I walked into the dinning hall with my friends then headed for the stairs that would take us to the upper floor while the giggles of girls filled my ears, especially at how they talked about me, Nathan or Carl... most especially me...

Urgh!

As we arrived the upper floor, it grew worse.

Even my seniors began to throw seductive glances at me.

Once, our head girl and assistant school president offered herself to me twice, during the last school prom and at the library where I do read every night.

Mehn... It was a crazy experience.

I kept glancing at the faces of every girl at the second, third and fourth table if I could see her .. Diana Smith.

My gaze finally fell on her at the second table as she talked and laughed with her friends.

The peach colored tee-shirtshirt she wore made her look really pretty and I chuckled remembering she had nicknamed me peach.

I finally had my seat and kept watching her, tho in a way no one would notice.

"Ryan.. it's time to order" I heard Nathan say.

"Oh! Okay" I took one last long look at her and got off my seat.

Diana Pov

I just rounded up physics class and now heading for Biology class.

I am really getting a hang of this class stuff now.

Abigail didn't share physics class with me and the same for Biology as she has drivers class to attend at that time.

After getting my desired book, I headed for the elevator when I heard someone call my name.

I turned to see Anthonia.
Oh!

"Diana.." She called again with a grin and I scoffed innerly.

" Still thinking? "She asked sounding so sweet.

"No." I replied firmly.
"Am in" I added and she smiled widely.

"That's great! Audition by Wednesday after the last class" She notified and walked off.

" So.. you will be in her team soon? "Abigail asked as we exited the building.

We had just concluded our last class before recess.

"Yeah" I replied.
As we walked on, I sighted Ryan leaning on a tree looking so breathtaking.

"I guess your tour guide awaits. Bye" Abigail waved and walked off.

Ryan looked up to see me approaching him and he pulled on a pretty sweet smile.

"Hey cherry" He teased and I rolled my eyeballs stepping under the tree.

"You won't quit huh?" I asked and he shook his head negatively.

" Nahh.. I enjoy doing that to you" He replied staring into my soul with those beautiful ash-brown eyes of his.

"So.. um.." I began.

"You look pretty" Ryan interrupted and pulled on a face like he had said it without knowing how.

"Sorry. Wrong choice of words" He apologized and I smiled.

"It's really nothing. I would love a tour now" I replied and he grinned.

" Where would you love to see first?" Ryan asked and I shrugged.

" Ion know. Am new here"I acted and he arched a brow.

" Your roomies didn't show you around?" He asked stunned.

" Why are you my tour guide? "I replied with a question.

"Oh! I get it now. You are really something cherry" He said and I rolled my eyeballs.

" Peach"I muttered and walked off.
"Hey! Hold on cherry!" He called after me.

Paige Pov

I smrinked crazily.
Wow!

So that Diana of a girl is this close to Ryan huh?.

It would be super interesting to deliver this news to Anthonia before that girl succeed in taking I and Lesley bestie away from us.


Ryan Pov

I watched Diana as she admired the two thousand sitting capacity school auditorium with great awe while we walked around.

I really longed to start up a conversation with her already.

I seriously don't know what is going on in my head but it's really exciting.

"Were you a boarder?" I found myself asking and she arched her head, swaying her heavy rich hair to look at me with those wonderful eyes.

"Nahh.." She replied and looked away.

"Oh! What school?" I asked.
"Graham Prep" She replied and I furrowed my brows.

".. in Mexico"She added.

" Wow.! You are a Mexican?" I asked surprised.

" Uh-huh"She only mumbled and turned to face me.

"Why asking?" Diana quried.

"Nothing. Just felt like asking" I replied.

"Aren't you hungry? "I asked.

" Thinking about it, I am buh recess is already far too spent" She replied.

" I could get us some snacks in a short while" I offered and she arched her brows.

I think am being too forward..

"Never mind. I will manage" She politely turned down.

"What do you have after recess? "I asked.

"Maths" She replied gleefully then suddenly gasped.

"What?" I asked.

"My goodness! I forgot about my assignment. I didn't attempt it"She replied.

" Whoa! "I exclaimed.
Why is she freaking out?

"See you tomorrow" She said and ran past me as I watched her exit the building and smiled.

After leaving Ryan that day, I had successfully attempted my assignment and also got into the cheer club successfully the next day.
I finally got into the club of my dream.

Ryan and I had gotten super close offlate as it has been a week since my tour began.

Right now, I just rounded up my cheer practice today being Saturday.

I picked up my small duffel bag, heading for the bathroom.

"Diana!" I turned as Anthonia walked up to me.

"Nice moves" She complimented and I smiled.

"Thanks" I replied.

"If you keep up with this and stick to my good side, we might end up being close friends cause I like you already. Take care. "She said touching my hair and turned to see her besties approaching her.

Oh wow!

I shook my head and continued my walk to the bathroom.

On my way to the dorm, I passed the mini basketball court and saw Ryan with few guys playing a game while girls hanged around drooling.

I can't believe I would be cheering up this peach in the upcoming basketball game between his team and that of another team from the higher grade.

I paused for a while watching Ryan bounce the ball around dribbling his fellow team mates.

Practice.. remember?

My stomach growled reminding me about the fact that I skipped breakfast today.

I took one last long look at Ryan and walked off heading for the snack building.
Some sausage rolls would do me greater good right now.

I finally arrived the dorm after eating to my fill.

Upon my arrival, I met Denise and Delia talking about boys.

"Look who's back!" Denise said.
"The newest cheergirl.. woohoo!"Delia hyped and I rolled my eyeballs with a soft chuckle letting my bag drop as I flopped heavily on the bed.

"How was it?" Denise asked sitting at my feet.

" Pretty great buh am way too exhausted right now" I replied.

"Awwn.." Delia cooed and I groaned shutting my eyelids.

Anthonia Pov

I smiled watching Ryan play skillfully and the game finally came to an end.

I opened Ryan's private sport duffel bag taking out his sweat towel and a bottled water to go give him.

I got off the bench heading for where he stood talking to his team mates before dismissing them.

"Ryan.." I cooed and reached to wipe his face tenderly so that all the drooling girls would back off.

"Thanks alot Anthonia" He smiled out dimples.

Gosh!

I offered him the water as he emptied the can content within seconds and sat the empty can on my head.

"Seriously Ryan?" I arched a brow and he chuckled.

" You look so cute pumpkin"Ryan complimented and I felt my gut twist in excitement and my cheeks heated up badly.

"Quit it already Ryan. How about a nice evening stroll after dinner?"I offered and he grinned.

" Sure"He gave in and I smiled brightly.

" Cool!"..

Althrough dinner,I watched Anthonia laugh and chat on freely with Ryan which made me feel really weird.

A weird kind of feeling ion really like.

After dinner,I left the girls and went round the nearby surrounding for some air.

Ryan Kai is only my tour guide and someone I accidentally bumped into.
We aren't even friends, yet am feeling way too attached to him already.

I know this is not love because I have not felt true love.
It is just a silly crush due to his charming looks which would die soon enough.

"Diana!" I heard a male voice call out to me and I froze, before turning to see him.

Diana Pov

"Dave.." I called out and he smiled covering the distance between us.

"Hi.." He said and I smiled.

"What's popping? "I asked and he chuckled.

" Nothing much. Needed some air and was already having it when I saw you"Dave replied.

" Nice.. "I muttered.
" Yeah.." He stared directly into my eyes under the moonlight making my heart do multiple flips.

Dave.. a boy I would call handsome.
His blond hair and his gray eyes and beautiful lips.

Gorgeous!

"You know, we really haven't met after that Monday"Dave spoke up.

" Oh! Yeah. I had music class on Friday buh you were not there" I replied.

" Wow! This means we both share the same timetable for music class cause I also had music yesterday buh had to skip "Dave notified.

Interesting...

I really had a fun time with Dave as he finally saw me all the way to my dorm entrance.

"Good night Diana" He wished with a smile.

"You too Dave and do have sweet dreams" I replied.

"Yeah and you would definitely be in it"He teased and I chuckled.

" Bye"He baded and kissed my cheek before leaving rendering me numb for few seconds.

I walked into music class and Dave was quick to spot me as he called out to me and I pulled on a smile walking to where he stood.

"How are you?" He asked.
"Am good..buh totally stressed out. It isn't easy battling between driver's class and music buh I have got to manage"I replied tiredly and sat on an empty seat next to him.

" Should I play you a song?" Dave offered and I stared up at him.

" I would love to hear it" I accepted happily and he took a seat opposite me.

He pulled some strings and cleared his throat glancing at me as I smiled at him.

The entire class had been listening all along.

"She is so lucky" Another girl cooed.


" Am still here guys"We heard our teacher voice and my heart missed a beat.

Everyone grabbed any seat nearest to them and soon the class was quiet with me shinning reddish pink..

"Dave, you never cease to amaze me. Nice choice tho. You made a fast one on the newbie"Mr. Chris, our music teacher spoke up.

" Sir,it isn't what you think" I spoke up but with a lowered gaze and everyone giggled.

" I know what I saw Diana" Mr. Chris said and I looked up to see him give me a silly wink.

"Alright class.. good afternoon and let's get down to business. Today, I would know if you utilized your three days that just passed to study what I gave each of you"Mr. Chris addressed and we all took out our notes.

Mr. Chris went on and on after our revision, talking about how to modulate and why it is essential.

He had given us a take-home test to do more like a take-dorm test on how to modulate with us having songs that would shit our musical parts.

Music class was way too fun and interesting to round up quickly.

"Diana.." Dave called as I packed up my books.

"Yeah?"

"Am so sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable in any way" He apologized and I creased my brows.

" Uncomfortable?. Well.. a little but not totally. It felt so... so... odd and weird hearing you sing that song to me"I replied and he smiled.

" Do you wanna know why?" Dave asked closing the distance between us and I gulped taking a hold of my table from behind.

"Hey Dave! Take it easy ok? She isn't running away. I will give you two some privacy" A boy named Patrick said and made an exit.

Dave's gaze never dropped from mine.

"Do you wanna know?" He asked again and I shrugged.

"Yeah" I replied.

He didn't stop staring at me intensively as if he could see my soul.

"It's cause, I find you way too perfect" Dave finally said in a hushed tone as I felt cold shivers trailed down my spine.

"Diana?." Dave moved away from me as we looked at the entrance to see a girl.

"Abigail.." I sighed and picked up my bag pack.

" I will see you around Dave. Bye." I waved and headed out with Abigail.

" What did I interrupt?" Abigail quried as we took the stairs.

" Nothing serious"I replied and she scoffed.

"Oh please.. you two were an inch apart from kissing my dearest friend" Abigail sneered and I felt my face heat up.

" Here comes the blush.." Abigail teased and I chuckled.

" Quit it Abigail"I groaned as we arrived the first floor.

"Tell me Diana...pleaseeeee" Abigail whinned and I groaned.

"Fine. He had earlier sang me perfect by Ed and after class, I asked him why he sang me that song and he drew so close to me and said...." I paused as the words flooded my brain.

".. it's cause he finds me perfect" I concluded and Abigail squealed.

"O my freaking fish! That is so hot!" She exclaimed and I was mute as she went on and on saying we would make a perfect pair...blah..blah..blah

Delia Pov

Mehn!

I love this garden so much!
So quiet and a perfect place to stay after a long hetic day in numerous classes.

I inhaled the roses around feeling so out of the world.
As I moved further into the garden, I sighted the back view of a male student.

Who the h*ll is that?

He had a headphone on and was dancing greatly but carefully so as not to crush the plants around.

He turned while dancing with eyes closed as I beheld the full view and figure of Carl!

I watched in great surprise until he opened his eyes to notice he wasn't alone and took off the headphone.

"Hey!" He hailed casually and walked to where I stood.
Hold on...did he...?

"You don't talk?" He teased with a grin and I fluttered my eyelids.

"Um.. I do" I stuttered and he chuckled.

"How long have you been watching?" He asked.

" Um.. two minutes [?]" I replied unsure and he smiled.

" Am Carl"He introduced extending a handshake and I furrowed my brows.

"Why are you being so nice?" I demanded and he scoffed dropping his hand.

" Delia Stark..am not grumpy like you think I am okay" He stated and I gasped.

" How... how did you know my name?"I quried stunned.

" You ask too many questions Delia.." He groaned staring at me.

Am I dreaming!?
I am standing right before my 9th grade crush!

"Do you always come here?" I asked and bit my lower lip knowing what I just did.

" And another question. Well.. yeah. Buh, at night.. it's really magical here" Carl replied and I smiled.

" So...how was my dance steps?" He asked.

"It was cool. Seems like you are a pro at it"I replied.

" Nah.. Try see Ryan dance. That dude was born with it" Carl said and I laughed.

" Nice smile and laugh" He suddenly complimented which got me frozen.
