you saved me, I haven't thanked you for helping me." Zayn said with a smile.
Bethany was stunned!
However, she quickly recollected things and instantly made up her mind.
"Okay." Bethany thought for a moment and agreed with a calm expression. Only she knew that she was calm on the surface. She was already nervous secretly.
After Bethany agreed, She came out of Zayn's office. She started to work carefully, while zayn was a little restless. He regretted that he seemed to be wearing too casual today. He wanted to go back and change clothes, but he did not want to be noticed.
Afraid of others' gossip, they left after the employees in the company went to the cafeteria. She called Zayn, and they set off together.
When they arrived at the restaurant, the waiter took them to a place to sit down. When it was time to order, Bethany generously handed the menu over to Zayn and said, "Mr. Meyer, you can order whatever you like to eat. Today is my treat."
Zayn did not refuse and took the menu over. It did not take too long before he had ordered five dishes, two dishes of vegetables and two dished of meat, one soup.
Bethany was surprised at Zayn's order. They were all her favorite dishes!
It was her favorite meal when she was still Giselle.
When she was recuperating, Mr. Meyer cooked food for her almost every day. Unexpectedly, the food Zayn ordered today was her favorite too.
Could it be? How could Zayn know what she liked?
