Anthonia POV

I exited the bathroom in a robe after showering .

I didn't get to see Aditi....
Don't even care...

I noticed something on the bed next to my uniforms.

It was a shiny glittery pink small bag and portable.

I picked it up as I admired it.
It had diamond stones on it and was brand-new.

OMG!
Who bought this??...

I was brimful of smiles as I happily got dressed for school.

My black high-waist skirt and white long sleeve shirt suited me well.
My sleeveless jacket and black tie made a spice.
My black socks and flats completed my dresscode.

I still had my wedding necklace on and a hidden vermilion mark.

After much ado, I made an exit.

Three flashy jeeps all of black colour with cool wheels were waiting for me.

I had the total of six guards to myself.
One of them who seems to be the head guard open the door of the second Jeep for me with a bow and l got into the jeep and the door closed.

Oh boy!

The car smelled new and the seats are super comfy.

No sooner, the cool smooth ride to school began..

My school... how I've missed you so much!.

As the Jeeps rolled into the premises, I noticed students gwap at it while some watched from their class windows.

From the heavily tinted window I could see students talking.
I exhaled deeply.

"Open up" I ordered and the escorts alight at the jeep and I could hear sudden gasps and murmurs.

Kaya POV

"Kaeya!! Kaeya!!" I heard someone call my name and I looked up from my notepad to see a student.

"what is it?" I asked.

"It's...it's Anthonia" she announced and I sprang up on my feet.

"Anthonia?"

" Yes... she's here and with escorts" she added and I hurried past her.

Anthonia POV

" Anthonia!"
I looked up to see Kaeya running to me and we both hugged tightly.

"Ohmy goodness Anthonia! Thought you'd never come back" she said and I chuckled as we broke the hug.

"Now I'm here here. I'm pretty sure I've missed out a lot. We've got lots of gisting to do." I said with a wink I took my backpack from inside jeep and headed for the block with Kaeya as talks about me lingered, especially about my entry back-to-school.

I used only a strap to hold my backpack as I and Kaeya headed out of the classroom.

"You're so lucky girl. I mean does shinny jeeps are so attractive. I'm certain it's worth millions. Tell me, who got them for you?."She asked wriggling her brows as I stared at her in awe.

"Tell me already." She whined as I sighed.

" Well... Aditi.him...he wouldn't let me start schooling without having escorts." I replied and she gasped then stopped walking as I did the same and she faced me wearing a stunned look.

"Aditi got those jeeps for you?" She asked amazed and I only shrugged and continued walking.

" That's romantic!" She cooed.

I alighted the jeep and headed for the mansion.
Luckily, Aditi wasn't back yet.
At least, I can have the room to myself for a little while.

The entire house was totally silent.
Am certain the Mothers are in the kitchen.

I opted to go up to the room instead of the kitchen so I could freshen up and get relaxed.

I closed the door and tossed my bag on the dressing table stool then took off my jacket and long sleeve revealing my black singlet and my neck having the wedding chain.

I brushed my hair back with my fingers revealing the hidden vermilion and a slight smile crept up my lips then I frowned.

Why was I smiling?
I huffed taking off my remaining ornaments and skirt before heading into the bathroom for a nice long bath.

Deven POV

I walked into the office to see Aditi by the window probably lost in thoughts and.... smoking.

"Cousin...." I called and he glanced at me over his shoulder then sighed.

"What happened Aditi?" I asked glancing through the files on his desk.

"Never mind Deven. We should get going." He replied tossing the cigarette stick in an ash tray and headed to get his things.

Now... I find him really strange.......

Anthonia POV

Am certain I had spent a long time in the bathroom.
The water felt so good.

I towel dried my body then tied a large towel around my body before stepping out of the bathroom only to get a shocker.

Whada!!?

I held unto my towel real tight as Aditi's gaze bored mine.

O my!
How come I wasn't aware of his arrival?

His gaze travelled down to my legs.
Jeez!
I felt so exposed before him....

"What the h*ll! Stop staring!" I snapped and he scoffed staring at my face then began to draw close.

"You are my wife Anthonia. I have every right to stare." He said to my surprise and I hurried back into the bathroom shutting the door as I breathed out in relief.

Goodness!

After I was certain he had left the room, I hurried out and changed into a saree before leaving the room.

All throughout dinner, I tried my possible best to avoid Aditi.

"How was school Anthonia?" Mr. Aniket asked.

"Smooth uncle. Although I have missed out a lot in notes." I replied.

"Don't bother about it Anthonia. I'll help you." Jaya offered and I chuckled.

"You don't have to worry. I'll manage." I assured and carried on with eating after sparing Aditi a short glance.

7am

Anthonia POV

As I picked up my bag pack, my phone buzzed.

Huh?

I checked the screen to see it was Krish's husband calling.

"Hello..." I said after taking the call.
"Anthonia.." His happy voice rang out and I furrowed my brows.

"What happened Pradeep? Did you win a lottery?" I asked sarcastically and he chuckled.

"No Anthonia....way more than that..." He said.

"Tell me huh?...what happened?" I asked.
"Anthonia... we just confirmed Krish's sickness to be a sign that she's pregnant! The results came in this morning." He announced.

"Aaaah!" I screamed happily and palmed my mouth.

"O my! O my! O my!" I exclaimed.
"This is great news Pradeep. Congratulations!" I said joyfully.

"Thank you so much Anthonia." He appreciated.
"Tell my sister I'll come see her soon..." I said.

"I will. Have a nice day..."
The call ended and I happily headed out.
Am super excited today!

Yesss! I'll be an Aunt soon!

I wasn't able to stay for breakfast as I was kinda running late already.
I can imagine how Father and Mother would be happy to hear this news..

Am pretty sure step -mum would be speechless.

Nathasha POV

Once again, Anthonia's arrival at school got the attention of almost everyone.

Aargh!
I ought to be in that position,not her!

News came in that Krishi is pregnant and father was highly elated and kept on showering love on step -mum during breakfast.

This really poses as a huge threat to Mother's position.

Sriti can't get all the love.... never!
