HECTOR POV

I want to burn my teeth on his neck and taste his blood. I want to cut his limbs and pull his head away from his body. Lucas' wolf was strong but I know I can take him down.

My blood boiled as I saw earlier how he tried to mark my mate. No one can mark my mate except me. I will kill this crazy bastard, I will rip out his throat.

I will let my brothers take care of this crazy alpha as I turned to see Luna on one side. He was sitting on the ground as she trembled in fear. I pity her, she looks devastated and scared.

I shift back to my human form to go to her. I hugged her so tight. I am happy to see her alive. I don't know what to do if something bad happens to her.

"It's alright Luna, I'm here for you. Don't be afraid." I tried to calm her. Her body is shaking as tears fell from her eyes.

"Hector, I want to stay away from here, please help me," she pleaded.

My heart broke into pieces as I heard her utter those words.

"Come and ride on my back Luna, let's escape from here," I told her.

I shift to my wolf form. Luna made herself comfortable at my back as I ran away from the crowd.

I ran through the woods, as far as we could. If only I can take her away from all of these, and let her forget all the bad memories, I would. I love her if she only knew.

We are far away from Lucas' land. We stopped by a big tree to rest.
