###Chapter 71
Chapter 71
Few Months Later
Anthonia stepped out of the bathroom as Aditi walked into the room.
He had just gotten back from the office.
"Hey…" Anthonia smiled at him as he hugged her nuzzling her neck.
She had just gotten out from the shower.
"Welcome…" she muttered and he felt her already grown stomach which held their unborn baby.
"How's he?" Aditi asked and Anthonia chuckled.
"Fine…" She replied as they disengaged.
"How was work at the company?" Anthonia asked as he took off his outfit.
"Hetic."
"I miss having you around yunno.." Aditi groaned tossing his jacket on the bed and pulled her close to him again kissing her deeply.
He hugged her once more.. totally loving the sweet scent lingering in her skin.
"I will be at the kitchen with Mother. You should prepare and get down for dinner" Anthonia said pulling away as he groaned.
"See ya.." she winked and exited the room.
As she alighted the stairs, she saw Granny reading a holy book and she smiled.
"Granny.." she acknowledged touching her feet with care
"Bless you my child.." Granny said as Anthonia stood erect holding her waist.
"How's my great-grandchild?" Granny asked and Anthonia flushed.
She still wasn't used to the fact that she was finally pregnant…like .. pregnant.
And when people comment on it in diverse ways,it gets her so much.
"He is fine Granny. I'll be at the kitchen." Anthonia notified.
"I have told you severally Anthonia. You should relax. This is your first baby you know. Stressing yourself isn't right." Granny advised.
"Trust me Granny,am fine." Anthonia assured and headed to the kitchen.

Location: Rathord Mansion
Since the past events.. the mansion had taken a weird turn.
Somehow, Abba wasn't finding favor in her husband's sight and Sriti was now his hearthrobe.
Her two daughters had finally proved their worth.
As they ate dinner,Nathasha glared at Sriti and scoffed.
Her Mother wasn't equally happy.
Jeet was busy discussing the company issues with his father.
Lately,he had began to act a lot more matured and it worried Abba.
She needed her son's full support at all times but …he seemed to respect his step mother a lot.
"Anthonia's baby shower is in a few days. I was thinking we should get her something nice." Jeet suddenly suggested after a long moment of silence at the table.
Abba looked up from her plate surprised.
She didn't expect her son to make such a suggestion she found stup!d and silly.
"Of course son. Her Mother knows her taste." Mr Rathord said and smiled at Sriti.
"Anthonia would really be happy about this." Sriti chuckled.
Nathasha sighed and got off her seat and headed up to her room.
Once she had gotten in,she dialed Diya's number.
It rang for a while and Diya finally picked.
"Yes?"
"I think I know when we should finally strike." Nathasha said.

Location: Singh's Mansion
Anthoniasat next to Aditi who began filling her plate.
"What colors of flowers would you love Anthonia?" Mother asked and she smiled.
"White…and some yellow." Anthonia replied and Aditi held her hand beneath the table earning her gaze.
"Eat up. You need to take you vitamins." He urged and she nodded.
Janvi wasn't home anymore.
She had resumed school a week after new year at the University of New Delhi.
She could had easily gone for classes from home but she opted to stay at the school hostel with Kaeya till Anthonia joins them after giving birth.

Anthonia stood at the balcony caressing her stomach.
Her wedding anniversary was in the next few days.
She was going to have a double celebration that day.
One for her baby shower then the other for her wedding anniversary.
She had recalled not wanting this marriage in the first place but …there she was…pregnant for the man she hated …or pretended to hate.
She heard footsteps behind her and glanced over her shoulder to see Aditi.
He hugged her from behind wrapping his arms around her touching her stomach.
"You should go in. It's getting pretty cold." He said and she sighed.
The thought of Diya had suddenly visited her.
She was safe…she knew it but…a part of her was still worried about the fact that Diya was still on the loose.
With that, anything could happen and she didn't want that.
"Any news on Diya?" Anthonia blurted and Aditi froze.
He wasn't expecting that question from her.
She has never made mention of Diya since the incident that landed her in prison.
Aditi thought she had forgotten about it already.
Anthonia turned to face Aditi to see the hard distant look on his face.
"Am sorry." She mumbled an apology and he looked up locking gazes with her.
"No …don't." He muttered and sighed
"It's just that, I never knew you still had her in mind."
He cupped her face .
"Trust me Anthonia, the police is hot on her case. They will find her." He assured and she nodded.
"Come on..let's go in. You have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow." Aditi reminded and they headed into the room..

Anthonia ran as fast as she could.
Her legs felt heavy and her waist was hurting a lot.
She took a bend at a lonely street.
All she had to do was get to safety.
Her baby was in danger…
She was also in danger.
Her legs grew weak every second as she panted hard.
"Aditi!" She screamed and slipped to the ground.
She was tired… her legs were weak and her waist was hurting.
She panted heavily and turned sitting on her butt as she watched the shadowed figure approach her.
It held a knife …
She held a knife…
"No…."
"Please…."
"Spare me…spare my child…" Anthonia pleaded.
"You never spared my love.. I can't spare you." The lady spat and her face came in view.
Diya….
"No!...." Anthonia screamed as Diya lurched forward to stab her.

"No!" Anthonia screamed sitting up breathing hard.
Aditi quickly sat up and turned on the bed side lamp.
"Anthonia…" he called and she quickly hugged him really tight.
In seconds,she was crying.
He was surprised..
"Calm down my love…" He hushed caressing her hair.
"It felt so real Aditi." She wept.
He sighed.
She had another nightmare.
It was the 3rd in two weeks.
The Doctor had said it was due to worry and stress but Anthonia said she was fine.
"You need to calm down. It was just a nightmare." He assured as she held unto him.
"Wanna talk about it?" He asked.
She never did…but he had to try.
"I ..I saw her…" Anthonia muttered and he furrowed his brows still caressing her hair.
"Who?" He asked.
"She….Diya.." Anthonia muttered and Aditi froze.
"She tried to k!ll me. Am so scared Aditi…" Anthonia shivered and he sighed bittered.
They really had to find Diya asap and have her locked 6.
Only then would Anthonia be totally safe.
He wasn't sure Diya was still in India at that moment but Anthonia still had her fears.
He had to take care of that mess.
After a while, Anthonia was finally calm and he made her lie back on the bed as he covered himself and her up holding her close to his bossom.
"Do you need me to sing for you?" He asked.
"No. ." Anthonia mumbled.
"Just stay here …" She added sleepily.
He kissed her temple and let her sleep.
He was worried for her…so much.
