Diana Pov

I had a totally confused look as the students were all on stage including Anthonia and her friends.

"You all might want to sit tight and enjoy. Firstly, I would like the first boy and the janitor to step out." Principal Mary ordered and they did.

I was surprised to see that the janitor was present today.
What is going on?

"You might want to start talking." Principal Mary said and everyone began to anticipate.

"Few days until Valentine's prom. Miss Anthonia approached me and asked me to help her with a plan. She wanted me to lead Diana to that class building where she would be locked up with a boy. But then, I played my own part by delivering the message and locking up the door after I had seen a boy go into the janitor closet. I never knew it was Ryan as the plan was to lure Diana into that place." The boy concluded and I was stunned to the core.

"The used protection found there that day wasn't left there accidentally. Anthonia made me place it there purposely and paid me off handsomely knowing I would loose my job at the end after giving a false testimony." The janitor revealed and murmurs aroused.

I gulped heavily as three boys and a girl stepped forward and one of them being a boy spoke up.

"On Saturday, Anthonia called us and asked us to fix something. I'm Diana's locker. We didn't know what the content was but still found a way to fix it due to how large the money was. We never knew it was a stolen script." The boy revealed and everyone seemed shocked to say anything.

"Anthonia had ordered us that day to throw Diana during practice in a way that she would fall horribly. We are so sorry." A cheerful girl revealed and my eyes had already grown wet.

Anthonia Pov

No!
No! This can't be happening!

"Anthonia had done so much evil against Diana and I found out just yesterday,even before she had come to my office to force me into expelling Diana.

Majority of these plans were developed by Anthonia roomies and friends while they also helped in bribing the jury." Principal Mary added and all I felt was anger... great anger!

"Here is your expulsion letter." Principal Mary said and I looked up in shock to see her giving me a white envelope.

I stared at her dumbly taking the letter as a hot tear escaped my eye.

Diana Pov

Anthonia's friends got expelled,the teachers in the jury were fired and the students that were used by Anthonia were asked not to return back to the school after the examination which stated automatic expulsion.

Principal Mary or let me say..my godmother gave me a soft smile before leaving the hall.

My friends came to me as they rejoiced happily and thanked Ryan for defending me earlier.

Ryan Pov

I barged into Anthonia's room to meet a sad atmosphere that didn't matter to me.

Anthonia rushed to where I stood and tried hugging me but I pushed her off angrily.

"You need to understand why I did what I did, please." She began and I scoffed.

"I never knew you were this evil. I was ready to give you my all but you only kept doing bad things. What did Diana do to ever deserve your hatred.?" I rasped.

"She was alover you Ryan! You were too close and you have no idea how insecure I felt! You have no idea how it hurt to watch you hang out with Diana everyday. Am a girl for crying out loud!" Anthonia retorted and I chuckled darkly.

"It's over between us Anthonia Conor, OVER!" I drawled and made an angry exit.

Anthonia Pov

"NO!" I cried, slumping to the ground in tears.

I have lost it all, everything!
I have lost everything!

Maybe if I had ignored the advice and words of Lesley and Paige everything would still be normal.

Diana Pov

It's been three weeks into the holiday and a month since my fatal fall.

My parents were not happy knowing am in such a state but I assured them that I was totally fine.

My parents knew my godmother was my principal all along and never told me but that did not matter

I am finally about to enter Grade 12!
My final year in high school!

Presently, am home alone watching a movie.

My family had gone to the beach as I opted to stay back cause of my leg.

Hopefully, I would be done with my walking support before resumption.

My phone rang out beside me and I picked it up to see a strange number.

I accepted the call taking it to my ear.

"Hello?" I spoke up.

"Diana." I heard the voice I have been longing to hear.

"Ryan?"

He chuckled softly.

"How are you?" He asked and I didn't let my smile fade.

"Am good. Very." I replied.
"That's nice." He said.

"Yeah." A brief silence lingered.

"I miss you." Ryan stated and my cheeks heated up badly as I bit my lower lip.

"Me too." I replied with a silly giggle.

"I wish we could hang out together." Ryan groaned and I smiled.

"Same here but you are so far away." I whinned and he chuckled.

"Am only one call away Cherry." He cooed and I furrowed my brows.

"What do you mean?" I asked and be chuckled.

"What I mean is,only one call or word or statement from you and I will fly over to Mexico." Ryan explained and I gasped.

"Yes Cherry. So tell me, do you want me to come over?" I asked as my heart raced.

"Yes." I replied almost screaming from excitement and he chuckled.

"Ok. I would arrive in two days so be expectant Cherry." Ryan notified and it felt like a dream to me.

"Okay.." I only muttered
"Talk to you later." He said

"Bye." He baded and I bit my lower lip.

I could barely contain my excitement and during dinner,Mum was the first to notice it.

"What's going on D. You seem too happy." She stated and I smiled.

"Am fine Mum. It's no big deal." I assured and Silvia scoffed.

"As if." She mumbled to our hearing and I gasped as Mum and Dad laughed.

"Ok fine. I'll spill it." I finally said and they all kept quite eager to hear it.

"So um... Ryan would be coming to Mexico to see me." I was notified and my cheeks burned badly.

"O MY!" Mum shrieked.

"Is he your boyfriend now? Cause I hope so. I don't like that Dave." Silvia sneered and I bit my lower lip.

Dad reached for my hand as I looked up at him to see an assuring smile on his face and I nodded.

"When would he arrive?" Mum asked.

"Um... Friday." I replied.

"That's in two days. We have alot to prepare. Teh heir of the Kai empire would be our guest soon and we will have to be great hosts." Dad said and I smiled.

Before I retired to bed, I opted to refill my jug so I picked it up,held it with my left hand and headed out still using a crutch to support my right leg.

I had stopped using one days ago as I noticed improvements in my leg.

As I alighted the stairs, I met Mum and Dad making calls, ordering for many things.

I shook my head and made my way to the kitchen.

I dropped my phone after ending the call.

By tomorrow, my private jet will be ready for my flight.

I watched as two maids packed up my needed accessories for the trip.

A low key smile played on my lips.
So far, I have planned alot for my journey and I would be there till resumption.

I feel so excited about it.
Surely, I would experience the joy of a complete family soon.

As j alighted the stairs,a maid bowed at the foot of the stairs.

"Good morning young Master. You sent for me." She stated and I nodded.

"I will be needing your company. I need to visit the mall. Go tell the drivers to warm up the cars." I ordered and walked away towards the dining room.

Diana Pov

The guest room opposite mine had been transformed already by my parents.

The plain wallpaper was changed to royal and few touches of red.

The bedding was pure white,the room couch dressing was changed to royal blue same with the dresser and the curtains.

The air conditioning in the room was fixed and the air refresher was of strawberry mixed with vanilla.

The room turned out great and I was amused at how my parents were excited about his arrival.

We haven't spoke since he last called so I opted for the thought that he might be busy.

Mum and Silvia had gone to the grocery store with a long list I had helped Mum in writing.

She planned on filling up our two refrigerator, deep freezer, cabinets and storeroom all cause of Ryan.

As for Dad, he is outside supervising the trimming of the flowers around and the mowing of our small grassy field where we relax.

I relaxed in my room chatting with the girls filling them up on the event.
They were happy and wished they could come over to Mexico but cannot.

My birthday is in two weeks and he girls promised to get me a massive gift.

Well...I am anticipating it.

Anthonia Pov

"... you will definitely love this yellow dress ma'am." The attendant in the clothing store I was in at the mall said to me but something else gripped my full attention.

Ryan was passing by with a maid and his guards as usual having his most perfect look.

I felt a sharp pain in my heart l have lost him for good.

Maybe if I had quit attacking Diana I would still be by his side happily.

I would still have been the only girl he would ever grow to love.

I would have been the only girl he would get intimate with and we would eventually get married.

But as it is there is no hope.Everyday I live to regret my actions.
If I could turn back the hand of time I would set things right.

Ryan obviously loves Diana so much and it is also obvious with her.

I just hope they would eventually become happy together.

All my zeal for shopping vanished as I opted to head back home and cool my aching head.

Diana Pov

The sweet savoring aroma that filled the entire house was mind blowing.

Mum kept the kitchen totally out of bound and left l dad and Silvia to salivate in great hunger.


At barely 10am my phone rang and i saw an unknown number.

A typical Mexican number

"Hello"I said after taking the call.

"Diana " Ryan called and I gasped as Dad and Silvia faced me.

"You have arrived?" I asked.

"Yeah and am at the airport " He replied

"Okay!. My Dad is on his way "I notified.

"Okay".

The call ended and I faced my father.

"He is here."I told him.

"Great! I will go pick him up"Dad said standing up.

" I will go with you Daddy"Silvia started standing up and they both made an exit.

I went into the kitchen to notify Mum about Ryan arriving in Mexico and she shrieked happily.

I chuckled, shaking my head and went up to my room to change into something filting and beautiful.

An hour had passed when I heard numerous cars drive into the premises.

I exited my room and was approaching the stairs when Silvia ran to me.

"Diana! He is here! He is here! He came with three cars and so many men!"She yelled excitedly and I smiled.

She ran off alighting the stairs as I carefully went down the stairs to meet dad talking to a young guy all dressed up in white...his back against me.

As If he sensed me he slowly turned and my breath hitched.

Ryan!
He really is standing before me!

He smiled out dimples and walked over to me encasing me in a longing hug as I responded with my free hand.

"You came"I sighed out and he chuckled breaking the hug as he caressed my face.

"I told you I would and am here now." He replied grinning as my heart thumped rapidly due to joy.

After Mum's passionate welcome to Ryan, we finally headed for the dinning table to see it full of delicacies.

Mum opted to serve us all and Silvia said a short prayer and we waited for Ryan to have a taste first and he let out a moan as I smiled.

"How is it?" Mum asked.

"Delicious and tasty as it looks." Ryan complimented and I saw Mum's cheeks turn red!

Hahaha...

We all had breakfast as my parents kept asking Ryan questions while Silvia kept raising silly brows at me.

I knocked on the door to Ryan's new room and he opened it then beamed on seeing me.

"Finally! I thought you wouldn't come see me." He said and pulled me into the room carefully before shutting the door.

He faced me and hugged me tightly.

"I missed you alot Cherry." He groaned pulling off.

We both held gazes and he cleared his throat before leading me to the bed and we sat down.

"I really love this room." Ryan complimented glancing around as I smiled.

"All thanks to my parents. I can't believe how excited my parents were upon hearing that you would be visiting." I said and he chuckled, wrapping his arms around my waist.

"I look forward to an enjoyable holiday here." Ryan notified me as I smiled.

"Of course, Peach." I grinned at him as we both laughed softly.

Ryan Pov

I walked into the house and met Mrs Smith fixing the couch and sofas in the living room.

"Can I help you with that Ma'am?" I asked picking a throw pillow and fixed it well.

"Oh dear." She chuckled.

"You really didn't have to. This is my only chance to work outside the kitchen now Diana is not so healthy." She said and I smiled.

"I will still help." I replied and she chuckled.

"No need . Just help me go inform Diana that breakfast is ready, and Silvia too." Mrs Smith requested.

"Ok." I nodded and headed for the stairs.

"And Ryan.." she called and I turned to look at her.

"You can call me Mum." She said smiling and a wide smile spread across my lips and I found myself hurrying to hug her.

I met Silvia brushing her shoulder length hair happily when I informed her about breakfast being ready.

"Careful with Diana. She is one mad sleep lover." She joked and I chuckled heading out.

Her room was right next to Diana's room.

One week with this awesome family so far has been the best thing that has happened to me.

It all feels like my family during my first eight years on earth.

Mum, Dad, Ruby and I were just like Diana and her family.

Not until my parents became so busy depriving Ruby and I their love.

Nevertheless, I will continue to enjoy the love and peace here in this family.

I knocked on Diana's door softly but got no response.
I slowly opened the door and walked in closing the door behind me.

Surprisingly, Diana was still very much asleep.

"Diana." I called heading to her bed but got no reply.

I took off my slippers and climbed atop the bed,

She was lying face up.

I smiled and moved loose hair off her cute face.

"Diana.." I called caressing her soft face and she groaned adjusting on the bed with her back against me.

I smiled amused and wrapped an arm around her waist drawing her close and nibbled on her eSmithbe as she groaned.

"Wake up Cherry." I whispered.

"Ugh! Leave me be! I want to sleep some more." She whined sleepily and I chuckled softly them kissed her hot neck as she moaned.

"Ryan.. stop. I want to sleep." She whined like a baby.

"No you can't Cherry. Breakfast is ready." I notified.

"Ok fine. Just let me sleep for an extra hour." She groaned and I laughed while she only scoffed.

"Breakfast would be cold then." I said.

"Ok. Ten minutes." She whined and I shook my head amused.

"Okay..".
"Just ten minutes and no more." I consented and she turned slowly to face me and placed an arm around me.

"Let me sleep this way." She muttered followed by total silence.

I took my time to watch her sleep beautifully.

Mrs Smith Pov

Ryan and Diana didn't come down for breakfast even after I had set the table so I opted to go check up on them while Silvia ate her meal.

Upon arriving Diana's room door, I knocked softly but got no reply so I opened it peeping in to see Ryan and Diana sleeping closely.

I beamed crazily and cheered silently before closing the door quietly and headed for the stairs.

Yes!
