Anthonia POV

The bathroom door opened and I glanced on instinct to see Aditi stepping out claded in a bathrobe and I rolled my eyeballs.

Not like as if he is sexy when damp and fresh out of the shower.

I got off the bed already free of my heavy jewelries and walked directly into the bathroom shutting the door firmly behind me then exhaled.

Jeez...!

I turned to look at the bathroom and whoa!!.

My mouth was left hanging.
I was in a small room that had a huge shelf on the right side of the wall.

The handles were made of gold and the shelf had two parts.
Left for the male and right for the female.

The bathroom was way too beautiful and I was awed just looking around.

The space.. white tiles... everything screamed filthy rich!

The Singh's must be one massively rich people to have golden handles in their house.

I had a loooong bath!
Under the shower.. not in the tub.
Not yet!

Luckily, I had come into the bathroom with my nightdress which was red in colour.

It's long, loose and had short puffy sleeves.

I exited the bathroom feeling fresh and great only to find Aditi already sleeping on the bed.

What!?... Why!?

I let out a low scoff.
I seriously can't sleep on the floor neither can I sleep on the couch.

I walked to the bed and reached for two big pillows out of the four pillows on the bed and four small pillows.

I placed the two pillows in my hands on the spot between I and Aditi who slept while holding a small pillow.

Satisfied, I laid down to sleep turning my back against him.


Writer POV

Aditi opened his eyes after she had laid down.

He let out a scoff then reached out moving the pillows back to the original position it was and laid back to sleep.

Anthonianoticed it and let out a grunt sitting up as she glared at Aditi's face then used the pillows to separate them again then she laid back to sleep but watched him in case he made any move again.

His eyes suddenly opened peering into hers as he tried to move the pillows at the same time with her when his hand touched hers and she froze immediately.

Anthonia POV

I was still and frozen... I couldn't move.

He... He touched me.
We both held gazes for as long as we could until he slowly withdrew his hand off mine and exhaled turning his back against me.

I laid back facing up as I palmed my face.

Gee Anthonia!...

Nathasha POV

"Why are you so worked up Nathasha? You are also the reason why she was married off" Mother said and I grunted.

" You should have first known how the groom looks like! Did you see that? We got Anthoniamarried off to a family who adores her so much and her husband is totally a demi-god! "I sighed.

" Calm down Nathasha.." .
" You can find more guys like him." Mum cooed.

" You don't understand Mum! "I snapped storming off to my room.

Anthonia POV

I yawned tiredly getting off my bed as I itched my hair heading for the door.

I feel so tired.
I alighted the stairs heading for nowhere in particular.



Janvi POV

We all looked up from our plates to see Anthoniastaggering towards us.

"O my gosh!" I exclaimed getting off my seat as I scurried to her.

"Anthonia.. you are up?" I said and she nodded then yawned giving her a pretty cute look.

I glanced at Aditi to see a stunned look on his face while Karan and Vicky teased him.

Anthonialooked so unkept as her hair was a huge mess.

It was stucked to her face and mouth.

"Why are you all staring at me?"Anthoniaslurred and there were laughters.

Gosh!..
Aditi was definitely stunned.

I led Anthoniato where a mirror was....a small mirror then lifted it so she could see her face and next thing...

"Aaaah!" She shrieked and I was forced to laugh as the entire family also couldn't hold it in including Aditi.

He laughed... softly.

"Com'on now Anthonia. Let's get you refreshed"I urged as we both headed for the stairs.

Sana POV [Aditi's Mum]

I chuckled shaking my head as they left.

"You have got a drama queen for a wife bruh..." Karan teased Aditi as they laughed really hard.

"Quit it already and finish up your meal. We will leave soon" Aditi said icily and I only smiled.

Anthonia POV

I admired my reflection deeply.
I was clothed in a yellow saree which had a really expensive look.

My hair was let loose and my wedding chain was around my neck.

Janvi opened a black jewelry box revealing two big bangles, gold and captivating with shinny stones.

"This bangles belongs to Mother and now it's yours..." Janvi said taking them out and fixing them into my wrists as my lips remained apart in surprise as I stared at the bangles.

"Suits you perfectly! Com'on...am sure you are hungry" Janvi urged heading for the door as I took one last look at my reflection then headed out.


Writer POV

"...we will be going now Deven" Aditi said glancing through his phone.

Just then, they all noticed Anthoniaand Janvi alighting the stairs.

Aditi looked up from his phone as his gaze locked with that of Anthoniawho slowly alighted the stairs.

"Let's go..." Aditi said icily and headed out.

"Bye Anthonia!" Karan and Vicky waved and hurried out to meet Aditi.

Anthonia POV

I rolled my eyeballs.
All he did was to stare.

Hold on...why does it even matter?.

"Oh my dear!.." My Mother In-law exclaimed and cupped my face wearing a bright smile.

"Deven...am I not lucky?" She sighed and the Deven guy smiled nodding.

"Totally Aunt. Most especially Aditi... He is lucky" He replied and winked at me as a tiny smile crept up my lips.

"Oh Sana... She is not only your daughter in-law okay..." A pretty lady chuckled walking to us.

"Don't stress yourself my dear. You will fully be educated on everyone and everything. Right Janvi?" Mum In-law chuckled.

"Yes Mum.."She replied.
"Com'on now, am certain you are hungry.." Mum In-law cooed taking my hand as we headed for the dinning area.

I finally got to know the second lady... Aunt Shyla is Deven's Mother and another lady... Aunt Indu... the junior wife of the mansion, and has two daughters... Jaya and Lara.

Luckily, everyone here seem so nice to me making it feel like home tho, I still miss Mother... alot.

"My dear, don't forget you will have to prepare dinner today" Mum In-law said softly to my awe.

"Huh?" I scoffed as she nodded.

"Mother In-law.... I um.... I really dunno how to...cook..." I stuttered and she pulled on a stunned face then smiled then took my hands in hers.

"It is a tradition for a new daughter in-law in every family to prepare her first breakfast for the household but you missed it and now you have to prepare dinner. Don't worry Anthonia... Janvi knows a little bit of the kitchen so she will help you" Mum In-law assured and I bit my lower lip then nodded slowly.

Her phone rang and she released my hand.

"I need to take that call" She said standing up and I nodded also standing up and exited the room.

We were both in her room at that time.
I arrived the hallway and headed for my room.

I stepped in and closed the door behind me and inhaled the sweet smell all over the room.

Wow...
I had enough time to look around.

The room is so wide and neatly arranged.

I headed for the mirrored wardrobe and carefully opened it and a 'wow' escaped my lips.

Lots of suit's and other outfits,then below them were my supposedly neatly folded sarees tho, they were still in their packs.

I opened a long drawer attached to the wardrobe and I saw numerous jewelry boxes of red and black.

I took out one and opened it revealing a pretty gold emerald neckwear.

I kept it back and carried on looking at the rest.
They all seem alot more expensive than the one I had back at home.

Other parts of the drawers had files and ornaments meant for men...my supposed husband.

I exhaled closing up the wardrobe and headed to sit on the comfy bed.

I was lying on the bed when I heard a knock on the door.

"Anthonia! It's time to cook!"I heard Janvi call out as I sat up.

Oh!
I glanced at the room golden clock as it was past 4pm.

I exhaled getting off the bed and headed for the door.

I opened it and met Janvi who had a bright eager look.

"Hey!"I waved closing the door behind me.

"Were you asleep?" She asked.
"No. I was only lazing"I sighed.

"Ok then. Time to cook!" She announced and I only nodded.
