Chapter 55

HECTOR POV

"I'm coming for you, Luna," I told myself.

 I still can't believe I was able to kill my friend, Francis. I tasted his blood in my mouth the moment my sharp teeth sank into his neck. He betrayed me. I treated him as my brother. I never thought that he and Lucas were half-brothers. Lucas, that alpha will surely die next. Now, that I know his location, time to save my mate. I will rip his soul.

Last night, I and my men together with Stefan was able to finalize the plan. Lucas believed that it was his brother who was coming to his place today. My wolves were prepared and the cars too. The black BMW owned by Francis will be the lead. We placed his dead body inside. It will be the biggest surprise for the Madfur pack alpha today. I am excited to see his expression. He will surely freak out seeing his brother's dead body inside the car.

I remember my mate. I can't wait to see her and to hug her. I've been worried about her, knowing she was in Lucas' house. My jaw clenched. I want to get this done.

We rode the cars to pretend that it was Francis' men going to Lucas' land. We drove the car for more than thirty minutes. It was a secluded land. And it's not easy to come in, especially since the land was surrounded by electrical barb wires. The security didn't dare to ask anymore since it was Francis' car leading the way.

The land was so huge. There were lots of trees and some plantations too. No wonder Lucas was a filthy rich man.

From the car view, my eyes can see the mansion. My heart beats so fast, I know my mate was there inside.

In front of the house, I saw Lucas standing. He is with his men and other wolves. This will be a war. Anyway, my men were all prepared to attack. We just need to wait for the go signal. My cousin Ryan gave us all a special kind of perfume to mask our scents. In this case, the enemies would not know that it was us coming.

I can see the happiness on Lucas' face. I want to scratch his face and pull out his eyes. I hate him so much.

Lucas went inside the car and this is the time attack.

The moment he went inside, we immediately went out of the car and all my men shift into their wolf forms.

The enemies were surprised to see us and shift to their wolf forms too. Loud sounds of growls and howling spread in the air as my wolves fought and attacked the enemy. They didn't expect this to happen.

From the BMW car, Lucas' wolf burst from the window, and the glass shattered into pieces. I shift to my wolf form and I felt the urge to kill him now.

His wolf stared at me and I can see his red eyes flaming with anger. I felt triumph to see his wolf in agony. Now, he knows the pain of losing a family.

"You, you killed my brother?" his wolf yelled.

I growl at his wolf.

"Yes, he deserves to die. Don't worry Lucas, you will die next." I told him as I leaped on-air aiming for him.

He didn't avoid my attack instead he welcomes me with his attack too. We pounced each other as our claws tried to hurt and penetrate one another.

He was determined to kill me and so do I.

He lunged at me and pounced on me hardly causing my vision to blur and I saw stars. I immediately went back to my feet and jumped against him. I tried to penetrate my teeth into his neck but he was too strong. He is stronger than before. I think he was using Luna's blood that is why he is this strong. I remember my mate. I need to see her.

"Where is my mate, Lucas?"

"Don't worry alpha, she is in good hands. I made sure of that. I've enjoyed licking her body the days she was here," he said.

I felt a stabbing pain in my chest. I lose control and anger rose within me causing me to attack him back. I was losing focus after what he said. I don't want him touching my mate. I need to kill this bastard in front of me.

I felt his weight above me as he tightened his grip on my neck. I pushed him away with all my force. His wolf was teasing me.

"Maybe she’s enjoying staying in my bed than in your bed Hector," he spoke.

This man is really getting on my nerves.

"I will assure you, you can never touch her again," I replied.

"I will also assure you that you can never see her again. She is mine now Hector. She is mine forever," she declared.

My wolf sprang forward again, this time I was able to catch him. I tried to rip his skin but he was able to resist and hold back.

"Back off Hector, I am more powerful than you," he said.

I was about to attack him again when I saw an attendant coming in our direction. She was panting.

"Alpha, the lady, and the prisoner was gone. They escaped!" the woman said.

I saw Lucas' expression change. He turned to look at me and sprinted away from the fighting scene.

I hurriedly followed him. It must be Luna. I need to save her. Lucas' wolf was very fast, I am having a hard time following him. I went deeper into the woods away from the mansion. The leaves and the trunks slapped my face but I don't care. I need to find Luna before Lucas will find her.

I was in the middle of the woods. I stopped to smell Luna's scent. And I was able to determine her scent. She was near and I felt the urge to see and hug her.

My wolf ran to follow her scent. Her scent was getting stronger. I can also sense that Lucas was also following her.

Luna was with another person. It was the same scent of the person who took her away from my mansion.

I reached a clearing area in the woods. Finally, I saw Luna. She was surprised to see me.

"Hector!" she called for my name.

"Hector you are alive!"

My heart races with joy seeing my mate. She was with a girl. I recognized her, it was her best friend, Elli.

I was about to go to her when Lucas arrived. His wolf aimed for me and we both fell to the ground. Lucas was able to bite my shoulder and it hurts so badly.

My claws found his face and I was able to imprint a wound on his face. I pushed his wolf and he rolled on the ground opposite where I am standing.

I turned to look at Luna. She was so scared. My wolf talked to her, this will be the first time that my wolf will establish a connection with her.

"Run away Luna, save your life," she nodded as tears ran down her face. She needs to stay away while I take care of Lucas.

"I love you, Hector," she said as they both disappeared.
