Soon after Anthonia got off the phone with Nathasha, she kept her song book in the drawer with the pen, fed Blossom before going downstairs for dinner with her in her walker.

She placed the Blossom's walker right beside her before she sat down in the middle of Nia and Ria that was just sitting down with her. She took a quick glance at them and her lips curled up in a heartwarming smile.

They were wearing the star necklace she gave them. They never took it off since the time she gave them and it extremely warmed her heart to see that the twins liked the item she gave them.

Henry also sat down in front of Anthonia so they were facing each other. Her cheeks involuntarily flushed in shyness mixed with embarrassment of what happened earlier; her cheeks were crimson red in heavy blushing.

It was even worst because the way he was staring at her and grinning like an happy cat that just got yummy treats.

His deep inky eyes was pierced into hers, grilling her. His raven black eyes glimmered with flames of what she still couldn't pinpoint.

" Are you two having a staring competition? I want to play too. " Ria's voice sounded, breaking their intense eyes locking gaze and they looked at her questionably which she reply with a shrug of her little shoulders.

" I also want to play. " Nia said.

" We aren't playing any time, girls. " Henry and Anthonia said in unison.

" They are acting weird, right?" Nia whispered into her sister's; Ria ear after she went to her side.

" Yes. What do you think is wrong with them?" Nia replied also in a whisper.

" You know I can hear you, right?" Anthonia asked, rhetorically. " And no, I'm not weird, your dad is the weird one. "

" I'm not weird, I'm cool as an ice. "

Anthonia huffed, rolling her eyes. " Yeah, right. " She said, purposely stretching the sentence for the sarcasticness to be well heard.

" You roll your eyes too much, it will soon fall out. "

To annoy him, she rolled her eyes again, sticking her tongue out. But the only thing is that it didn't annoy him but instead of getting annoyed, he displayed another emotion and reaction, totally different from what she wanted to see or get from him.

He groan in desperation, clenching and clenching his jaw and his hands on the table. His eyes blazing with unspoken words she badly wanted to understand but understand. She unknowingly took her lower lip in between her teeth, chewing on it. His already blazing eyes kindle more fire as he fights to restrain himself from getting up from his seat and fuckíng her right on the table while the kids were there.

" Aren't we going to eat?" Nia asked, gaining both their attention. " We might not have school tomorrow but I need my beauty sleep. " She dramatically flung her hair backwards and sassed. " All this beauty didn't just happen on its own, I earned it and mostly deserve it. "

They all bursted into laughter clearing the hot tension in the air.

" Alright then. Let's eat so that my dearest Ariel's beauty don't walk away from her face. " Anthonia jokes, dishing out Nia's food on her plate for her.

" Thank you. " She muttered to Anthonia before saying a silent prayer on her food before digging in.

Anthonia smiled at her, ruffling her head impressed that a five-year-old little girl will pray on her food before eating. She dishes for Ria next who also muttered a thank you and started eating.

She dishes her and gave Henry the plate to dish his but he didn't take it. He shook his head in disapproval stubbornly.

" What?" Anthonia asked, getting a little bit pissed.

" Dish mine too. " He replied, pointing to his plate like a child who wants more than the required candies.

No matter how hard she tried not to smile, to keep a straight face and ignore him, she couldn't. He was so cute with his pouty lips and puppy dog eyes, she couldn't refuse.

She rolled her eyes and dishes his too. The twins exchanged smiles between themselves before picking up their glass of water together and drinking it.

" Can we be excused? We're done. " They said.

" Sure. " Henry replied.

" Brush your teeth before bed, one hour of playing with your iPad then to bed straight, okay?" Anthonia added and they nodded.

" Good, you can go. "

" Thank you. Can we take Blossom up with us?" Nia said.

As if on cue, Blossom made a giggling sound, Anthonia faced her and gently brushed the tiny strands of hair on her little head. " No, I will take her, both of you go to bed. Good night. "

They nodded, muttering their, " good night, Anthonia, good night, daddy. " before leaving the dinning area.

" Should we watch a movie after dinner with a tub of icecream?" Henry asked, brows raised high waiting patiently for her answer.

" Umm, " She hummed softly, intentionally increasing his want for an answer. Her answer. " Sure. I can't say no to icecream, it is my materialistic best friend. "

He smiled his heart-racing smile at her and her heart began to race uncontrollably. She internally cusséd herself and her heart for being so weak to his smile.

Whenever he smiles, his dull black eyes lightens up with dazzled, his whole face brightens up too and he ends up looking like a masterpiece.

" Who called?" He asked after they were done with eating and were currently putting the used plates and glasses in the sink to be washed immediately.

" Who called?" She repeated, confusedly clueless. " I don't get. " She replied but in a millisecond, it dawned on her what he was asking. " Oh, you meant. . . It was my friend, Nathasha. The one who made me to enter your room the first time we met at the Chanel opening. "

He nodded, absently. " Why did she call?"

Anthonia bit her lip, thinking on the answer she should give Henry but before she open her mouth to get the words across. He swiftly lifted her up, placing her on the table, earning a yelp from her before caging her between his hand.

" You're stubborn. " He said; his voice husky mixed with rasp.

She gulped down voidness, leaning back to look at him or maybe give distance to their lips before she does something she will love but regret later.

" You keep biting your lip even after I told you not to. " He said, his hand caressing her cheek but his thumb on her lip. " Anthonia, stop making me think about scenarios that shouldn't happen. " He added but it looked as if he was saying the opposite.

She darted her tongue out to wet her dry lip but it met Henry's thumb pad instead. He shifted his eyes from her eyes and landed it on her mouth, on her lips.

" Anthonia, " He called in the lowest voice, gripping her waist with his one hand like his life depends on it.

" Hmm. " She hummed; her voice silkily soft and gentle.

" You asked me before, what you biting your lip does to me, right?" She nodded her head slowly twice, expectantly of an answer. A true answer.

He lean in and went to her ear with his mouth. " It does something unexplainable to me, Anthonia. Something so unexplainable that the next time, I may not be able to restrain myself. " He said, slowly low into her ears. His hot breaths blowing directly into her ear.

As he slowly, oh so slowly, pulled backwards, his lips met with her cheek and see froze up. He tucked away the strands of hair in her face behind her ears, that unfroze her, setting her whole body on fire.

" Henry, "

" Umm, "

" What is unexplainable about me biting my lip?" She asked.

" I used the term ‘unexplainable' my darling Anthonia. " He replied.

" Right. " She said, looking everywhere but him. He gently turned her face to his and their eyes locked for the hundredth times today.

She subconsciously lean forward and he lean forward too, tilting his head so their lips will meet in a not so awkward kiss.

Their lips were just about touching when thunder struck followed by lightening. Anthonia gasped loudly, wrapping her hands around Henry's neck and her legs around his waist like a life support.

His chuckles vibrated her body since she was literally pressed on him. She faced him with a snarl on her face.

" You're afraid of a thunder. " He said; his voice full of humor. " Tsk tsk tsk, I thought so highly of you. " He teased.

She rolled her eyes, trying to fix a quick comeback.

" I swear to God, if you roll your eyes at me again, I'll kiss you. " He said with all seriousness.

Her eyes widened in shock and she jumped down from him like it burnt her skin to be near his.
